Her concierge service was so helpful. Steps to beach and access to a pool. We will Be returning! Rigo taxi service is 10 thumbs up!

Kathy was a great host and always responded to any question we had. Here restaurant recommendations s were great. Kathy also recommended a great boat for a half day trip out of puerto Escondido. House was awesome right on the beach which is very quiet and great swimming pool. The community the house is in is super quiet and makes it easy to relax. Nice large house with most amenities. Of course the view & location to the sea can’t be beat. We had a great time relaxing & being active. My husband loves walking the beach in the early morning. Sunrises are some of the best we’ve ever seen. Sunsets are beautiful but a bit blocked by houses in the back from the roof. We have been to this neighborhood several times. Anyone visiting should enjoy watching all the wildlife. Pelicans diving for fish, gulls just waddling around, frigates & turkey vultures floating by. The water was very warm this time. Several good restaurant & very friendly locals. Certain times of the season the mosquitos can be a pain, so pack a good repellant. Kathy was a great host and was very flexible for us.

Kathy was incredibly awesome, her house is a paradise, she provided everything we needed, great and private beach, incredible comforting pool, everything was incredible perfect! Hope to come back really soon.

Our stay in Loreto was fastistic! Kathy was a great and communicative host. She helped us have a very fun and relaxing trip with our 3 girls. They loved swimming in the pool, looking for treasurers in the sand, and swimming at the beach. Loreto is an awesome place to visit and the house was a perfect stay for us. We saw so much sea life and definitely looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful week in Loreto! We've stayed in several AirBnBs in Loreto and this experience was our favorite by far. The home itself is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Waking up to the glassy Sea of Cortez with a cup of coffee was priceless. The view, the pool, & stand up paddle boards were game changers for us - we could relax at the house without feeling like we were missing out on exploring. But what set this experience apart most of all was our host, Kathy. She helped us with an initial grocery shopping trip, arrange fishing and snorkel tours, make dinner reservations & arrange in-home massages. This elevated our experience to the next level! So grateful for her assistance and availability. We've found our new home away from home. Thank you Kathy!

Very well equipped house in a stunning location.

We've been going to Loreto for a few years and love the area where Kathy's home is located, although this was the first time we've stayed at this home. We just loved it and absolutely met expectations. The house is steps away from the beach with a nice view of the Loreto Bay. Rooms are light, comfortable, modern and clean. When we noticed a few small things missing, Kathy has then delivered immediately. She's extremely friendly and responsive and our family would be more than happy to return. Five stars all around.

Absolutely wonderful home, on the beach. Gorgeous views and an easy walk or drive into town..literally a few minutes. And the house has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Our host Kathy was incredible. Shopped ahead of our arrival, great recommendations, very attentive and a great communicator. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for two weeks at this house and loved every day. It is a great choice for a serene vacation. The home is truly on the beach. We sat on the huge patio and watched fish jump, pelicans dive, and fishing boats go back and forth. I especially appreciated the use of paddleboards. The small pool is in a private part of the yard and nice for a cool off. The walk to the malecón is 15 minutes along the beach and another 10 minutes to the central plaza. Taxis are easy to find once downtown and you can call one to the house. The home is very roomy and decorated in Mexican style. Beds were comfy and loads of linens plus a washer & dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a BBQ. Kathy was especially fantastic. She provided loads of recommendations and answered all our questions about the area since she has lived there for years and is very knowledgeable. Any requests we had for the house received a prompt response. Homes like this are hard to find in Loreto.

Great house 2nd row ocean a 1 minute walk to the beach. House was great and well appointed the pool and the view were terrific for coffee and then cocktails during happy hour. Only a few minutes drive to town. This area has unreal natural beauty and things to do on the water of course but also on land. Can't say enough about this place other than book it and go experience Loreto for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Perfect place for a relaxing week. Also, Kathy the host was great to work with.

House is very nice and in a fabulous location. Loreto is a great place to find a little more quiet than other Baja locations. Kathy always responded quickly to any questions.

kathy's place was perfect...gorgeous house with gorgeous sunrises and beautiful beach... and a couple minutes aways from downtown and the boardwalk.. the pool was clean and Kathy always answered any question we had and left really good recommendations for places in town to eat,shop,drink,etc... whenever we visit Loreto again we will definitely look forward to staying at this house again.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Loreto! Tons of room for our family of four. There is nothing like being directly on the water. Weather was hot but the strong a/c kept us super comfortable. The paddle boards were a lot of fun. Abundant wildlife for nature nerds like us! It was fun to watch the diving birds and snorkel with pufferfish (but the bottom is all sand so don’t expect to see a ton of marine life). It’s an easy walk (20 mins) or drive (5 mins) to restaurants and the central square area. We ate the best seafood of our lives at La Picazon restaurant (at our hosts recommendation). You could get by without a car and do some Ubers but we were glad we had one for a bit of exploring. Host and house were delightful. Loreto is the least touristy spot we’ve ever been in Mexico. A bit rough around the edges, but that’s what we love. Thanks so much.

Kathy is the upmost in professionalism! She is welcoming and friendly. We felt like she was a friend of ours by the end of the our stay. We have zero problems during our stay and absolutely no complaints. The views from the home are even better in person. The house was amazing, and spotless! We went in July and the A/C’s worked perfectly. Mattresses were comfortable and linens were definitely new. All the furniture was well kept and not old like other airbnbs. We enjoyed the paddle boards each morning as well as the donut floaty 😊 Kitchen was very well stocked with essentials and all the cooking pots, utensils and pans you could ever need. There was plenty of glassware as well. We took her recommendations on restaurants and also had Carlos, an amazing private chef come to the home one evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful yet easy to get into town. We have fallen in love, not only with Loreto, but also, Kathy and her home! Cheers Kathy, until next time.

This was a really nice home for 2 couples - clean, comfortable, and roomy. The view of the sea and the islands is wonderful - especially at sunrise. It's in a quiet area but close to town - about a 15 - 20 minute walk on the beach or a partial dirt/partial paved road, or an 8 minute drive. While we loved the house, we REALLY appreciated Kathy! We probably drove her crazy with questions before our trip, and she was super helpful setting up excursions, dinner reservations, and generally answering a ton of questions from 2 couples who had never visited a relatively small Mexican destination. As it turned out, her recommendations were all spot on. Once we arrived, she was also super helpful and made sure our stay was great. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived after dark and were so grateful for Kathy’s service of grocery shopping the list we sent so we had food and cold drinks waiting for us! The next morning, what a gorgeous surprise to see the view from the house. It’s so beautiful. ☀️ Just a great setting in the sweet, quiet fishing town of Loreto. Thanks again Kathy!

There's good reason that Kathy is a super host! She was focused on making sure our stay was exceptional. Our questions and requests were answered promptly in a friendly and helpful manner. All of her recommendations were spot on. The house was lovely, well maintained and stocked. The area is quiet and the residents friendly. A very short walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the Malecon. The only thing I might suggest is better seating in the living area. There isn't enough room for more than 4 people (we were a group of 5) - we brought in a chair from the balcony. We will definitely return to Loreto, and will be staying with Kathy again.

We loved our stay at his property. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Kathy has done a great job with this rental and she was easy to work with.

Kathy's place was perfect size for our family of 6. The primary bedroom downstairs with the bonus room of two twin beds was a large space and comfy beds. Beach is just a short path away and very tranquil, shallow and swimable. We were the only ones. Quiet Street, Few minutes from town center so you need a car to get to restaurants or shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stairs are spiral so if you have mobility challenges might not be a good fit. Family liked that every room had its own bathroom and an extra upstairs and one downstairs. Thank you Kathy we had a great time!

The house is very nice and being right on the beach is a great plus, the ocean view and sunrises are beautiful. Very spacious and in very good condition.

Kathy gave us good directions to find her place from the airport. Easy access to home with a security code which was nice to not have to worry about a key as there was three couples. The kitchen was well equipped. Any concerns we had, Kathy got back to us very quickly. I would recommend staying in her lovely home.

Kathy's house and interacting with Kathy was PERFECT. Right on the water, great views, well stocked kitchen, clean and big bathrooms, and just down the road from the main square. Absolutely would go back not just for the house but for all of Kathy's recommendations - she helped us book an island tour, in home chef, blow up mattress, crib. Whatever we threw at her she had a response. The place was also great for our kids and felt extremely safe.

Great place to stay! The dirt road headed to the housing area is actually pretty good minus the last 30 yards, street bikes beware. Great views, great rooms overall awesome place!

We adored this location to pieces! Perfect for birdwatching and beach walks, right outside the back door. Everything you could need is provided, like towels, snorkeling equipment and the kitchen is stocked with every tool of the trade. Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and great pressure. Quiet at night and easy to reach any amenities you need by a longish, 10-15 min walk or a quick car ride. Kathy was immediately responsive by text and has a perfect book of resources for things to do, places to see and eat/drink at. Would definitely book here again for our next stay in Loreto!

Great host, great house. Had coffee each morning as we watched the sunrise, when it started to warm up we jumped into the ocean. Then the pool, then had breakfast. Could you imagine a better morning routine? Miguel is way more than a taxi guy, he’s a local with knowledge about everything and he made himself available from 5:30 am (fishing) to an all day excursion to the San Javier Mission. Great guy. Kathy was an amazing host, super responsive and can get you whatever you need, seems like everyone in town knows her and has great things to say about her. Ten stars on a five star rating system!!

Kathys property was in pristine condition, and it was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining the property. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning kept the entire home cool and comfortable, a much-needed relief from the warm Mexican sun. We spent countless hours enjoying the private pool. Having paddle boards available was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to explore. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. The setting was perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Kathy was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. From local tips to accommodating any requests, her hospitality was top-notch. If you’re looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway in Loreto, this rental is the perfect choice. Rigo is a reliable, friendly and personable cab driver in Loreto, I highly recommend him. We used him daily. His number can be found in the binder.

We had a wonderful stay in Loreto. The home was beautiful. Right on the water plus a terrific little pool. Kathy went above and beyond in helping us a craft a delightful stay including setting up a personal chef to prepare the fresh fish from an excursion she also organized. We had a minor medical situation (allergic reaction) and she sent a doctor to the house to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. Bam 💥 Kathy is kind, caring and truly helped make our stay wonderful. Looking forward to working with her again 🙏

The location is nice and private, the property has pretty much everything you'll need. We really enjoyed our stay and will return again later in the year. Kathy is a great host, she responds promptly to any questions you may have.

Kathy was a great host, she helped us with reservations for fishing and Coronado Isalnd tours. The house was withing walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed to accomodate the entire falmily. The only inconvinience we experience was the lack of water on our last night stay, it was a city water supply issue. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Juan's and will defenetly consider staying there again in the future, I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in Loreto. Kathy was incredibly helpful and we pretty much followed her eating suggestions for all her meals. We ate in two nights and the kitchen and bbq worked like a charm.

We had a a lovely week at Kathy's home in Loreto. All in we had 3 kids with us and the location was perfect, being right on the beach made playing easy and there were lots of beach toys and a big comfortable space for eating and relaxing. Kathy was a superb host and did our shopping, organized a chef and masseuse to come to the house and was so generous and flexible with check out times and other needs. The only thing we would have changed is that we learned the pool isn't heated after we arrived. It was quite chilly and too cold for us or the kids to play in. Regardless we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again!

Had a great stay in Loreto. The house was perfect for our party of 6 and was exactly how it was described. The house was very nice/clean and the view is amazing. Above all, Kathy was extremely helpful and responsive and even helped arrange an in-house chef dinner one evening to celebrate a birthday. She even figured out the cake and delivered it herself! Definitely will be back to Loreto again.

This place is gorgeous!! Very spacious, right on the beach, with tons of amenities. It was very peaceful and beautiful visit! The house is great for getting together and enjoying Loreto! Kathy was very helpful and responsive. If we had any comments, requests or issues she immediately responded and helped us out. We had a fantastic time here!

First, thanks to Kathy for being flexible when our flight to Loreto was canceled and we had to shift our trip by a day . The house is right on the beach with beautiful views from inside the house through the glass doors and the back patio. The beach outside the house is rocky but the water is warm, calm, and easy to swim in. The house had nice amenities, beds were comfortable, and the A/C's worked great. The pool in the courtyard is beautiful and is perfect for a dip. The house is close to town but I'd suggest a car. Originally we'd planned to use the bikes only but in the end, we rented a car. If bikes are important to you let Kathy know so she can make sure the tires are pumped up and ready to go. They all had baskets on the front which was great for carrying stuff. Kathy arranged for a chef to make dinner for us on our first night and it was fantastic! I think it was my family's favorite meal. She also arranged a half-day boat trip to Isla Coronado which was amazing.

We had a great stay at this home. Kathy was very helpful and ready to assist during our entire visit. We communicated several times regarding local recommendations and house questions and she always responded quickly. Air conditioning was a must during our stay since we were there during August, and the house always stayed very comfortable. Kathy also arranged for Chef Carlos to provide a wonderful meal in the house on our arrival day. We were so impressed that we brought him back two more times during our stay. I would highly recommend this service. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would happily return to this home again in the future.

We had a great time in Loreto. The house was amazing. The pics are accurate but do not do it justice. The house feels like home as soon as you walk in. There are bikes, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, beach and pool gear available to use. Kathy was a great host. Always responsive and willing to provide anything we needed. She set up airport transportation and a meal at the house the day we arrived. The meal was amazing! Chef Carlos who owns Santo Cielo restaurant in town prepared and presented an amazing fish and steak dinner. The town of Loreto is about a 1 mile (1.2km) walk from the house. Surprisingly it does not feel that far if you walk along the beautiful beach. Highly recommend eating at La Brisa in Marina Puerto Escondido. Great food (pizza, burgers, and mexican entrees) and an amazing view overlooking the marina. Plenty of sightseeing (Mulege-mission, San Javier- Mission, Nopolo-golf, fishing & snorkeling) that kept us busy. A great fun & relaxing trip. Thanks Kathy...

Beautiful setting, only 5 minutes from town by car, 15 on foot. Paddle boards were awesome, pool was much enjoyed. Right on the beach. Responsive host. We had a fantastic time.

This place is great. The town is about a 25-30 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride away. We definitely would rent here again. Kathy was really helpful and super responsive to all communications.

We had a great stay at Kathy's place. Just out of the way enough to be quiet at night, but still walkable to town and right next to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. There were five of us and everyone was comfortable, even the two that drew short straws for the double beds downstairs. Definitely will be looking to return!

This is an exquisite location and a very nice home. It's hard to beat the paddle boarding in the morning. It's an easy walk into town every day too to check out the local restaurants if you don't feel like cooking in the very well equipped kitchen.

We chose not to rent a car and did fine

Beautiful home on the beach with easy access to Loreto via walking, biking or car. Clean and spacious with nice patio area. Kathy is a very responsive communicator and offered several recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Our 2nd time in Loreto and we would absolutely recommend Kathy and her concierge services! She hosted both trips and each experience was 5 star. When we come back we will certainly contact Kathy again.

Kathy was a great host, very responsive and easy to contact. Loreto is a wonderful, safe town, lots of things to do and see. Especially liked boat trip to island, snorkeling, dolphins and crystal clear water. Kathy arranged it all, even a horseback trip into the desert/mountains. Particularly liked restaurants Kathy recommended, Picazon & Mi Loreto & Mezzaluna.

Great location and Kathy, our host, was very responsive and knowledgeable. Highlights for us was snorkeling at the Islands. Beautiful place, beautiful people, and no large commercial hotels,etc.

We had a great stay. Walking out the back door to go straight to the beach was great. Watching the sunrise every morning magical. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town on the beach. It can get pretty hot. Luckily we rented a car to go everywhere. The roads are pretty bad. But it is a good way to get around and cheaper then trying to get taxis everywhere. It was very nice and quiet. I did a lot of swimming and paddle boarding. The pool was also great to have. There is also snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice stay. Kathy also organized some groceries for us. Which was nice. Walked in looked at the Ocean and had a beer. 😁

Wifi was great for doing zoom meetings while on our "kinda" holiday. Exceeded our expectations in every way as did Loreto. It was our first time there but won't be our last.

This is a really comfortable and clean house. the 5 friends enjoyed hanging out, cooking, walking on the beach, and it close to town. usually we drove to town only due to the wind, otherwise we would have walked. It’s a very lovely place to stay.

After 5 days of kayaking and camping, we found this Airbnb perfect for lounging and hanging out on the patio. The view and the patio are wonderful, the bedrooms spacious and quiet and the living and kitchen quite accommodating. Would definitely come back.

We loved the house!! The location is great - on the beach and close to downtown. The pictures are accurate, and the house is clean and well maintained. We were pretty independent, but Kathy did arrange a trip for us to see the gray whales over in Lopez Mateos, and gave us a recommendation for a nice place to get our nails done. The house has everything you need, plenty of space, convenient location and spectacular sunrise views!! I have recommended it to all of my friends. It was wonderful!
