Thank you for your stay and review. I will look into the bathrooms, but they are cleaned constantly, and entire house was repainted 4 months ago. The couch, will check as well. It's a lovely Italian leather couch that we imported. But will check to make sure everything is looking perfect. Thank you!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The air conditioners have been inspected and confirmed to be fully operational. Regarding the pool light, this feature was intentionally not listed in the property description, as we are currently awaiting a replacement bulb. Our property remains the premier home in the area, featuring exceptional finishes and the best private pool available. We believe your rating does not accurately reflect the quality and standards of our home, especially given that the minor issue with the running toilet has already been resolved.

Unfortunately you did contact us about anything. And after we sent you a checkout message, you proceeded to send rude messages and literally made up complaints, obviously you were having a bad day, and that's OK. To address the mentioned concerns: • Distance to the Beach: Our listing accurately states that the beach is approximately a five-minute drive away, which aligns with Google Maps. • Toiletries: We do provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap on the property. Had we known you were unable to locate them, we would have been happy to direct you to their location. • Washing Machine & Air Conditioning: Both were tested before and after your stay and found to be in proper working order. • Local Shopping: The nearby Auto Mercado Plaza Herradura (about a one- to two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk) offers over 20 stores and restaurants. • Cleanliness: We replace toilet paper for every new guest and ensure cleanliness throughout the property. We regret if our communication did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any messages from you during your stay regarding these issues; otherwise, we would have addressed them promptly.
