It is a huge house, with excellent service from the house manager, very large spaces, you have an amazing time with your family or friends! It's worth every peso you spend :)

Large gathering spaces on property. Nice landscaping. Located in center of town. Walking distance to Zocalo, 1 mile to Chapultepec Park, 15 min walk to Las Mañanitas.

The house is very nice and has tons of interesting historical features and PLENTY of space. The on-site housekeeper is very friendly and does a great job. Check-in was easy. Plenty of “supplies” as far as dishes, towels, bathroom supplies, etc. Host was slow to respond to inquiries. Be aware they do NOT provide drinking water so just plan to buy some as soon as you get there. You will not be given a key and have to alter the on-site housekeeper if you are leaving (so the gate can be closed behind you) and have to ring the bell to be let back in. It’s right in City Center so you’re in easy walking distance to everything. That also means it isn’t quiet on the weekends but that’s just part of the experience. The jacuzzi DOES NOT work. The jets aren’t functioning and there is no circulating filter. This was not disclosed to until we asked several times and after the host had asked us if we were planning to use it (there’s an extra fee for heating it - which is very minimal - and you need about 8 hours of lead time to get the water up to temperature). We found it fun and interesting but it’s worth noting there are three cats on the property. Two will come in and out of the house at will. We had no problem with this but good to be aware if you have allergies. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Casa Galeana. Yeimi (the housekeeper) made our stay so special. She was so helpful and sweet! We even invited her to hang out with us because she was such a pleasure to be with. The house is big and beautifully decorated. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi heated and it was worth it! The garden is lovely and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is perfect. One block from restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and about 2 blocks from the central bus station. We will be back and we will definitely stay here again to see our beloved Yeimi! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our 3 days here!

It is located a few steps from the main square. Very good location. The house is very spacious and its garden too. It is a very Mexican and very nice style. The cleanliness and attention of the person in charge was perfect. I recommend it 100% and I want to travel again.

Amazing, huge old home, classic Cuernavaca style. Felt like we were staying in a museum. Lacking somewhat in modern amenities, like convenient outlets in the bedrooms. No AC, so gets very warm by evening. But opening doors and windows at night lets mosquitos in. Loud music until early am from adjacent clubs. Could accommodate a very large group, in which case the large spaces might feel a bit more comfortable. Multiple attractive outdoor eating spaces in the large, lush yard. The very attentive caretaker, Jamie, lives on site with her 2 sons, and shares the kitchen and refrigerator with guests.

This huge house is an oasis in the middle of Downtown Cuernavaca! The jacuzzi is great and our kids thought of it as a pool, great size for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook full meals. House caretaker lives on site so she'll be around, she's super friendly and nice to talk to. Lots of restaurants and ice cream places close by. It was 35C (95F) when we were there and it does stay hot at night, fans help but you'll need the windows open in the bedrooms, daytime is actually fine.

Casa Galeana is a very pleasant, spacious space full of history and details. The space is much larger than what you can see in the photos, so it will certainly be a pleasant surprise to discover it. It's a block from downtown, which invites and makes it easy to walk around the area. The communication was very good with Lucia for general questions and already in the house Alicia's attention was excellent, always very attentive and tried to support us with everything. The space offers a lot of privacy and is ideal for spending time with family. There are three cats in the house that live in the garden. It is important to review in advance the supplies offered by the house, as well as extra towels and so on.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and in a great location- within walking distance of many good restaurants, shops, etc. As a group of 9, the house fit us all comfortably. Alicia was a very kind and attentive host. Highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Cuernavaca!

The house has a colonial style in keeping with the city of Cuernavaca. Beautiful decor, the house was super clean and the service we received from Mrs. Delia was the best. It was an unforgettable experience. The only detail I saw was the noise outside the house, as it is close to a main avenue and bars.

This place is amazing! Alicia was always there to help and we were located in a great location. Close to restaurants & bars. The only issue in that the Wifi only works in the living room area. It doesn’t extend throughout the house. Other than that it was perfect. I highly recommend this place for a group stay.

The house is exactly how it looks like in the pictures. An amazing place to stay! Excellent communication with Lucia, and the house crew and staff were really welcoming and helpful. Peaceful retreat in the middle of downtown Cuernavaca, I definitely recommend it!

Excellent! The service with Lucia and Alicia who helps inside the house is excellent, very friendly and looking to have a very good stay. Which happened. Depending on what your plan is, you can take everything and stay there, definitely isolate yourself and rest. Or go out to eat and walk around downtown Cuernavaca. Two blocks away you have the cathedral and the palace of courts and all the amenities you like. Exactly like in the pictures. And it's bigger than you can imagine from the photos. Thank you so much for your attention, we really enjoyed the stay.

Amazing old style house in the heart of Cuernavaca. A sanctuary in the middle of all, lovely gardens, great rustic decor, spacious rooms. Staying at this house will definitely transport you back in time. My brother, sister and I truly enjoyed staying at this house.

The house is truly wonderful, with that rustic touch that makes it so nice, and always clean, it's the right place to relax, the hot tub in the well-kept garden gives you the opportunity to spend the lounge chairs enjoying the sunshine, the vegetation, Lucia the host always attentive and with answers to concerns, Mrs. Alicia of the service, super friendly and attentive to come back many times.

The house looks like a museum. It's beautiful. The location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown. Walking you have everything. The jacuzzi is perfect if you are traveling with babies or children, since they play very well and it is warm. In two rooms the street noise is very much, however the host places earplugs which seemed like a great detail. Alicia's attention and service was excellent. There is no TV in the bedrooms and it is really not needed. A great, impeccably clean house. We would definitely come back.
