The place is very beautiful and large, it comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the fractionation is quiet and allows you to rest and disconnect. The check in instructions and communication was clear and prompt, all wonderful!

The house was just for us, super beautiful, very good location, there were no setbacks, everything close by, the pool area very nice, every room with its bathroom, the beds very comfortable and everything is super clean. Guillermo is very accessible and always available ! Excellent stay, the truth is highly recommended !

We had a stressful start with the airport losing our luggage, but Nat was wonderful helping us deal with the airline in Spanish and giving fantastic advice about where to go and what to do. She and her family made the experience feel more like staying with friends rather than just renting a room, it was such a great feeling!

I had a lovely time staying with Nat. I received a very friendly welcome from both her and her daughter Carolina who gave me lots of ideas for my trip. The room is comfortable, clean with a/c and I started and ended my vacation there because I felt so at home.

Nat went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She helped us sort the issues we were having with our rental car company, was accommodating of our late arrival time / early departure time, and was overall extremely welcoming. She and her family made us feel at home even though we were only there for 8ish hours. Unfortuantely, we didn't have time to check out the pool, but the rest of her house was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

When I go to Cancún this is the only place that I'll stay. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. The room is comfortable and it has both a ceiling fan and AC. Nat and her husband are extremely nice people. Any questions you have they're always there to answer them for you. You won't be disappointed with this Airbnb.

I've stayed with Nat before and had an amazing experience, but this time i made the reservations for my parents. They loved it. Nat and her husband are super nice people and make you feel welcomed, if you have any questions they are always quick to respond and very helpful. I never met Nat since he had an unexpected trip come up, but he was kind enough not to cancel our booking. He arranged everything very nicely and communicated we'll through the whole process. Arturo, who gave us the keys, was very nice and helpful. The house was great, location was good to get to the airport, and I'd stay here again!

Nat was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. She offered great travel tips on how to get to certain places and even offered to drive us into town when she was heading there. I loved Tito and Max her pet cat and dog too :-)

Nat is a fantastic host. Probably the best host that I have seen so far. We did not plan our trip at all before heading over to Cancun and it turned out to be awesome as Nat planned for us! Before we just planned to stay in Cancun for a week. Now we are visiting Playa de Carmen, Valladolid and Merida. Not to mention that she gave us a free ride to an awesome local restaurant! The house is great. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and things are just cozy. I don't think you can get anything better for the same prize! I hope Nat's pets are fine. Her dog Max is really old and I wish the best of him!

We had a wonderful stay at Nat's house. The room was very comfortable and Nat and her husband gave us great advices for our further travel plans. Also the breakfast was good... Highly recommend this place.

We spent only one night at Nat, as we left the next day (to the airport by taxi it is about 10 - 15 minutes, to the ADO bus terminal 5 minutes). The house is in a quiet residential area. The room was very clean and that bed is very comfortable. Nat and her husband welcomed us very warmly even though we arrived far too early. They are great hosts. In addition to a great breakfast, we were also offered dinner. We were given great tips for the area and we were even taken by you to a shopping mall. We therefore recommend the place.

Nat was the most amazing host. We had a layover in Cancun on our way to Cuba, and were looking for a place to rest for a few hours. Nat provided very helpful information before our arrival on how to get around town, and went out of her way to help us during our short stay. Her home is beautiful and has tons of charm. She was kind enough to drop us off at the bank on her way into town, and even made us lunch before we departed. We were truly touched by Nat's kindness.

Nat and her husband were great hosts. The house was beautiful and the backyard pool was so peaceful, though a bit cold for the time of year we visited. We stayed at Nat's place for 3 days when we arrived the first time in mexico. Nat and her family are very nice and warm people! they were also very helpful and gave us a lot of good advices. we were really comfortable there! the house and everything was really nice and clean. The room was good and we had our own private bathroom. the area where they house is located is very nice and we felt totally safe there! we were very happy that we could stay an additional night at her place during, and also at the end, of our journey. we already felt at home there :) if we are going to come to cancun again we definitely would stay there again! so if you like to stay at nice place with lovely and nice people I can highly recommend nat's house!

From arrival until departure, it was a very good decision to stay with Nat. Beforehand, she provided us with information on how to get to her place, which surely made us save money and time. House and garden are beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable. To get there, you need a car or taxi though. The whole family made us feel welcome and gave us lots of useful (travel-) advice. Finally, they even gave us a lift to our next destination. Altogether, very recommendable!

Nat, her family and their place was the best way to start our vacation in Mexico. She greeted us with fruits and youghurt - just what we needed after a long trip. And when her husband came home he even offered us a beer. Great hospitality! And in the morning they served us a great mexican breakfast. The room was spacious and the seperate bathroom was really convenient. The day we left Nat helped us searching for hotels and called different places for us. And she also helped picking different destinations on our route throughout the trip. Nat's place is defenitely recommendable!

Nat and her family is amazing! The house is in a great and quiet neighborhood, you can sleep here without earplugs. The garden is beautiful and the pool looks great (unfortunately we couldn't try it due to the rain). The room has a garden view and you can spot birds in the morning. The breakfast is delicious and they prepare it fresh for you, and there are multiple items you can choose from. Their pets are also very friendly. But the most amazing thing was that when our taxi didn't arrive on time (and we were anxious to catch our flight) her daughter drove us to the airport! We are still so thankful! Amazing, amazing, amazing! Book this place if you're staying in Cancún!

Since the moment my mother and i arrived to her house Nat made us feel welcomed and comfortable, she even told us were we could get a better exchange rate for our money (we got a great deal!). Nat and her daughter Carolina are just the best host anyone could ever ask for, we even had breakfast with them and they were kind enough to take us to the bus station. To be honest my mother and i didn't have a plan for Cancun, but our amazing time and adventure we definitely owe it to Nat and Carolina. We experienced a part of Cancun that i don't think we would've ever been able to experience if we stayed at a hotel. The room is big, comfortable, and clean, and there is an AC, we didn't use it because the fan in that room was awesome! I seriously suggest you stop looking for a place in Cancun and just book it right now, i promise you won't be disappointed.

The treatment, the friendliness and in general the presence of such helpful hosts made our experience in Cancun unforgettable so much so that the spectacular house and the very comfortable room are in the background. The first moment we entered Nat's house we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The first night both her and her daughter sat down at the table with us and gave us recommendations for where we should travel to on the Yucatan peninsula. They recommended Bacalar and diving with the whale sharks and provided us with phone numbers for both places! We owe our adventures and our wonderful vacation to Nat and her family. Their recommendations were wonderful and we had an amazing time at every place they recommended. We talked with them for a long while and we truly felt at home sharing experiences and laughing with this wonderful family late into the night. The room was decorated nicely, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. They left breakfast out for us and even invited us to go along with them for tacos and to the market. Although we loved being social with Nat and her family they were also very respectful of our privacy. If you are thinking of any other Airb&b in Cancun, I implore you to stop your search and stay in this beautiful home, with this beautiful family.

Nat and Bernardo made us feel at home. They were very friendly, thoughtful, and gentle. In addition, they allowed us to get to know one side of Cancun that would otherwise have been impossible, we greatly appreciate their warmth, disposition and generosity in the face of our trip. They also gave us quite helpful information for the rest of our trip and were responsive to any of our concerns. The house as such is beautiful and very warm.
