I really liked the stay. Everything was very clean and there was a pleasant family atmosphere.

The facilities are beautiful and much larger than we imagined. We loved being surrounded by so much vegetation. You can breathe a lot of tranquility. Also, it's a big plus to have access to so many pools and the tennis courts. There was no room for boredom. The view is amazing!! A perfect place for vacations with family or friends. Also with quick and secure access to the ocean. The host was very attentive.

The apartment is old compared to other places, but it is not in poor condition; it is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 functional bathrooms, and the entire house is air-conditioned without any issues. The complex has 3 pools that are not mentioned in the listing. It is literally right on the beach; you can watch your children play in the sand from your terrace. Most of the pools have wading areas on one side where your children can play safely without worrying about them drowning. The place has spectacular sunset views. I would only ask for two more essential things: a grill for the terrace and a laundry area. It's inconvenient to rent a property for 5 days and have your clothes wet, smelling of mildew, and having to find a place to hang them. Other than that, the property meets all expectations, and the manager is very friendly.

Perfect location!

Great location at a reasonable price. Close to the grocery store. On the Beach. We could watch the kids play on the beach from our patio. Nice swimming pools! Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the condo was truly first rate! We were on the beach in a way that no other place really has. We bought mangoes from the beach vendors from our patio. We were right between two pools and near the restaurant at Los Tules. There was a grocery store across the street, all taxi drivers knew exactly where to drop us off after a day in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We woke up to the sounds of the waves on the shore and ended our days watching epic sunsets.

Great stay and enjoyable place!

It met expectations, we liked the space a lot and the condominium had many pools and a tennis court, I think they could put it in the description, a quiet area not far from downtown and close to the airport, which makes mobility much easier

The stay was pleasant and everything worked well during our visit. The place was clean, good location and fulfilled what was promised in the publication. The host was attentive and communication was clear and quick. Overall, a good experience, recommended for future visits.

Nice place and a great location.

I went with my family for 5 nights, the security staff is very friendly, the complex is very nice and with a supermarket/pharmacy/shops nearby within walking distance. The villa is right on the beach, with a very nice view. The terrace is comfortable to be there. It is very spacious, it is as it appears in the photos and the description. Any questions or problems were resolved, thanks to Mr. Gerardo, who was the person in charge in this case. The pools are very nice, family atmosphere, there is access to the complex's beach and restaurant (separate price). Beach towels are paid separately once you check in. In the evenings there is dim lighting for walks around the complex. The air conditioners and fans do work, and there is hot water. Very good accommodation for families because there are four rooms and there are even two sofas in the living room that function as a bed. We hope to return soon.

The place is beautiful and the ocean view is incredible, the pool is super accessible to the place and the whole complex is always clean, we arrived a little early and they let us into the room early, which we really appreciate. Very friendly and always attentive treatment.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at Los Tules and this unit. The building was literally right on the water, with picture perfect views and located just feet between 2 of the property’s 7 pools. The host was very responsive, even providing us with another contact name and their info should we ever need, who was also very responsive and helpful. The unit was very spacious for our family and had all the beach vibe necessities. I do hope we’ll be able to make the trek back to P.V. again in coming years, and if/when we do, hope we’re welcomed back as we’d love to recreate the experience we had here again! Thanks for everything!!

This stay exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful with an incredible view of the ocean and direct beach access. The resort amenities were great with many pools, beach access points, and a restaurant and bar. Such an affordable price for what you are getting!! Any issues that came up were very quickly resolved with a kind and responsive host. We would love to stay again.

Great central location with walkable distance to different places. Easy access to downtown Puerto Vallarta. We truly enjoyed our stay.
