This location was a perfect place to stay for a family beach vacation!!! The swimming and snorkeling is excellent right off the beach. There is a surf school right next door that Kylie recommended - they were really great. Also, you can walk for miles down the beach. Los Olas is at the end of the beach which meant it’s quieter. Two good restaurants are close, along the beach. The tennis court was in good shape. The unit has an amazing ocean view, overlooking the pool area with a large deck for eating meals outside, lounging and watching whales!! Inside there is lots of space. Our family did not find the traffic noise to be a problem at all. Kylie was so helpful in arranging drivers and providing excellent information about things we wanted to see and do in the area. Her recommendations were excellent and made our trip so memorable!! We have rented a lot of AirBNBs but Kylie was the most responsive host ever!! She responded to my questions usually within minutes!!

After a bummer experience at another property, we were so grateful to book this space very last minute. Kylie was immediately responsive and helpful, arranged same-day early check-in, and the cleaners even set up a pack n play so my son could nap as soon as we arrived. While this unit could use some updating, it didn’t matter because we spent all of our time on the beautiful and well-maintained property. My highlights: The pool is warm and super clean (we swam from sun up to sun down with our young kids). The beach is literally steps from the pool/grass. Friendly staff. Close to town, Palmillas beach, grocery stores, etc. The noise from the highway is listed as a possible nuisance but we weren’t bothered one bit! Best of all is the service/communication. The hosts clearly care a lot, the effort and dedication to their product is obvious. Plus they actually live in Mexico and employ local staff (big thumbs up). Thank you for saving our vacation. We will definitely book again with you.

I’m hesitant to write too much about it for fear that it will not be available the next time we go to book it! The condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The two king beds are amazingly comfortable, Especially with the soft sheets! We all slept great every night! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and relaxing. This was our first time in the San Jose area and we’ll definitely be back, the Art walk downtown on Thursday nights was a beautiful and fun experience. Lots of Great food options as well. The only negative was that we didn’t stay longer, perfect place to kick off 2021.

This place is awesome! A surfers paradise. They had everything we needed and lots of suggestions for places to go and eat. For reviews about the noise, yes you hear the road noise at night. They provide earplugs and white noise machines. It wasn’t a problem. Loved it here and can’t wait to come back.

First time in Cabos... And the place is PERFECT !!! swimmable beach just in front of the condo, also you can surf and rent surf table beside the location...pool with perfect temperature, no so many people in the beach, supermakets and restaurants very near... PERFECT PLACE TO SPEND SO GOOD HOLYDAYS !!!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Karen stayed in touch with me before we arrived with several helpful emails with advise of things to do in the area and where to rent a car. She alerted us that there was repair work being done to the elevator during the time of our stay. No problem since we typically walk the stairs anyway. The condo was very spacious and the location was excellent. We were right on the beach in front of the spot I surfed everyday. Short walk to Zippers Restaurant for tacos and (strong) margaritas. Bryan greeted us at the condo upon arrival and gave us a walk through. He followed up twice during our stay which was a nice touch. The location was very close to Cabo San Jose where we spent a lot of time, but Cabo San Lucas was just down the Highway and a very easy drive. The condo complex is right on the highway so you can hear the highway noise but the view, amenities, and location certainly keeps you focused on the beautiful ocean view. The condo accomodates surfers and there are lockable surf lockers for your boards. We look forward to visiting again.

This is a great, secure and comfortable location. The amenities were very good, and the hostess very responsive and helpful. Immediate beach access and a short drive to Cabo San Lucas made for a very restful and fun vacation!

Only problem was that we couldn't stay longer! Loved every minute of it. Endless entertainment while watching the waves combined with wonderful amenities. Can't wait to visit again!

Everything is exactly as advertised at this property. Beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, FULLY stocked kitchen and amazing hosts. Highly recommended.

The place is really nice, amazing view and Karen and Brian are great hosts and answer back really fast, nevertheless is not a place for partying. We were told that it was oky for music between 8am to 10pm but we were told a couple of times to lower it down between those hours. If you’re looking to rest, surf, go to the beach and stay super calm is a great place.

Great place to stay! Especially if you’re a surfer! They recommended some great places to surf and the location is right in front of two different surf breaks. Place was clean and had everything you could want.

Brian and his condo was the BOMB! Book it now and then read the rest of this review. Why I think this is the best place to stay. 1. Host was on top of all of our needs. From the welcome appetizers to checking in on us to helping us with arrangements back home 2. Location was epic. We came to surf with our kids and it was so easy. The Rock was right in front and we were able to enjoy beers on the balcony and watch our kids surf great waves 3. Washing machine/dryer. This made it so convenient to pack clean clothes home 4. Unit is on the 4th floor which was perfect. Away from the street noise but high enough for the best view 5. Corner unit so balcony was twice as big as the other units 6. AC was nice and cool 7. WiFi was fast 8. Parking access card which made entry in and out a breeze 9. Furniture was big and comfy. I fell asleep countless times on it 10. Best value we have found yet. We have been making annual surf trips for many years. This has been hands down the best place we have found.

Had a great stay here and can not recommend enough. Great surf less than a 3 minute walk, cold beer and guacamole waiting for you upon check in, and hosts that were super communicative. Everything from booking to check out was top notch and look forward to staying here again.

Great location with amazing view. Nice place and very nice hosts. Can't complain when your host welcomes you with chips, salsa, guacamole and cold beer in the fridge! The condo has everything you will need and most of the things you will want. Complex is secure and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay here and would live to go back any time.

Absolutely beautiful view. Great beach and close to two restaurants in walking distance. The host was there when we arrived and when we left and gave lots of great information.

Great location for surfers. The condo’s view is pristine. The condo itself was quite nice. Brian was a great host, always available on a moments notice. There is highway traffic directly behind, making it quite loud.

Brian met us before cleaning was finished so we could store our luggage and enjoy the beach! Brian and Karen quickly responded to any correspondence before and during our trip. It is quiet on the beach - very few vendors. We used their snorkel equipment and watched surfers most days even though it wasn't surfing season. We used Uber to get into San Jose Del Cabo and took the bus to Cabo San Lucas. Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our vacation in this unit!

The location was perfect, and the tranquility made me feel so relaxed. So much better than any hotel in SJD if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

Top notch host and property. We used it as a home base for a boys surf trip. Fun waves out front and central location to the East Cape or Cerritos area. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was well furnished and well located. Their was a notebook that covered almost everything one would want to know and Brian was almost always instantly available vie email. A great experience!

A group of five of us stayed here for long weekend surf trip. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us and was nice and clean. The balcony had a great view of the beach and always had a breeze so it was perfect for hanging out outside. The living room was comfy and had a roku so you could chill and stream movies, etc... The location was absolutely for us; we were able to walk right down to the beach to two excellent surf spots. It was also a great retreat from the sun when we'd had enough of the beach. Additionally, there is a surf shop across the road so we didn't even need to have a car to go pick up boards. We will definitely be back. Thank you Karen and Brian for your hospitality and all the local tips.

5 Stars. For us, this place is in the greatest location. Surf, pool, beach at your door and a close drive to the heart of San Jose del Cabo. Our hosts were phenomenal with communication and went above and beyond to make sure our 2-week stay was comfortable and memorable.

This apartment is located in a private condominium, has a great ocean view, is well equipped with and Brian's attention is excellent. The beach is ideal for surfers, and the bay is very large allowing you to play, walk and rest away from the noise, with few people

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It's an ideal location. Nicely furnished home with a host that is extremely responsive and has attended to every detail prior to our arrival. The place includes a very thorough compendium of local knowledge that will help make anyone's trip much more enjoyable.
