This place was wonderful and Stefan and Hui were excellent hosts!

Amazing location far enough away from the Tulum club scene that it was nice and quiet, but still close enough to walk to some restaurants. But, honestly, the food prepared for us at Rancho San Eric was better than anything else we ate in Tulum! Beach was steps away with fun waves for boogie boarding with boards they provided. Could not have asked for a better setup for our two families!

Great location with the best (fun and safe) ocean waves! Gorgeous outdoor area. The WiFi was fickle when everybody in the house was trying to work. But it made for a great escape

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at Stefan and Hui’s beachfront Airbnb in Tulum! The location was unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the waves and stunning ocean views every day was incredible. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Stefan and Hui were fantastic hosts—responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our group stayed here for my wife’s 50th birthday, and it truly was the best week of our lives. From start to finish, every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t thank them enough for making this trip unforgettable. The service was absolutely top-notch. Juan and Mateo were like family, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were always available, super attentive, and genuinely made us feel pampered throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging activities, offering local tips, or simply making sure we had a cold drink by the pool, they were perfect hosts. The food! Wow. Every meal was incredible. The breakfasts and dinners prepared for us were some of the best we’ve ever had, with fresh, local ingredients cooked to perfection. Airbnb won't let us write a long enough review!

Beautiful place right on the beach. Stefan and Hui are super friendly and responsive and the workers on the property made our vacation stress free by handling all of the cooking, cleaning and grocery runs. 5 stars!

An absolute gem on Tulum Beach! It was wonderful to have both beach and pool options just steps away from each other. Hui went above and beyond in providing recommendations / answering questions leading up to the trip, was very responsive, and went out of her way to ensure that we had a great time on the trip. The staff members are very friendly/helpful, and while we weren't sure how much we would use the chef services leading up to the trip, we ended up eating most meals on property given the quality / convenience / relative affordability of the food, which freed up more time for our group to relax and enjoy. The property is very close to restaurants/nightlife of Tulum Beach, making it very easy for our group to go out at night. We felt completely safe on property given the gated nature of the property and with staff members on site. Casa Dunia made our trip to Tulum, and we look forward to returning to the property in the future!

Our family's stay at Casa Dunia was exactly what we had hoped for. The property is located on the southern end of Tulum beach, just beyond the long row of shops and bars and beach clubs and bigger resorts. We loved that the house and private beach were peaceful and tranquil, and if we wanted to join in on the Tulum fiesta, it was just a 10 minute walk away. Stefan orchestrates a very efficient team to care for the house and its guests; every day we were very well fed, the house was cleaned, the beach was raked, the towels were replaced and there was always some one to assist if needed. The accommodations are thoughtful and comfortable, with multiple places to nap, lounge, enjoy the beach and to simply take in the extraordinary beauty of Tulum. Our family talked about returning before we even left and it's very likely that your group will too!

Man, where do I even start. From the booking process to check out, everything is so seamless. This has been a Dream Vacation. My family and I had such a wonderful time. We LOVE Stefan’s place and didn’t want to leave. Beach, pool, view, decor, this villa is EVERYTHING! they thought of every single detail. Beautiful beautiful place. Mateo and Juan has made our stay even more comfortable. We were well taken care of. I woke up this morning back home and missing Juan and Mateo’s great cooking haha. Can’t wait to go back!!! Casa Dunia was a dream! Everything we hoped for was a reality at this place. Gorgeous property, great-sized bedrooms, nice pool, beautiful sandy beach, and tons of room to hang and play. Close enough to in town to enjoy the restaurants, beach clubs and spas, but far enough where it’s super quiet and private. Oh! And the food! The food was fantastic. Hui, Stefan, Mateo and Juan are an all star team. Every meal we had was something different and so yummy! Really made experience less stressful not having to think about coordinating our breakfast and dinners. They also did all the grocery shopping for us. We told them what we wanted and they took care of everything. Stefan was also super helpful when it came to giving us recommendations on places to visit (ruins, cenotes, in town restaurants, how to get there, etc). Honestly, can’t say enough about the accommodations and hospitality. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Tulum, look no further than Casa Dunia at Rancho San Eric!

We highly recommend this house!! This was a bachelorette week for us but would be fun with couples / families as well. The location is perfect. The ranch is safe / quiet but located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It is right on the beach, which is also private. You can listen to the ocean and feel the cool breeze all day. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. The hosts are amazing! Be sure to take advantage of their meals. The food was wonderful, healthy, and fresh. Hosts are kind, welcoming, attentive, and always have a smile. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with more than you need. Would love to go back.

This was incredible home. The staff are amazing & cooked everything perfectly. Everything was beautiful just like the photos. Stefan was so helpful w everything. We want to come back all ready.
