From the moment we walked through the doors I was extremely happy. The view from the windows is so beautiful and allows so much natural light to shine through. The whole place was perfection. Much better than the pictures actually. The beds were comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had what you needed to make your meals, coffee, and even frozen pizzas for the kids night time cravings. Omg and the location! You literally get your own private beach. There's also a pool that is cleaned daily. Fred was a great host, providing all the info and instructions needed to get to this little peace of tranquility.

We loved the place. The accommodation was very nice, super comfortable, quiet, and relaxed. All the staff were very friendly. We had a super amazing time, and everything is just as seen in the photos. I think it's even much better because sometimes you can't see it very well in the photos, but it's 💯 recommended. I would really love to come back to this place ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍😍😍

We had an amazing stay here! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony is huge and was the perfect spot to relax while watching the ocean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, and the Airbnb also has multiple hot tubs to enjoy. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and didn’t experience any issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Just recently stayed at Fred’s condo with three small children and multiple adults for a quiet relaxing getaway. This did not disappoint. Waking up and seeing the beautiful beach was incredible. The pool was also amazing and so kids friendly with so many different heights for kids to play on. It is very private and quiet. Fred and Manuel were super responsive if we had any issues. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing. I will be going back for sure.

Communication with the host was very efficient. The pool did not have a close time which was very convenient when traveling with teenagers. The kitchen was fully stocked and had no problem cooking. The place was amazing and the view was astonishing.

Overall, we had a great extended weekend stay here! We always stay in Las Concha’s, and decided to give this tower a try. We really enjoyed the ease of parking, access to the beach, pool and hot tub, and helpful staff! Unfortunately there was a power outage our first night which knocked out the WiFi for the rest of the trip, but I know WiFi can be difficult in Mexico. We also weren’t able to get the DVD players working but that just forced us to have fun the old fashioned way! The actual condo unit was very nice and clean, and perfectly fit our family of 5.

This is our second or third time at Fred’s place . This spot is top notch always clean , super equipped kitchen , soft beds , pillows , everything is just perfect to enjoy . Tessoros location at Playa concha’s is unmatched in privacy , infinity pool and the beach at a couple of steps from the jacuzzi is just perfect for a quiet family vacation. We will definitely be back .

Our stay was excellent, the condominium has everything that is mentioned in its listing, perfectly furnished, it has all the necessary amenities in kitchen, the jacuzzis in perfect condition, a spectacular beach and the pool is very nice and clean.

Our family loved the stay here. The condominiums are located on the sixth floor of the building, which offers a spectacular ocean view, especially at sunset. A very quiet place to relax and at the same time offers the sea a few meters away. Fred is very friendly and quickly answered our questions. Recommended for family trips.

The condos were absolutely up to par for everything you would want on vacation. The facility was beautiful, beach was awesome. Staff was very accommodating. Only issue we had was a couple power outages in the mornings but power was restored after a couple hours each time .

Fred is a great host, he was very proactive providing proper directions and very responsive. While we were unable to stay due to the Hurricane, we saw the place and surrounding area and plan to return in the future.

We were a family of 14 and Fred’s 2 condos accommodated us perfectly. Lots of space, 2 kitchens, and all tue basics we needed. The staff is very helpful and responsive and Fred was a great communicator to answer our questions. The beach is beautiful.

Perfect place for our family of 4 plus 2 other adults. We had an issue with the AC but Manuel was super quick at getting it fixed. We will definitely come back again. Great views and super private beach.

Our family (mix of adults and kids) stayed in these double condos and had a fantastic experience. Everything was clean and accessible. The gentleman who was taking care of the property, Gaspar, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He even called excursion company reps out to our hotel so that we could partake in some extra fun. We rode UTVs and banana boats and met the rides just outside our hotel/on the beach. The place is quiet and private. The pool was perfect. The sand on the beach was soft and water perfect. Fred is a great host and answered my milloon questions prior to arrival. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We will be staying again!

Booked both condos for my family of 16. Everyone loved it. Having two separate kitchens was great. We pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves. If you’re looking for a family friendly place, I really recommend Fred’s place.

The two condos were absolutely gorgeous, unbelievable, sunsets, two very well, equipped, kitchens, two master bedrooms, and four additional rooms. Pull out couches, made it easy, and we had a couple people sleep on the couches on the balconies, which was fine other than a couple mosquitoes, even on the sixth floor. The security and maintenance guys were very helpful and standing by when we arrived to show us the place. We never accessed the kayak, but we understood one was available to use. Kids had great fun on the beach and in the pool. It would probably not be affordable to do often, but we missed the place as soon as we left! Thanks to Fred, for all his prompt responses and assistance!

Great location at the end of Las Conchas beach! The pina coladas at the pool are delicious and you can’t beat this beach! The condo was very comfortable, with plenty of towels on hand as well.

Fred’s home is lovely. The staff at the resort are helpful and friendly!! The beach around the resort is one of the best I’ve seen there. The balcony is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a day of activities!!!

Beautiful place great location, great view plus great host’s

The place was very nice just as the pictures shown. the veiw was amazing. House manager was very helpful and speaks very clear English. We had some AC problems when we first checked in but they were fast to fix the problem. very friendly other staff. The family and I enjoyed our stay. the beach is not crowded at all. Very quiet place. the only downside is that it's a good 15-20min drive to town to do things or getting somethingto eat. Dirt road is pretty well packed so little to no dust well driving to the beautiful building. if a quiet get away is what your looking for this is the place. Beds were very comfortable. looking forward to coming back next year.

Location was a little far, took a while to get in and out. However the private beach and pool was amazing and it felt safe with the family. We had an issue with the parking with random guest taking our parking when we would go out but other than that I would stay there again. The view is amazing!
