The apartment Gabriela has his beautiful and very well kept the best part was everyone had their own bathroom which made it very easy to have a minute to yourself and get ready if we ever go back to Panama we would love to stay again!

We booked this apartment for a family stay, including an infant. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the listing or expectations. The primary master bedroom was unusable for most of the stay due to visible mold on the walls and ceiling, which was never professionally remediated. Several other issues occurred throughout the stay, including unreliable hot water, a TV that did not work for many days due to missing equipment, and a living room carpet that was dirty on arrival and removed for cleaning for several days. The apartment also lacked basic cleaning tools, which made it difficult to maintain cleanliness while traveling with a baby. Resolving issues required frequent communication and multiple maintenance visits, which caused ongoing disruption. While the host did attempt to address some items, many problems were resolved very late or not fully resolved at all. Overall, the condition and service level did not align with how the listing was presented.
