Everything is excellent!

Manuel was an excellent host, always attentive and friendly. The apartment is in very good condition and everything worked great. We would definitely come back.

Traveled with family and kids and we loved it! Place was very clean and had everything needed to feel right at home. Traveled with my baby and Manuel provided a high chair and a crib, this was something i loved because its hard to find a place that has everything to accommodate a baby/toddler. Manuel was very communicative and was always available. Kids loved the pool and the beach. I loved waking up to a beautiful morning beach view from the balcony and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back. Thank you Manuel!

Excellent service

The apartment is spectacular. The entire complex is extremely quiet and safe. It's a place to rest and relax. They are strict with the rules but that makes everything in optimal condition. The beach is quiet, clean and the food they prepare in the pool and beach area is very good. The area is very central, you have very good restaurants within walking distance, cafes, banks, shopping malls and everyone knows the development. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful, as shown in the photos, super equipped with beach toys, a cooler with wheels and everything you need for an ideal vacation. Spacious areas for family living, beautiful ocean views and shops and restaurants nearby.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience! We just returned from a 2-week vacation in Puerto Vallarta and had the most amazing stay at Manuel’s condo in Peninsula Vallarta. This was my first Airbnb booking, and Manuel made the experience so easy—he was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The condo itself is stunning—spacious, clean, and even better than the photos. We had seven people in our group (including adult children and elder parents), and everyone was very comfortable. The building is secure and well cared for, and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! It’s in a perfect location—close to grocery stores, Isla Mall, and just a short Uber ride to the Malecón, Marina and many great restaurants. Manuel also arranged for Rosy to clean during our stay, and she did a fantastic job. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will definitely book with Manuel again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning views. Felt like I was right at home. Host was very responsive and attentive. Definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for something to have a relaxable stay and a great view. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolute everything to me. Will definitely be booking when I come back next year ! Thank you ! Loved everything about this place ! Don’t think twice just book.

Very nice apartment, super-equipped and conveniently located. Peninsula is a great location and the ocean view apartment is amazing.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo with 2 gorgeous views. One balcony has a view of the peninsula & the other of the city. Julio was great & very helpful. He communicated well & answered all my questions promptly. Definitely worth what we paid. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. Julio had a cleaning person come during our stay which was very convenient. It was close to everything including the airport. When you walk out of the condos you have the beautiful pool and the beach right in front of you. We were a 5 minute walking distance from the marina where we boarded a boat for a fun excursion. Would highly recommend and definitely returning soon!

Julio provides a beautiful space in a fabulous location. The condo is furnished nicely, complete with balcony furniture, as well, which we haven't always been fortunate to have when we've stayed in other units in the same building. In addition to providing great accommodations, Julio is also very communicative and always responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent apartment

Of all the Airbnbs I've stayed at, this has been the best. The location, privacy, and helpful staff impressed me. The apartment is very clean, impeccable and fully functional. The pool is divine and comfortable, with very easy beach access. Our stay was amazing.

This condo is very causy and the design is modern and elegant. The owner is a real gentleman who really takes care of us. The master bedroom is wide, perfect and the linen and the kingsize bed are very comfortable. The second room has two queen beds perfect for guests. The third room doen’t have any window, it would be good for kids, we did not used it. The terrace is great, well furnish and offers you the most spectacular views of the ocean (including whales and dolphins). There is no better place to appreciate the wonderfulls sunsets of PV. We will come back.
