Extraordinary, fantastic view, impeccable accommodation, and very well-equipped.

Anette’s place was amazing. Jossy greeted us with snacks beer and water. She walked us through the place and explained everything we needed to know. She was very responsive and when we needed to reach out she responded immediately. A great place with a great view, the BEST sunset views hand down. Thanks again Anette and Jossy for baking our stay amazing!

We had an amazing stay and could not have been happier with this condo. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the space was very spacious and updated, even nicer than the photos. We stayed here with our 3.5 year old and 18 month old, and the Grand Venetian was perfect for our family. The multiple warm pool areas were a huge highlight, especially with little ones, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It felt safe, relaxing, and truly family friendly.

Amazing apartment, will definitely book again! The apartment was just perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was clean and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony can't be beat!! The hostess was super responsive and available to us, gave us great local recommendations and generally helped us with everything we needed. The building has several pools and hot tubs, an private exit to the beach, a gym, a game room, as well as a restaurant. It's right next door to a big mall, 5 mins walk from a supermarket. Located very conveniently in Puerto Vallarta. Overall highly recommended!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, but seeing the bay from the 23rd floor is something else. Everything works and with Jossy's apartment, she's a guardian angel, always attentive. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you very much

Annette’s place at the Grand Venetian was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the beautiful view, and the pools. The restaurant and gym were added perks. We’d happily come stay again.

Our vacation was amazing and the unit was gorgeous!! She’s the friendliest and most attentive host that we have ever had. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Family of 5 stayed for a week. Place was perfect, 3 bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out. Large patio with expansive views of the ocean and city. Fantastic spot, can't wait to come back!!

The unit is very well taken care of and nicely upgraded compared to many other GV units we've rented in the past. Amazing views of the entire bay, fireworks and sunsets! Our host and their agent were both great communicators and we felt very well taken care of. Thanks!

This was the best place we have ever stayed in Puerto Vallarta--so nice and beautiful. They met us at the condo with fresh guacamole and chips along with water / drinks...it was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the ocean views were fabulous. We will definitely book again!!

What a wonderful month, thank you. The place was well stocked and always very clean , if anything was ever needed Jossy was always available and solved the issue. If ever looking for a condo on the beach this is definitely the one we will certainly be back. Close to restaurants, shopping great location, the ground on property are so beautiful and well kept. We absolutely LOVED our stay! Anette went out of her way to help accommodate any request we had, she even helped to celebrate our special occasion with a balloon & cupcakes. We will definitely be planning a return!

Annette and her onsite manager (Jossy) were both very friendly and very responsive throughout our stay. The unit was spacious and clean and as described. We appreciated that she accommodated an early arrival in our party and a late checkout (couple of hours). She had the unit cleaned twice during our 10 day stay which was greatly appreciated. We've been to Grand Venetian many times and this is one of the nicer units we have stayed in. The views from this init are great and it is in a great location. The only issue we encountered was that in the master bath one of the sinks was unusable and the other one was draining a little slowly. Otherwise, everything about our stay was great.

Incredible condo, location, amenities and beautiful view! The pictures match perfectly to what you see online! The condo is on the 23rd floor and it was a short wait time for the elevator. 7 of us shared the condo and it was the perfect space for us to gather, spacious sleeping accommodations, exceptionally clean and safe. If you want to be steps from a beautiful pool or beach this is the place for you! Anette is super responsive and Josie, our contact was available the entire trip. The kitchen has everything you need and the space to cook! Two beach bags available to use. Bring your own detergent to wash clothes, the water station had hot, cold and room temperature water---we LOVED this! The small room off the back of the kitchen was perfect for suitcases or an extra changing room. This was my 4th stay at the Grand Venetian and absolute best! We walked to 3 amazing restaurants: Barrio Bistro-- incredible farm to table! La Dolce--amazing Italian! LaVaca-Argentinian steak!

Beautiful Western view of the water and bay and the beach and swimming pools below. Great sunsets. Very spacious apartment with pretty good furnishings, kitchen and washer dryer. Nice welcome by our attendant and good communication. There were several issues as might be expected in a 14-year-old waterfront building. In the master bathroom one sink is broken and the other drains slowly. The air conditioning went out in the living room the evening before we left. One shade at the end of the balcony is broken off the roof. The pilot light went out on the water heater during our stay, causing cold showers, but the maintenance people came almost right away and lit it for us again.

Josie, the property manager was fabulous ; she was uber communicative, helpful and was able to get us a few hour later check out, which was so helpful. The unit has endless gorgeous views and a modern kitchen with everything you need. The location in the hotel zone is walkable to many restaurants and a mall next door. Gorgeous beach, excellent restaurant in the building. Loved our stay.

Anette’s place was EPIC! Jossy and her assistant were awesome! Checking process was easy. Jossy’s assistant helped with parking, finding the room, giving us a tour of the place. He answered all our questions. Jossy’s communication was great from the beginning to the end of our stay. Anette’s place was very comfortable, it felt like home! We had everything we needed! I mean everything! The view was amazing! It was our favorite, watching the sun go down on the balcony. The gym was also great, different equipment and easy to find. The restaurant; the food was good, service was also good. If you order food after hours you will need cash. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Huge plus, PARKING! The area felt safe, they have their own private security which made us feel safe. Anette’s place is next door to a mall! We were able to walk there, also lots of stores and restaurants. You will not want to leave her place! I sure didn’t! If I am ever back in the area I will stay here again!

Five stars! We had an incredible week in PV with our two young children. Everything was better than described. Jossy the property manager was absolutely incredible - friendly, responsive, kind, and so helpful. She greeted us with cold drinks and homemade guacamole, gave us a thorough tour of the unit, and was essentially "on call" our entire stay (even though we tried not to bother her). She even went WAY above and beyond to rescue one of our son's toys for us. The only tip that would have been helpful was which elevators to go to on arrival, but that's a pretty minor detail! The condo was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. You certainly can't beat the view of the beach and sunset, and the balcony is equipped with sunshades, loungers, fans, and tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. This was our 2nd time at the Grand Venetian and I would definitely go back a 3rd. The pools are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and its a convenient, beautiful place to visit. Thank you

We never wanted to leave. Annette's apartment is very spacious, modern, with an incredible view, very comfortable, and close to many convenience stores and the Malecon. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the fans on the terrace are perfect for enjoying the view. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is huge, and it has everything you need to feel at home. They welcomed us with a snack, and Emmanuel was always attentive to our stay. The complex is very well located right on the oceanfront. The pool is huge and has a heater. The jacuzzi was amazing too! You have to bring "water shoes" to go swimming in the sea because there are a lot of stones. That's the only detail. But there really isn't a downside to mention. We loved staying here and hope to return in the future. Thank you very much and all our best wishes to Annette, Emmanuel and Jossy.

Excellent unit overall. The layout was perfect, spacious areas with good flow, including a separate office and great kitchen. The facilities were great, nice pool area with good food.

Annette's condo was beautiful, clean and a perfect size to accommodate five women on our girl’s getaway trip! The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. We especially loved the view of downtown Puerto Vallarta from the balcony! Check-in was extremely easy and we were met at the condo by Jossy and Claudia with a tour & welcome snack of chips and guacamole. A mid-week cleaning was provided and Claudia did an excellent job. The condo was well stocked including beach towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. We especially appreciated the filtered water dispenser and the ease of having a third bottle delivered. Throughout our stay, Anette and Jossy were very helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions. The facilities at the Grand Venetian were beautiful and well appointed. The on-site restaurant was delicious and very affordable, and also provided service at the pool. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return again!

Annette's place is beautiful! It is located in the building closest to the ocean so you have an unobstructed view. We had our grown children and two grandchildren staying at the condo but never once felt crowded. The condo is very spacious and each bedroom has their own bathroom. The kitchen has an island with barstools which works great for the kids and a large dining room table. The condo was very clean, air conditioned and we experienced no issues with any of the appliances. The photos really can't reflect how nice and spacious this condo is. The facility is very well maintained. It has 5 pools, at least 3 hot tubs, and nice shallow areas for the small children. We visited three of the 5 pools and all were heated. There is 24 hour security at the entrance and a concierge point person near the buildings that you can order taxi's at any time. It took less than 2 minutes to get a taxi. You can walk to many nice restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the airport

Such a great place and just overall excellent experience. The unit was perfect…very well stocked with everything needed. And when we had a wrist band break or needed more water for the cooler they were all over it. Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Upon arrival, Josie was waiting with fresh guacamole and refreshments! The unit is extremely clean and has unobstructed views of the ocean and bay. Grand Venetian is a wonderful property with multiple beachfront pools and hot tubs. Highly recommend… we will be back!

We were personally and warmly welcomed with a tour of the condo along with any helpful instructions and amazingly delicious snacks and drinks. Anette and her team were always helpful and responsive in every way. We could not have asked for a better stay or a better host. We loved the condo, the view, the amenities and can't wait to return in the future.

Anette and Jossy were very helpful and so responsive throughout the duration of our stay. The unit is exactly how the pictures appear and was very clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again the next time we visit. Only downside is the limitation of other visitors (we had a relative who wanted to visit a few times just for a few hours given we hadn't seen her in many years). Otherwise, it was one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at ever!

Annette's condo is great. The condo is very clean, has a beautiful view, and contains everything you need for your stay. The communication with Annette was also great. Her property manager met us on site when we arrived and gave us a tour of the condo and its amenities. When we had questions during our stay, Annette and her property manager were attentive and provided quick responses. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing place. The photo’s don’t do it justice. It’s huge, with great views. Great pool and downstairs restaurant. Jossee is very helpful with any issues and with check in and check out. I would like to stay here again.

This place is gorgeous the pictures cannot describe the in person experience. Starting with the interior rooms and living spaces and kitchen, Very clean organized and fully equipped!. Super spacious and well furnished. The views wow the views are beyond amazing during day or night!. The host is very attentive and available at all times for your needs! I highly recommend this property for not only all the above but because you need to live the experience yourself and understand this is the best decision you can make.

We truly enjoyed our month- long stay in Annette's condo! It was spacious, clean, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We received a very warm welcome by Jossy, the manager. and Claudia the housekeeper. Jossy provided so much invaluable information and always answered any questions or concerns right away. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and has a gas cook stove, microwave and a water cooler. The views from both sides of the condo are great. Tower 2000 is closer to a restaurant that plays music during the weekends, which you will hear if you have the doors open. Since we were there during the hottest part of the summer, we did have the doors closed during much of the day; so we weren't so bothered. We used the pools and jacuzzi almost every day. We also made use of the very well equipped fitness center. The spa offers massages at rates better than what you find away from the condo. We were able to walk to two grocery stores and the mall. Costco is also a 5 min taxi ride away. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The condo staff will call a taxi right up to the building. (It is about 400 meters from condo entrance to Grand Venetian street entrance) Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return to this condo.

We were welcomed with cold beer and the best guacamole I've ever had! We were checked in on by texts, and made sure we had everything we need. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an absolutely wonderful family place to stay. Annette and Emanuel (property manager) were extremely attentive to every single one of our needs and responded immediately to any concerns we had. The condo was beautiful, clean, and large enough for our entire family. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants andwe had gorgeous views of the beach. Grocery stores are so close to be able to purchase items for food or personal hygiene. We will definitely come back in the future and I recommend this unit to families traveling to Puerto Vallarta.
