The house is very clean, with all the amenities needed and in an excellent location. It has the added bonus of a private pool and a larger one in the residential complex. In general, everything is perfect. It is highly recommended.

We stayed during the cartel chaos. (1) this place is in a very safe area by the marina so when everything was shut down and on fire everything here was normal. We just went to the local resorts for food and watched the chaos from a distance (2) the host was flexible before the chaos and after the chaos with our arrangements (3) The place fit our entire group.

Arnold was a lifesaver for us! We had to book on the same day because of a prior Airbnb that didn’t have the key to open for us. They were very accommodating. We really wanted to be in that area because it was close to a clinic that I was coming to get treatments at. It’s really close to Marina mall that has everything and a big grocery as well. It was obviously too big for us as a couple but we liked the possibility of choosing the best bed since there were so many. The bedroom in the front is right on the street so you do get woken up early in that one for instance. So I moved to one of the back bedrooms. Any time we had any request they were right there. It was incredible! I had never been at an Airbnb where the host is so responsive! They even came to clean the leaves in the common pool area for us! They offered to take care of our garbage. If we needed a cheese grater, in 2 min it was there! I did also enjoy the pool next to the house in the mornings. Great for groups!

My friends and I were stranded in Puerto Vallarta after a last-minute flight cancellation. Arnold was quick to communicate and was extremely flexible, allowing us to check in within 2 hours of booking along with allowing us a late checkout to make it easier to catch our later flights. The location itself is a bit far away from the tourist hotspots, but is still only a 20-25min drive away from the Zona Romantica and is only a 10-15min walk to the marina area. Overall, this Airbnb was exactly what we needed.

A great place for our little family reunion! The kitchen is big, plenty of sitting areas, the bed are super comfortable, and community pool is super close.

The comfortable place, spacious stay with a perfect table for the whole family to enjoy, equipped kitchen, maybe I would add some tuppers, the comfortable beds, both swimming pools well. Excellent house, everything was very good, cleanliness, super equipped, good communication with the host, the pool very comfortable. I went with a group of 20 people and plenty of room for everyone, we were very happy and looking forward to coming back!! As a suggestion for the host, you need a barbecue because with the pool and the place you want to make rich hamburgers or roasted meat. Highly recommended!!

We would definitely stay there again Everything is of exquisite taste and top quality; every detail of the house is well cared for. Super comfortable beds, and the bedding is also top-notch. The blackout curtains let you sleep soundly. Super well located on a beautiful golf course the beach you can access by walking and has all kinds of establishments nearby The heated pool is something that definitely adds value to the property. Besides being a good size, the lighting detail is lovely, and the entire back terrace is perfect for spending a comfortable day with the family. The hosts were always on the lookout for every question we had even giving recommendations

Beautiful home with all of the amenities, described to his best ability. Beds were a bit stiff, but shouldn't lose points for that. Arnold was very attentive. No incidents at all. Walls are thick, we partied and got no complaints. Do try to treat this place like your home, we washed dishes, towels, and put trash where indicated and we cooked a whole lot, I would recommend more cooking pots and pans, but with what he had I managed to cook for 10 people!!! There was a family of 3 fat raccoons, so do follow the trash recommendations and do not leave food out or leave doors open! This place was worth what we paid given there was 10 of us! I would completely recommend this for a weekend large family getaway!!

Our stay was great! The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and there were plenty of amenities like extra towels, extra sheets, and shampoo/soap. There’s an a/c in every room and the heated pool worked perfectly! Arnold was very attentive and brought us more water when we ran out. 10/10 would recommend!

This home was so beautiful and the location is perfect, it takes you 3 mins to arrive to the airport. The heated pool is lovely. Arnold had all the amenities for us that we needed. The house is clean, modern and spacious and very comfortable with plenty of AC. My family and I had such a wonderful time here— i highly recommend.
