Excellent facilities, everything super clean, spacious, comfortable, very good location, with a lot of security!! I highly recommend it!!!

Jose was a great host always looking to help. His appartment was spacious and in a great central location. Jose provide water and biscuits as a welcome pack. There was also toiletries provided. He also offered driver services . Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is very secure with good front security services.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, and it has many details and amenities that make the experience very pleasant. The location is unbeatable, on Paseo de la Reforma, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. In addition, there is always security staff in the lobby, which provides peace of mind throughout the stay. Everything was as described in the listing and communication with José was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Great place with tight building security

Overall, this was a great find. It’s spacious- easily slept 4 people separately (one on the couch, but more on that in a second) and has 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a really nice building with security in a very good area, a little far from the things we wanted to do but nothing that wasn’t easy via a long walk or quick bike or uber. The pool was nice and tranquil, but it was tranquil because you have to book ahead- no exceptions. Ultimately this was fine, just a bit more awkward or planned than we anticipated. Same thing for the gym- again, fine, but worth noting ahead of time. Thankfully, the host is extremely responsive and kind! The only thing we had an issue with is that one member of our group woke up with small bumps on her skin after sleeping on the couch. We hope the host takes a look at this and ensures the couch is totally cleaned between stays, but it’s as you can see from the rating, the pros outweigh the cons.

Great central location. Felt secure and safe in the apartment- lots of security in the lobby. You do need to communicate in advance with the host to arrange for pool/gym use but the host was very quick to accomodate and respond. I would stay there again when I visit CDMX in the future!

Amazing location. Huge space for families. Host is very responsive. Apartment is close to everything you need. Amenities are not easily accessible.

We had a great stay, the building is very secure and has a good location a 30 minute walk from a couple different neighborhoods. The place was clean, well stocked and they even provided water. José also was always very responsive. Be aware there are limitations to how many people can use the pool and gym at a time / you need to book in advance for maximum 2 people. The facilities are great though so would definitely recommend using them!

The apartment exceeds expectations, it has a location where everything is close to you, it is a quiet area, the cleanliness was very good, in addition to the detail of the amenities when you arrive at the apartment, it will simply be the first option when you return to CDMX

We loved our stay at José's apartment! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mexico City, close to everything: restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist places. Despite being on a very lively street, the apartment is quiet and perfect for resting. The place is spacious, clean and very cozy. It has everything you need — an equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi. You can tell that José takes care of every detail to make guests feel at home. José was an amazing host: very friendly, always available and helped us a lot with check-in, explaining everything patiently. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We'd love to come back on our next visit to CDMX!
