An amazing stay! The house exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, beautiful and in a great location. Everything was perfect for enjoying ourselves and relaxing. We would definitely go back.
I highly recommend it. It's exactly as shown in the photos, and the host quickly resolved any questions.

Communication was excellent; Esteban provided exceptional customer service. The location is very good, just minutes from the beach and downtown, where you can go out to eat with the family. The parking space is suitable for two vehicles. The house - Good cleanliness, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for cooking. The patio is very nice and has a grill (charcoal is required). The pool invites you to have fun and makes your stay more pleasant. The garden offers an ideal space to relax and have a good time with family. The rooms have enough beds for large families, and there are enough pillows for everyone. Suggestions for improvement: Worn bed. One of the beds has a sag and it would be advisable to replace it. Fumigation. We found a scorpion and a large spider in the dining room; it would be good to fumigate. We are leaving the possibility of returning open, since my family had a lot of fun and Esteban was always available to provide good service.
We were very comfortable. The communication was very good with Esteban, who was always ready to help and immediately available. We recommend it 100%!

We had an amazing stay at this house in San Carlos with our whole family. We had such a great time and truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and very flexible with the schedule, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again. Highly recommended!
The host was always attentive, clear instructions, the place was quite nice, maybe the mattresses need to be replaced, at least in the master bedroom; the only issue was that there was trash left behind by the previous guest, I guess. But overall, we would go back without hesitation.

We liked the residence; it is very comfortable and spacious. We arrived and everything was just like in the photos, clean and tidy (it has all the essentials for a pleasant stay). Ideal to go with your family or group of friends. The pool is a very good size and depth; we enjoyed it a lot (and it's clean). Excellent attention from the host, always available for everything.
This Airbnb stay was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! The house is incredibly spacious and beautiful, with an open floor plan that made it perfect for our group. The living areas flowed seamlessly, high ceilings gave it an airy feel, and the decor was stylish yet comfortable—modern touches mixed with cozy elements that made it feel like a real home rather than just a rental. The host deserves special mention—they were exceptionally responsive, replying to every question within minutes (even late at night) and providing clear, helpful guidance on check-in, local recommendations, and anything else we needed. Their communication made the entire process stress-free and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a perfect fit for our group of 8, with plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The location and surrounding area were excellent and added a lot to the experience. We would happily stay here again.

The owners of the place are very professional people, the location is excellent to make the most of the attractions of San Carlos and the facilities in general are comfortable and functional.
The house is spacious and very well located, everything is relatively close and it is easy to get around the city. Access is easy, you just have to register on the first day and you're all set. The pool is a bit small but we still had a good time in it. The patio is quite large and the barbecue area is a good size too. The host was quite attentive, and provided us with the necessary information, there was no problem. The amenities are very basic; there are towels and blankets, but the bathrooms do not have what you need for daily use, so it is always good to bring your hygiene items. The general cleanliness was acceptable, there were a few details but they were dealt with by the host. In general, I recommend the place, especially for groups larger than 12 people (we were 14).
Very good place to spend the weekend. The only bad thing about this property in my opinion is that the patio wall is about one meter high, which means that the patio/pool has no privacy.

Excellent place to stay in San Carlos, very comfortable and just what we needed to be with the family.
The house is fine. We had a great time in the house. Some things just need to be modernized. We had to use the same towel for 5 days because there is no washer or dryer. The rooms also need televisions, so there is only one TV in the living room. And for the children, it was something that was needed. 2 pillows in the main room were also very stained and old. That said, ESTEBAN was very kind and very attentive. THAT'S WHY THERE IS NO washer or dryer. Very clean and spacious pool.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and Esteban was just a phonecall away if we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again. everything was top notch!

Excellent service from our arrival, the house comes with everything you need, apart from being very nice and spacious. Esteban was always attentive to anything we needed, we traveled with children and they were also delighted with the house and the pool, we would definitely return.
Very pleasant stay, very well distributed spaces, very clean pool.
Casa Xunuta is very comfortable and much larger than you imagine, very good location and beautiful photos of the Tetakawi... if you go with a large group/family and want to rest and enjoy, you definitely made a good decision...

The air conditioning needs a little service, it doesn't cool well, it uses more capacity, and the dishwasher needs service for the grill, and it would be nice to have some shade in the pool, which is very small, but the host's service is excellent, very friendly and always attentive.
The house was very clean and in a nice gated community. It is close to the beach and everything in town. Esteban was very responsive and communicated regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

The place was as pictured and described. We had a great time, very spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool was nice. Had nice time grilling our own steak outside. The only issue was that only one shower had warm water and the screen doors were a little too hard to slide but everything else was amazing and Esteban was very kind and responsive to our needs. We will definitely rent from him again!

It's a house to enjoy. We took a family trip and we were all very comfortable; spacious rooms, many bathrooms available. The view of Tetakawi from the house is very nice. The heated pool worked very well, despite being the winter season the children were able to enjoy it all day. The host was very friendly and always attentive.
Second time we've spent a few days there, an excellent place, the house is very comfortable to spend a few days with the family.
Our family enjoyed our stay. We would book this house again if we ever spend time in San Carlos again.

Our stay was great. Esteban was just communicative and detailed. His home is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. He even heated the pool for us! Only thing is that there were 11 of us and not enough towels or washcloths to accommodate fit everyone. The bed in the master bedroom was also very uncomfortable, my husband even ended up moving to one of the bunk beds with our kids. Other than that, everything was great! We would stay here again and just be more prepared with towels, washcloths, and maybe a mattress topper.
The photos on Airbnb no longer correspond to reality, I was disappointed. Step boiler that does not pour hot water to the bedrooms, only one and in an irregular shape, For a group of 12 people it is uncomfortable that situation. A stripped watering maneral, some blinds do not work, missing paint on some parts of the interior, old sink key and tartar covered. The front door also requires maintenance. Esteban's attention is very good, Alberca in good condition; however, in general it takes a lot of maintenance to the House in several additional aspects to which I comment. The building is noticeable both indoors and outdoors. I think the rental rate for this house is overrated. I would definitely not rent the House again.

Good location, clean house and well attention just a detail before booking I asked if the pool would be ready to use and it was not the case it was not heated and we could not use it If I had known it I would have washed a house without a pool

A very comfortable, safe and quiet place. The only drawback we had was the water pressure in the kitchen keys and showers that is very low, but nothing that can't be overcome, still everything was great. Esteban was very friendly, we would come back without any hesitation.
