Amazing place for our stay in Tamarindo! The location was perfect, 5 minute drive to the beach and the town. The owners gave us great recommendations and were very responsive. The pool was an amazing add on to have with the heat. I definitely recommend.

Excellent place; as described. It is a super comfortable, quiet, safe place close to the beach. With very easy access to the area's attractive places and very close to restaurants and various services. The host was always available and attentive to providing us with support. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The place is very nice, clean and close to a supermarket. What I do think is important is that it lacks security. None of the windows have bars, and there is no gate on the front door. I say this because of what happened in the early hours of Sunday, August 3, in Tamarindo. We were scared, and knowing that the only thing we had was the front door, we were a little scared. Otherwise, the place is lovely.

For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the security concerns mentioned in this review. The incident referenced took place down the street from the property, not within our neighborhood. Our night security team responded quickly and took the necessary steps to secure the neighborhood. Additionally, the home is equipped with security bars on all windows and sliding doors. There is also an alarm system available for guests to use should they choose, providing an additional layer of security and peace of mind during their stay. The safety and comfort of our guests are extremely important to us, and we take these matters seriously. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of six. The location was great -just a short drive to the beach. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, as well as a cute restaurant called Rural that has a great breakfast and lunch. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions, and the house was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals, and we absolutely loved having the pool! It was clean, refreshing, and a favorite with our family. The hosts were wonderful and incredibly responsive. One small thing to be aware of: there is a rooster next door who likes to make himself known in the mornings, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs! 😊 Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The house was comfortable, clean, convenient, and a perfect home base for our time in Tamarindo. We really loved our stay and would happily stay here again

We stayed here for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a Spanish immersion summer camp. For us, we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tamarindo, but we also had a car to make getting around easy. There is a nearby market, Italian market, Tamarindo Roasters for good coffee and more in walking distance. The house was perfect. Spacious for our family and the casita was a nice addition for us when we were working. The pool was wonderful to have in a private space - especially on a hot day at the beach. The team was super responsive to any questions and the weekly cleaning was a nice plus. Oh! We also loved that there was laundry on site! Highly recommend. Felt super safe too.
