This place far exceeded my expectations! The apartment is truly amazing: impeccable, very comfortable, and with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and amenities are spectacular, even better than I expected. The hosts were super friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything went perfectly. It was definitely an excellent experience and I would stay here again. I would highly recommend it!

This is an amazing place to spend a vacation. Spectacular views, comfortable rooms, high ceilings with great natural light. The small pool on the deck is a fantastic place to hang out in and look at the sunset. For us this was very walkable, and we didn’t mind the hill. We were there for a few weeks and Chelsea and Ezequiel were very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

The view is like no other- just gorgeous. We had a great time here and our kids loved the pool.

At first, it was difficult to find a place to park, but the security guard gave me a proper explanation, and the person in charge came out, so I was able to park without any problems. Everything in the room was neatly organized, and the 6 of us had a relaxing stay. When it was sunny, the view from the veranda was amazing, and I also got a good view of the sunset. You can also walk to the Centro, so the location is also good. We had a great time.Thank you!

Beautiful place. Ezequiel was very friendly throughout the stay. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. It's super comfortable, clean, and spacious. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of hills and stairs. We'll definitely come back!

We loved the apartment. It had everything you need for cooking, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, as well as the view from the apartment terrace. We are leaving very happy and hope to return soon. Vanessa and Ezequiel were very friendly, as was the security guard at the entrance. Yes, the climb up to the apartment is a bit tiring because you have to go up stairs to the elevator. It's a bit strenuous, especially for older people. Please consider this. I still highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation. I definitely recommend it. The photos match what is offered. I thought that access to the apartment would be a little more difficult, but it wasn't. The view from the terrace is definitely worth it. Ezequiel was always attentive to what we needed and gave us local recommendations. It's just a little far from the square, but if you have a car or don't mind walking, it's excellent. I would definitely book with Chelsea again.

Very nice and large place to stay, perfect for larger groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Chelsea was always available and even arranged for us to have water delivered on Sunday. Overall good service and good accessibility, fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment looks exactly like in the photos.

This place is even better than the beautiful pictures! Ezequiel and Chelsea were excellent hosts and great at communicating! The balcony is very spacious and you can't beat the 180 degree views! Beds are comfy, kitchen well-equipped, and the beach chairs/umbrellas and plenty of towels were appreciated! There are quite a few steps up to the front door, but well worth it!! We will be back again for sure! Highly recommend!

The place is clean. They have towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs; the bedding and towels in the bathroom are super clean. The only thing is that access for seniors is a bit challenging. Pizzas Venecia, which is highly recommended, is just 3 blocks away. In the kitchen, they have everything you need, and they provide extra mattresses. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the view is amazing.

What a wonderful stay! The condo has the best view in Sayulita, perfect for sundowners, and is set away from the noise of the town center. The communication with our hosts was on point all the time and the check-in and check-out was easy. 5 stars

The place is fantastic! Very secluded but a quick golf cart ride down the hill and you can be at the beach, cute restaurants and little markets! The golf cart is a must. And Ezequiel was so friendly and quick to help out! Can’t wait to go back!

Chelsea and Ezequil were great hosts. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view from their balconies are absolutely breathtaking - the sunrises and sunsets I could sit on that deck the whole trip. Their place is as described and perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a main bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, the third floor is another balcony and viewing area, plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day for everyone. The property sits a top a very large hill, you will want to rent the golf cart (no questions asked). It is about a 3-4 minute golf cart ride to the bottom where there is a great coffee shop and direct access to the beach. The town is about 6-8 minutes from the house and there are so many great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Unit was clean and staff was always there. Short 1/2 hour walk for eating at restaurants but beach was within 15 min walk. Because of my age I would not stay there again, but the grand kids had no problem getting in and back for town.

We really liked the condo

WOW. This place was absolutely stunning. We had a family group of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids and it fit us all perfectly. The view from the deck was breathtaking. Ezekiel was very responsive to anything we needed. We rented golf carts for the 10 days and it made it so much easier to get around town and make our way to our favourite beach across town. Although everything is walkable, the carts made it easier with our kids. The pools were great, and our kids could have spent all day swimming. It will be hard to book any other place after this one.

I loved the BNB and the service Ezequiel gave us. Everything is perfect, only if you need a good truck, preferably 4x4 to go up.

Beautiful, quiet location that is as close as you need to be to downtown and the beach. Lovely jungle trails nearby. lol key pool. Host was fabulous about helping is with transportation. Would absolutely stay here again.

The medium distance from town granted a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. Very happy we had a golf cart for easy access to the square. Additionally, the view from 601 was breathtaking.

There were 10 of us and we were all definitely delighted with the apartment, it's super big!! I will definitely be back, and the people in charge are very friendly.

The location was great. Views were spectacular. The condo was just as described , full of amenities and close to beach. Our family had a fantastic vacation in Sayulita ,once again. Chelsea and Ezequiel were very helpful and responded very quickly to all of our needs. We will be coming back next year.

Condo was great! Condo was very roomy with comfortable beds, great linens, soft towels, well equipped kitchen, and available beach umbrellas, chairs and towels. Pool and grounds were great. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The climb to the condo is well worth it! :)

I had a good time, as I expected, the pool, the room and the warmth, everything was very good.

This accommodation has an incredible view, very comfortable, clean, excellent for relaxing and having fun with family or friends, excellent host, he supported us in everything we needed, the only thing that could improve, is that to get there comfortably you must take a 4x4 van so you don't have to climb many stairs even with an elevator, if they are something to consider, everything else is excellent!!!

Gorgeous beach condo - perfectly sized for a week at the beach with 2 families with kids! It was wonderful to have the pools to cool off in after beach days and the property felt safe and comfortable. We loved being able to have a large communal living space centrally located for family dinners and movie nights with the kids while being able to enjoy spectacular sunsets! Was also nice to be walkable to town and restaurants!

The penthouse at Pájaro de Fuego is truly a masterpiece. The ocean view is absolutely to die for! We loved how the living room opens to the porch and pool with a stunning view. Each bedroom equipped with AC that keeps you very cool. The beds are quite firm, but everything else is comfy and makes you feel at home. We loved the on-suite bathrooms and full kitchen. Be sure to get groceries in Puerto Vallarta if you plan on cooking! It's a must as there's not much in town as far as big lot stores. One thing you should know is that to get this spectacular view, you do have to physically work for it. There are many, many stairs including a steep driveway. This apartment would not be good for anyone with physical disability or not sure footed. The hosts are very responsive and take care of any need you may have. You truly feel cared for from help with suitcases, housekeeper for laundry and more. Be sure to grab pesos before you come for tips! I highly recommend this stay!

House was great and nice location on north side of town. Close beach access and ability to rent a golf cart were awesome! Pool was very clean and fun as well. Condo was awesome and perfect size for our group!

Stayed here with 2 other families and the space was perfect for us all. Lots of room for everyone and great open shared space to hang out as a group. Our other friends also stayed in a different unit in the complex, so it was really convenient for our group. The ocean views were amazing, and the pool was great! The kids really enjoyed it every day. Ezekiel was a very responsive host and helped us with golf cart rentals and was on top of replying to every message. Would recommend staying here.

Great location in Sayulita. Make sure you rent a strong golf cart or UTV for the big hill you go up and down daily. Would happily return for a second stay.

Beautiful ocean view air bnb walkable into Sayulita Plaza town! The pool was so nice and heated. Each room had an en suite bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The condo and the views were breath taking. It was so beautiful to walk into. We loved the private pool and the shared community pool. It was about 5 flights of stairs up so you need to be quite fit to get there. All of the rooms had a mini split for AC, but we mostly slept with the windows open to hear the waves crashing. We rented a golf cart to get to the apartment complex as it is not walking distance to Sayulita town area (about a 20 minute walk). The golf cart was a fun experience. The condo wowed us and we could have spent the whole time at the apartment! We had water jugs delivered throughout our stay and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Great place! It far exceeds the photos and the views are wonderful. You have to climb several stairs and elevators to get to the accommodation, but it's worth it!

Great place to stay!

Chelsea's place was perfect for our group of 8 and exceeded our expectations. After our initial booking with her we dealt mainly with her co-host Ezequiel who was outstanding. He helped with arranging flowers and cake for our birthday girl, golf carts (and their swift replacement when a few had some issues) , laundry, housekeeping, airport transfer and just general and quick attentiveness for all of our needs. I can't say enough good things. Housekeeping staff were great as well the few times we chose to use them. The place itself is outstanding, with exceptional views and a great pool area. It's in a quiet area and while you can walk to some restaurants easily golf carts are a great add if you want to explore. Some things may be outdated a bit if that's important to you but for us everything was perfect. I would definitely book with Chelsea at this location again.

We loved the condo - it was perfect for our two families of 4! The host was very responsive to anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. There is a bit of a hike to get up to the room from the pool area but the heated shared pools were amazing! The views from the condo were also perfect!

We were 2 families of 4, with two kids each (6 and 4 year olds) and this was PERFECT for us. The heated and cold pool was amazing for any time of day swimming. Close to the beach meant that we could get sand and waves with clean beaches and water. Everything was clean and there was a daily service to pick up and clean too! Chelsea uses a service so that whenever we had questions or needs (like booking a golf cart, or borrowing a boogie board), her staff would respond within the hour. Incredible service above and beyond. The value compared to a resort/hotel was absolutely worth it.

Absolutely loved the place! Check in and staff were amazing and the tree house ocean views from every room (and 4 decks) brought a lot of peace and awe. Super spacious and well stocked. Loved the location in a much quieter part of town - well worth the 10-15 minute walk to the edge of an activity and there are some good restaurants a few “blocks” away. As a heads up - there are a LOT of steps between you and the beach so it may not be for everyone but I like a little exercise while on vacation. Couple times hot water wasn’t immediately on tap but, it’s Mexico and it returned soon enough. Would definitely stay here again - the views are just SO good!

Chelsea's place is an ideal getaway! The views were beautiful, the space had an open layout, enough room for all of us to stretch out, and the outdoor space was outstanding. We loved the private pool and the shared community pool. It was a treat that the coffee shop/bar was available. We could have spent our whole trip at the place! The private rooftop terrace was my favorite. All the rooms had a mini split for AC, which got the room nice and cold at night. The breeze was perfect this time of year for us to keep the doors/windows open during the day and feel great. Overall, wonderful experience! Our kids were in heaven. We did bring a car that wasn't 4x4, so it was a little dicey heading up the back driveway, but we made it!!

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s just as described in the listing. The large balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. We saw whales from the balcony off in the distance every day. Lots of steps, like the listing described, but it was good to get a little exercise after eating out at all the local restaurants. The pool area is also lovely, and we found ourselves hanging out and swimming there everyday as well. Ezequiel was on site and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Nice little cafe on site that is open until 3pm everyday. Good spot to get some coffee and breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb, The location was a farther out of town but if you don’t mind walking, you can get to the center of town in about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling in a group.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay with the shaded private plunge pool which was much needed in the October heat. The pool is showing wear which was fine for us. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who is fit enough to handle the hill or stairs or who plans to rent a golf cart!

Fantastic stay, good part of the beach, really helpful host in terms of additional needs like golf carts, late check out etc. The place is great, really spacious. Spent a lot of time at the pool. Very close to imo the best part of the beach. Would be really cool to have a bbq at the spot to enjoy the deck but overall amazing value.

The place was a perfect spot for our family of 5 . Absolutely gorgeous home and amenities. The community pool was huge and shaded, and the plunge pool on the deck was perfect. The hosts were so responsive and any issue was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this place for a gorgeous stay in Sayulita!

Our stay at pájaro de fuego was amazing! The property and amenities are very nice and well kept. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The apartment has an amazing view, and it is located just outside of the town so it’s nice and quiet at night. It is also located on the north end of the beach which is nicer and has a more relaxed vibe. I will definitely come back to pájaro de fuego in the future. Chelsea, Vanessa and Adrián were all great also, they were very responsive and provided important local knowledge and recommendations. Make sure to check out Cafe Vago as well. The food there is amazing and the staff is also excellent.

The views at this Airbnb are dreamy! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chelsea was great at responding to my questions quickly both before and during the trip. Would recommend this place!

We had a great stay! Location is perfect, condo was beautiful. Lots of space, beds were comfortable, view from the porch was worth the walk. Lots of stairs but manageable for our group which included kids and grandparents. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! The place was beautiful and spacious - it looked just like the photos - and the roofdeck was incredible for eclipse-viewing and star-gazing. The kids loved our plunge pool, and the large, common pool was great. We were happy to be on the quieter north side of town, yet in walking distance of everything (and definitely got a daily workout climbing that hill and all the stairs!)

This was the perfect place for two families with young kids. It was spacious, very clean & well-maintained. The pool was clean with nice surroundings. The location is walkable to the beach & many restaurants. Great to have underground parking for our rented golf cart. The hosts were kind, helpful & responsive. All in all, everything either met or exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay. This space was clean and had lots of room for our family. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to spend the evening as the sun went down over the horizon. Lots of stairs but we knew that coming in.

Great place w/ heated pool, few min walk to beach. Kids felt like they were in a luxury tree house with the spiral stair case and indoor/outdoor mix of space. Stairs are a nice way to get your daily exercise. Pool is heated as advertised (heated on one half, refreshing on the other). The town of Salyuita is slightly more expensive than I thought for food, but reasonable. Beach is great for kids especially learning how to surf. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic trip! The place was stunning and so great to entertain for sunset happy hour. The cleaning service was amazing and everyone works so hard here. We set up our golf cart and rides to and from airport through Chelsea which helped a ton. The only part that was maybe confusing was we didn't know where we were checking in prior to getting there but there were people there to meet us and give us all of the info. I am just a planner(because I make lots of mistakes HAHA) so i was nervous about that. But it all worked out perfectly!

make sure your group can handle the walk up to the sixth floor but otherwise a wonderful place to enjoy Sayulita from

Pros -great spot, a few minutes walk from the beach, about 15-20 min walk from the town -very spacious -clean -lots of bedding, towels, cutlery -great views (right by the water) Cons -weak wifi in a few spots of the place -a bit tricky to find the place once you enter the complex (not clearly labeled when you enter, but maybe someone on site can give directions

Our stay at pajaro de fuego was wonderful! The apartment was great for two families and a total of 10 people. We had kids ranging 10mo - 13 years and there was space for everyone and an open floor plan where we could all hang out. The views of the ocean from the huge deck were so special. All communications were clear and easy and we felt very well cared for. There are lots of stairs, but they didn’t bother us. Great accommodation!

The condo is fantastic! Lots of space to travel with our adult children. The condo could even accommodate for couples. The pool area is very nice and the staff are courteous. The only drawback would be the stairs and the hill you have to climb to get to the unit. If you’re in good shape, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Chelsea’s place looks exactly like the photos. Her home was very clean when we arrived and they also offered to clean the house during our stay. We were provided with a gallon of drinking water which is really nice. The views in the morning are spectacular. It takes about 5-10 minutes of walking to get to the beach. To get to the main restaurants of Sayulita it’s about 15 minutes of walking from this place. We were also offered a golf cart which you can see many people driving around town, but we were ok with walking. This place has many stairs as the description states, but we knew that and didn’t mind the exercise. Overall, we loved our stay at this lovely home.

Villa Lucia was absolutely stunning and just as described. It was the perfect location for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the dipping pool and rooftop areas. Golf carts were a necessity but Chelsea's recommendations were extremely helpful. Definitely recommend using the shuttle service for larger groups as the price was very reasonable and ensured we went to the correct location. Overall we loved our stay and hope to come back!
