An excellent accommodation, impeccable, tidy. Many spaces, very bright, everything works, very cozy, in a very quiet and accessible area, the attention of Lu and Mrs. Irma excellent, I would certainly return, thank you very much for all the attention, certainly a very pleasant experience.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was impeccable and Lu was always attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was very close by: grocery store, restaurants, airport, convenience stores, bars, shopping, golf courses, etc. The house is very clean and spacious. My family felt at home throughout the entire stay. I would recommended this house to any family looking for a relaxing and quiet setting but not too far from all of the Puerto Vallarta fun. Lu was very responsive throughout our stay and communicated very well with myself and my family. There is nothing bad we can say about the house, location or host. Will definitely look into this house for our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

The condo is in a great location and very quiet. The grounds and pool were maintained daily and there is security personnel stationed at the front gate. The condo was clean and spacious. The front door lacks sealing around the frame and allows heat/humidity into the house, however the AC units are very effective. The clothes washer pictured in the listing was not working when we arrived, however Lu kindly offered us a laundry service as a result. Lu was always very responsive from the time of booking until check-out. We would stay here again.

Lu was very accommodating. she met us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. she spoke good english and was helpful about the area. the marina was about a 10 minute walk where they had great restaurants and on Thursday evenings a fun outdoor market. The pool was clean and nice and the other residents were friendly. we were happy with the place and location.

The host responded to phone calls quickly. We had an issue with the a/c and when we returned everything had been fixed and was extremely comfortable. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Lu is a very responsive host and attends to whatever you need quickly.

Love everything about our stay! Walking distance to all our favorites. The grounds/house keeping staff are wonderful. We so enjoyed the friendly community feel we experienced here. Great place to bring our family. Lu is amazing!

Lu was a great host. The villa was perfect; quiet & peaceful. 5 minute walk to the marina. 15 minute walk to a larger market. Well appointed. The mattresses were very comfortable. (This is not always true with rentals.) I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoy staying at this condo. It was our third time there. It is very spacious and in a great area close to the Marina. Lu is a great host. Very friendly and always in touch and very easy to reach. She acts fast whenever you have a request. The main floor couch desperately needs to be replaced as you can feel every single coil in it and it is very uncomfortable and there are a few other items that should probably be replaced because they are broken or not really useable but overall the condo as a whole is great, the area is great and the host is great. We will be coming back.

Very comfortable and convenient

This place is great!! Nice place for some privacy, everything in the marina is just a short walk away, with plenty of easy transportation options to get downtown. The private balcony and jacuzzi is a great place to relax and lay in the sun! Communication was wonderful and helpful! I would absolutely recommend the place to others!!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Marina Puerto Vallarta. Lovely, clean and spacious place, with all you need to enjoy your time at Puerto Vallarta. Lu was on time and very nice host.

Great Condo! It is in an excellent and safe location within walking distance to the Marina. The condo itself is very spacious and clean and comes with all you could need. The third floor private hot tub is a plus as well. Lu was an excellent host and was very quick to reply and attend to any of our needs. This was our second time staying here and we loved it.

Sofia’s place is lovely! Nice quiet location with all the amenities you could want. The hottub is wonderful! The place is spotless as well.

Sofia’s place was beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean! There was a very friendly housekeeper named Irma who came every 2 days and always left the home like the day we checked in. Sofía was very helpful when something was needed and always checked up on us to make sure everything was going well. Would totally recommend staying here, especially since it’s in a very safe community!

Location was perfect for us. It was peaceful and within walking distance to Marina, beach and market. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay.

The house is larger than I expected, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable... On the top floor there is a terrace with jacuzzi and it has a very nice view of the golf course. The house is very nicely located, there are restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner just a few blocks away walking. Sofia is a great host, super friendly from the first day we contacted her!

This is a great condo with great wifi and it was spotless. Close to all the good things in PV Golf, Restaurants, Sports bars and the Ocean. The pool was perfect. Highly recomended.

We loved our stay at Sofía's house, super good location, close to walking restaurants, the jacuzzi on 3 floors super agusto, the pool, the spacious house, with everything I needed, on my list to return on the next vacation .

Lovely, immaculate, well-appointed home overlooking golf course in quiet community with pool. Close walking distance to the marina restaurants and shopping. Sofia is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.
