Marcelino was always helpful; the house is very well equipped, quite comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great time.

To wake up to that view every morning slayed my traveling companions. To be so close to the beach was amazing. My host was also super responsive. I had asked about whether there were yoga mats and before u knew it they went out and bought a couple for us. We stayed for a month and for the last week we kept on talking about when we could re-book!

Wow! We picked the home last summer when we were planning a friends bday trip. We knew the general area but we were so impressed when we arrived! Beachfront home in Bucerias. What more can we say?! Gorgeous layout. Very secure- including our own security guard in the evening. The bedrooms were spacious. The location could not be better. We went to Tiny Coffee every morning and discovered all the local restaurants that were only minutes away. We were a large group of friends but it would be perfect for families as well. The beach is amazing and the sound of the waves crashing at night was magical. Thank you so much!

This Airbnb was so close to the ocean. The home was beautiful, clean, and I felt safe. The home is close to many restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

An amazing place to stay and the photos do not do it justice. It is so so so beautiful with the view. Just a short walk away from dozens of great food places, really a wonderful place to stay

Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation

Casa don Pepe exceeded expectations! Main living area and all bedrooms spacious and clean, each bedroom with own ensuite and shower made it easy for our large family to live together. (5 couples- 2 with toddlers!) All services and arrangements went smoothly- with responsive host. Could not ask for lovelier ocean views!! Would love to return again:)

Incredible view and location - like the ocean was in our living room. The kids all gasped when we first walked into the place. Lots of eating options nearby (walkable). Beautiful, long, walkable beach, perfect waves to float in.

It is a great place to share with friends and/or family. The rooms are very well thought out and the house favors coexistence, respecting privacy. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

The place is right at the beach so you can hear the waves all day and night. The space is huge, my family of 9 was there and we did not feel crowded at all. There is private security at night and the house also has an alarm system. There are plenty of restaurants and shops at walking distance. There are a few large grocery stores a short drive away. Overall, great place to stay! I would stay here again.

I recommend this house, the location excellent, the house in great condition, has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun vacation. Great communication with the host

Great house and great location. We travel to Bucerias every year and decided to stay on the beach this time, near our favorite restaurants and the market. And so happy we did. The house is very large. Very spacious living area. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Marcelino was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning and his on site property managers were very kind, helpful, etc. making check in and check out very easy. The house has an alarm system and there are security guards who sit outside at night. Highly recommend this house!!

Our family met here for Christmas from Minnesota, Alaska and Montana. It was so spacious and comfortable for our large group. The beach is wonderful for all ages and right out the door. The waves are good for boogie boards and playing in! Beach is smooth. Lots of great restaurants nearby, great markets, especially the Sunday market. Places to exchange money and buy anything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the views from every room are stunning! Easy to walk a couple blocks and catch a bus going either direction. We surfed near Punta Mita and went hiking near Conchas Chinas with easy bus transportation. Uber and taxis are also readily available. Had a security guard most nights, but remember to lock doors and bring inside all beach toys. We loved every minute of our time here! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Could not have asked for a better host. Home was very clean and the ocean view was amazing. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

An excellent place to vacation, suitable for families or large groups. The house exceeds expectations and comes with everything Marcelino is quick and effective. The house is in an unbeatable place, where other beaches such as Sayulita, Punta de Mita or Nuevo Vallarta are less than 30 min away. The house on the shore of the beach is definitely a place to go back to. EXCELLENT service from Marcelino and his sister.

He was really nice our flight was changed to a later departure and he allowed us to check out a bit later.

The location of the property is excellent. We enjoyed spending the family vacation at Marcelino's place who was a host who has been booking since we booked and in our stay was very attentive and very kind. The house exceeds the expectations of the photos.
