Large house with everything you could need; the location is prime, but there are no stores nearby—you can only get to Costco and Soriana by car. Very comfortable and spacious; the house is very nice. They just didn't show empathy regarding our check-in time, which other hosts do support when there is only the option to drop off luggage so we don't waste the day and can explore the city. We were a large group. We didn't play music because there was no speaker, and we didn't bring one either. Generally speaking, we didn't make any noise, except on one occasion for about 10/15 minutes, and they immediately sent us a message about the noise restriction, which is inconvenient because we were very understanding. Another important detail is that two people who slept in the shared room downstairs had insect-like bumps on their bodies, but we didn't know what it was until they found out they had an infestation of small ants. It's important to have the place fumigated so that it doesn't happen to future guests.

The house is nice, we had a very comfortable stay, but I think the area for improvement is maintenance. The bathroom in the In the master bedroom, the toilet wouldn't flush, the windows and mosquito nets are very difficult to open, the fountain doesn't turn on, the grill is dirty, and the dishwashing sponge could be replaced with a new or clean one. José was super friendly, provided excellent service, and was very helpful.

Jose was super nice, friendly, and professional, the house it's BEAUTIFUL, ( the only thing is there's dust, specially in the balcony facing the street, and that's where the barbeque grill is at, BUT it's not something they can control, since the roads are terrible, and that's where the dust comes from.) my girls had a blast swimming in the pool. Jose helped us with the booking of a rental car, and some activities ( good prices). Overall our family vacation was wonderful, this house made us feel at home, we loved the home, there was room of everyone, the house is HUGE and nicely decorated, we were able to rest and felt safe in the neighborhood, since it is in a gated community property. We will for sure rent this home if available next time we visit Cabos.

GiGi's place is nice, it matches the photos, it has its own private pool and beautiful views of the city, it was spacious in general, we were 8 guests but more could fit, we were very comfortable. The entrance to the area is not so friendly for walking as it is dirt, but the Ubers arrive without any problems and we had no complications. I would definitely choose the space again.

very pleasant stay, the pool is great and we had a lot of fun. All the rooms in the house are very comfortable and with all the services. We didn't need anything.
