Very nice house. Very modern and open. Everything in the house is an upgrade, countertops, etc. Great views from the backyard. In a resort that had many activities. We like to play pickleball and they had four courts in good condition. Overall, a great vacation for us.

Shin’s place was excellent for a long, quiet weekend away. Beach access made for an excellent view. The private pool was perfect to be outside. The house was stocked with everything you would be need. The location is secluded and safe but a short drive to town to get essentials and dinner out. Would 100% recommend and return.

Definitely a great place to spend a weekend with the family. The house was exactly how was shown in the pictures. Shon was very helpful and very responsive. Will definitely look at this house again in the future. The kitchen was well equipped and ready to make you feel like home.

Tranquility, security and good spaces inside the house

what can I say. my family and I stayed 7 days and it was a great home. my boy's enjoyed the private pool and steps from the beach. the only thing it was annoying was the internet was coming and coming. the host was great . the community has a restaurant, the breakfast and dinner was delicious. I really recommend this place.

We stayed at Shons place for a week and it was amazing!!!! Had everything we needed!! It was so beautiful! The place and the surroundings!! The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach!! Thank you Shin can’t wait for next time!!!

We arrived a week after the hurricane hit the gulf and the team went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The house was beautiful and the location was great. Our family had a blast… minus the mosquitos…. But you can’t be too upset about nature and something completely out of anyone’s control. Thanks again.

This is the perfect family beach house, from the kitchen where we all gathered to share a meal to the amenities it has to offer. It was perfect for us, we really enjoyed it and we felt extremely safe too.

The house is beautiful and spacious! Great location next to the beach. I will say the tide only comes in for a few hours and the rest of the time your "beach front" is a huge stretch of stinky mud. Not quite what we were expecting. If the house is a nice, safe place to stay while you enjoy everything else rocky point has to offer than this is a great place to stay!

This was a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. Amenities in the community were easy to access and gave us a lot to do. You are about 20 minutes from the town area and restaurants but the drive is super easy to navigate. If you are looking for a quiet, low key but still adventurous stay this is it!

Such a beautiful Beach House with amazing privacy and service. You get home to plenty of amenities ready to go for you, very clean and truly makes you feel right at home. This was me and my family’s first trip to Puerto Peñasco and truly it was incredible!!! 10000%+ recommend this beautiful home and will be back again soon!

Nicest place on earth!!!

This place was a little piece of paradise! They host taught of everything for this home, from the decor, to the amenities, to the mattresses, to the kitchen appliances and gadgets. This was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The home is super inviting and the host did a great job with communication. We will be coming back to this location.

This was by far one of the best stays I’ve had through my travels! From the decor, to supplies, to location, and the private pool to let the kids splash around when the tide is too low. It was all amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great home, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. All you need is to take your groceries and you are set, perfect getaway home to relax with plenty of space for a large family.

Very clean home with a lot of amenities. Beach is close, club house is close, a good restaurant within walking distance. The owners were great with their communication and provided a well stocked home.

An excellent place if you really want to relax and leave all the stress of the city behind. The house is excellent, it has everything you need, and the kitchen is amazing, so well equipped. I will definitely keep coming back to this place; my whole family loved it.

Absolutely beautiful home! Perfect setting close enough to town yet "away from it all". Resort is fantastic with so much to do plus an amazing restaurant. Owners super responsive. Home was more than well socked with all the comforts of home- books, games, movies, plenty of linens, laundry and dishwasher soap and even some pantry items. Couldn't have asked for a better vacay! Will definitely return.

amazing place for relax

The most well stocked vacation house we've ever rented! Due to multiple food allergies in the family, we cook all our own meals. (And yes, it's disappointing to not be able to take advantage of local cuisine, but it beats getting sick.) Over the years, I've learned to bring certain items to ensure that food prep is a pleasure instead of a pain (knife sharpener, anyone?) What a welcome surprise it was to pull open a drawer and find a plethora of sharp knives! Absolutely everything we needed to create fabulous food with wonderful local ingredients was provided in the splendid kitchen. The huge walk-in pantry was well supplied with the basics too; amazing! And the beds! Not a soggy mattress in any of the bedrooms - so unusual and so very appreciated! We had a grand time; you will too!
