Directly across from the ocean. We saw sloths, monkeys, and macaws in the community. So cool!

Very quiet place, facing the beach. Quiet street. The property is about a 15-minute drive from Puerto Viejo, a more lively area with bars and restaurants. The host responded quickly when I needed it. I recommend the stay for those looking for tranquility and peace.

Location couldn’t be better. Right across from the beach. Room was clean & spacious. Secure parking. Sloth, toucan in the yard. The minor issue we had was dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place, nice beach right across the house, beautiful flora, near great restaurants. Very peaceful, a little more crowded and noisy on the weekend but Host very quick to respond to that concern. Excellent service from the host, easy, beautiful, clean, perfect getaway!

The room was just as described. Location was about 6 miles from Puerto Viejo where most restaurants and activities are. We biked to and from with no issues. Room was out of the main area making it peaceful. Monkeys and sloths in the trees right outside the room.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, safe and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach. The services offered were exactly as described and the host always responded quickly and was very friendly. Definitely a highly recommended place.

We very much enjoyed our stay despite the weather which rained more than it was sunny. The place was ample for two persons and the bed was comfy. Parking for the car was great and secure. The surroundings and proximity to the beach was perfect! Surrounded by lush greenery and the morning call from the howler monkeys was great. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend! Excellent house!! Very complete, ideal for couples. Good organization. They left us everything we needed to be able to vacation without problems. The surroundings are very peaceful. The location is the big difference; steps from a beautiful beach. Friendly, kind and always helpful hosts.

We were very disappointed with this stay. The apartment had many large cockroaches, both alive and dead, from the moment we arrived. Although the host offered an additional cleaning, it made no real difference — there were still food leftovers from previous guests and cockroaches in several rooms. It was unclear what had actually been cleaned. The parking space was only available after a long exchange of messages and a 3-hour wait. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and in the shower there were three bottles of conditioner but no shampoo or body wash. Overall, not recommended and definitely not worth the money. The only positive aspect is the good location.

Hello Cedric, We apologize for the problems durning your stay. The management team has taken corrective measures to assure things like this don't happen again. As for the insect problem, we had some major landscaping work done just prior to your arrival. It disturbed a nest of insects. The landscape team sprayed the area immediately, however some did escape and moved about the property. Everything is rectified now. We have owned the property for 6 years and most of the scores for this Cabina are 5's with a few 4's. Again, we are very sorry. Paul and Brit (Co-Owners).
We loved the location being across from the beach, the pool was clean and nice to dip into when it was hot, the rooms had AC that kept us cool at night, the layout of the home was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very easy to use. We cooked with ease. The water clean and filtered. We felt secure and secluded. The garden patio and pool was so relaxing and felt like a paradise. Has a Caribbean beach feel. The beds are very comfortable and the lighting storms spectacular. There is a cool breeze from the ocean that re-energize the soul. We had four people, this can easily accommodate three couples or a large family with the three Large bedroom three areas, the deck has a overlooking the pool and garden area giving it a extremely eye pleasing view. The price point is what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making your Casa Luna our home away from home.
