Excellent location with privacy and safety; West End and the grocery store were both within a 10-15 min drive. Lovely view from the porch. Enjoyed using the snorkel gear and grill.

We loved our stay. Very spacious, clean and in a peaceful location. Beautiful view of the water and right by the dock you can sit on our swim around. Conrad was always responsive and helpful. We had extended family staying with us and everyone loves it. Everything worked well and we had all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The area is quiet, and the we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We encountered another family one day who was staying nearby. The view and location is fantastic, and the house is spacious and very comfortable.

We had a very nice time with the family in this house. Very cozy and equipped. A very quiet and safe environment for children. Communication was very good!

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The breathtaking sea view alone makes it unforgettable. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances—everything you could possibly need and more! We loved spending our evenings on the terrace, grilling and enjoying quality time together. A special touch I’ve never seen in an Airbnb before was the provided hair curler—such a thoughtful detail! We did have a minor issue with the hot water, but it was resolved immediately. The host and manager were incredibly responsive, making our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to return. Thank you for an amazing experience! 🫶🏼

Conrad and his crew were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Any problems were immediately addressed and taken care of. Beautiful view from the porch with easy access to a doc and some of the best snorkeling on the island. I would recommend to anyone coming to Roatán looking for a place away from the hectic west bay but still providing comfort and tranquility

Beautiful house facing the sea, very large and beautiful

Great location northeast of the busy area of West End. Great location on the beach! Great neighborhood dock for accessing the water! Reef and good snorkelling are only a short swim off the end of the dock! Accomodations are perfect for a multi-gen family with beds enough for 10. We slept six comfortably. AC worked very well! Humongous patios overlooking the beach were awesome -- no equivalent elsewhere! Conrad, the host, was extremely responsive to my questions and inquiries. Also, Vanessa, the local host, was very available and accomodating. SUP's to rent. Laundry in the basement! Local grocery store just 5 minute drive. This place was perfect for our family. If you plan to go diving, I recommend Sandy Bay Divers, just because Jordan there is very flexible and accomodating with whatever you want to do, and no extra charges for gear rental or taxes. Great to work with.

WOW! Highly recommend Conrad’s place. Very comfortable for our family, plenty of space for 9 adults. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding was incredibly peaceful and stunning. Very responsive host. Can’t go wrong with this location.

Conrad is an awesome host. He responded too all of my menu questions before or trip and when we got there we had a little mishap on an air conditioner in a room but he and his staff went above and beyond to fix the situation, mind you this was Easter Sunday. Deyne was an awesome property fill in manager and Frankie was an awesome driver. I am so thankful to have found this place and these people. we will be back!!!

It is a beautiful place, ideal for families, the house has everything you need easy communication, access, beach in front, market nearby, can swim in the reef, it is wonderful, super recommended, everything clean, attentive people. Highly recommended!!

Conrad's place is amazing. The location ideal, steps from the water's edge. The house is very well appointed, clean and kept well. Having been to Roatan multiple times in the past, and knowing Sandy Bay, I knew the dock would be critical and it did not disappoint. All of the local staff was great as well. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. We loved the location, quiet, away from cruise ship area. We swam out to reef a couple times and rented the kayaks and took those out to reef as well. Incredible snorkeling right by house. The neighbors are mostly long term renters and were very nice as well. Giving out snorkeling location tips and such. Conrad was very easy to communicate with, as was the property manager and kayak guy.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely could have fit more very comfortably. It was so beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. The screened in porch was awesome at night and the open porch was great during the day. We walked to the dive shop one way and to an amazing deli for lunch the other way. We 100% would recommend this place. Thank you!!!

Conrad’s place was amazing. The house is clean and comfortable with huge porches overlooking the ocean. We swam out to the reef every day and saw beautiful healthy coral and animals. I would love to return.

Beautiful home with an amazing view. You can clearly watch the sunset from any of the large decks or even from the living room! The house felt very private and peaceful! Would stay here again next we’re in Roatan!

We were very happy with our choice of where to stay on Roatan! The house is perfectly located on a long stretch of uncrowded walkable beach; and there is such a friendly community vibe at Sundancer! It's a good swim from the dock out to the reef, and WOW... No extra charge for the daily enjoyment of watching turtles, rays, parrotfish, and other sealife under the clear blue water. We also spotted sea creatures surfacing while we relaxed on that huge nicely furnished deck. The house is clean, well maintained, and has lots of dishes, cooking gadgets, a nice gas grill, bottled water cooler, and a top-notch blender! Luke, the local property manager, was available and helpful the whole time we were there. There are a couple good places for eats, beverages and fun within walking distance. From morning coffee with hummingbirds to unforgettable sunsets, we enjoyed every day of our stay!!

Love the Sandy Bay Area. Will definitely be back
