The Space
Welcome to Casa La Vista, your home away from home. This 2,400 square foot villa is located within the secure, gated community of El Tezal La Noria. The residence offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the famous arch, and surrounding mountains from four patio decks.
The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms on the first floor, each equipped with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool area. Please note that the pool is not heated.
On the second floor, you will find the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, third bedroom, and third full bathroom. From this level, enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and watch cruise ships pass by at sunset.
Casa La Vista comfortably accommodates up to nine guests and is fully furnished for a relaxing stay.

Location
Casa La Vista is situated in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas, just 5 to 7 minutes from downtown. Nearby amenities include some of the best tacos in town, a café, and a Costco market located across the main road for added convenience.
Additional Services
Our house manager, Carlos, is available to assist with arranging excursions, fishing trips, extra cleaning services, and other amenities to enhance your stay. Carlos will greet you upon arrival to help you settle in.
Please inform us if you have allergies to air fresheners so we can accommodate your needs accordingly. We use air fresheners to maintain a pleasant and clean environment.

Casa grande con todo lo que puedes necesitar, la ubicación es privilegiada sin embargo no hay tiendas a la redonda solo en carro se encuentra costco y Soriana. Mucha comodidad y espacio amplio, la casa está muy bonita. Solo no tuvieron empatía con nuestra hora de check in situación que otros anfitriones sí apoyan cuando hay oportunidad solo de dejar maletas para no perder el día y conocer la cd. Éramos un grupo grande no pusimos música porque no había bocina y tampoco llevamos, en términos generales no hicimos ruido solo en una ocasión por aprox 10/15 min e inmediatamente nos enviaron mensaje de restricción lo cual es incómodo porque si fuimos muy comprensibles. Otro detalle importante es que dos personas que durmieron en el cuarto compartido de abajo traían ronchas en el cuerpo como de insecto pero no supimos que fue hasta que descubrieron que tienen invasión de hormigas pequeñas, es importante fumigar para que no suceda a futuros habitantes.

La casa está linda, la pasamos muy agusto pero creo que su área de oportunidad es el mantenimiento. el baño de la Recámara principal se tiraba el agua y no bajaba, las ventanas y mosquiteros están muy duros para recorrer, la fuente no prende, el asador sucio, la esponja para los trastes podrían ponerlas nuevas o limpias. José súper amable excelente servicio y con muchas disposición.

Jose was super nice, friendly, and professional, the house it's BEAUTIFUL, ( the only thing is there's dust, specially in the balcony facing the street, and that's where the barbeque grill is at, BUT it's not something they can control, since the roads are terrible, and that's where the dust comes from.) my girls had a blast swimming in the pool. Jose helped us with the booking of a rental car, and some activities ( good prices). Overall our family vacation was wonderful, this house made us feel at home, we loved the home, there was room of everyone, the house is HUGE and nicely decorated, we were able to rest and felt safe in the neighborhood, since it is in a gated community property. We will for sure rent this home if available next time we visit Cabos.

El espacio de GiGi es agradable, coincide con las fotos, tiene su alberca privada y unas vistas lindas a la ciudad, era amplio en general, éramos 8 huéspedes pero cabían más, estuvimos muy agusto. La entrada a la zona no es tan amigable para caminar ya que es terracería, pero los Uber llegan sin problema y no tuvimos ninguna complicación. Sin duda volvería a elegir el espacio.
