David has a lot of plus in the suite, and that's a great added value, in addition to spectacular views, clean and very comfortable place, the pool water was hot the whole time but that's out of human control depends on the weather conditions, the rest is excellent.

This property was very comfortable for our family of 4. Plenty of room and the view was great. Easy to find and check in. Has everything we needed including a washing machine. The place is close to everything, restaurants, shops and bars., but also far enough where you don’t hear a thing from outside except the waves if you open the doors. Host was there when we needed him, thank you.

Beautiful Airbnb, right on the beach with an amazing view, all needed amenities were available. Quiet location and walking distance to two malls, hospital and several restaurants. Price was affordable and host responded to messages. Definitely recommend and hope to return, we loved our stay!

This place is amazing, Not only is it a great location and beautiful view but the host is really great at communicating. I would recommend anyone to stay at Davids place and plan to go again, as it was my first time in cancun and had a blast!

Great condo!

The duplex is perfect to spend some incredible days in Cancun, very conveniently located and close to quite a few points of interest in the city, the condominium has pools with access to the plya, they are clean and comfortable, really a preferential location. The space inside the apartment is spacious and has all facilities for proper appreciation. I would definitely return to this place and this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent - the views are breathtaking. The beach and pools were as beautiful as in the pictures. The unit was comfortable and the balconies were great. We hope to return again someday!

place was great well decorated, had everything I needed, appliances in good condition, kitchen utensils of good quality, which surprised me. The view was dreamy. pools clean, personnel very nice and respectful. we had a great time. would definitely come back

David's place was cozy, I would just recommend putting the name of the Villas marlin condominium to make it so much easier to get to, but everything is fine with the establishment, David was an excellent host.

This spot was just gorgeous! Great location with walkable shopping and sightseeing. Located just on the beach. Too many amenities to list. Very safe area. Responsive and friendly host. I will be back. I recommend his place!

About the host: David was very quick to respond and very accommodating. First I booked the day before I intended and David adjusted my trip for me. Then our flight was canceled due to an impending snowstorm and we needed to leave a day earlier and he adjusted my trip back to the original day without complaint. He checked in with us during our stay and was very helpful. About the complex: We love Villas Marlin. We have stayed there many times and in many different units. We always feel very safe, it is well managed and in good repair. The location is great, walkable to groceries, restaurants, bus line and nightlife. It has a calmer, more homey feel than much of Cancún. About the unit: This is the nicest unit we’ve stayed in at Villas Marlin. Excellent views, comfortable furniture and great outdoor space. It was bigger than the two of us needed… it would be great for two couples or a family. The kitchen was well equipped which was important as we cook in more than go out. Awesome
