Beautiful, peaceful house surrounded by greenery and a lovely, well-kept lawn. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time with my dogs. The only thing I would suggest adding is a TV, especially for cozy movie nights. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The place is even nicer than the pictures! I highly recommend it for a weekend with friends and family. All the staff are extremely helpful. The location lends itself to walking to some places. Josie was always very attentive to us. Would definitely stay again!

An amazing property! Our family of 6 had a great time at this villa. Very big territory, heated pool, high ceilings and that subtle feeling that here you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and this space at every moment. Josie went above and beyond making our stay very smooth and helping us to resolve all travel issues. We are definitely coming back again

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the experience. The house is exactly as described and seen in the photos. Everything is in very good condition. The gardens are beautiful and the views are privileged. The pool is excellent, very good size and the temperature was always very pleasant. The beds are comfortable so you can rest well. We ate delicious food thanks to Mrs. Kika, highly recommended to hire her. Josie was a great host, always very friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. Overall, highly recommended if you want to have a great experience in Tepoztlán.

Josie and the staff were amazing, 5*. The pool water was crystal clear and the sun shined. The house is private, felt extremely safe and has beautiful gardens. It was a little tricky to find but Josie was fantastic and stayed on the phone with me until we had found it. We had help from the maintenance guy to light the bbq and we had Josie’s cook for one day and the food was great - highly recommend. We will definitely be returning to this quite get away as we loved it. Thank you to Josie and her staff.

Everything at Josie's place was 5 star! The property was beautiful, and so peaceful. Josie was VERY helpful, with answering all my inquiries. Georgin, the property manager/gardener was so nice and helpful, and we managed even through the language barrier. Me and my guests had the best time and we would love to return.

Excellent experience our accommodation in the Rincon del Amate, the excellent spaces, the impeccable gardens, the service staff super attentive and with all the disposition. The location is very good since you are not in the center but not far , it is a good walk and you can be in a place without noise. Josie is an excellent host, always attentive and available for whatever you need, immediate responses. We highly recommend staying at Rincón del Amate!

We are a large family and the house was ideal, we really enjoyed our stay in the corner of the amate, the garden is divine and the pool at the perfect temperature, apart from very large to be able to enjoy large groups. The details of Josie how to offer you firewood for the fire pit, the warm water in the pool, the support people are super attentive and friendly, make for a great weekend. The views are divine and the sound of the river is a super plus. Everything is ideal for relaxing and resting. The bonus of being close to top-notch hotels is ideal for delicious lunch or dinner. We definitely loved it and will definitely be back

We loved the Rincón del Amate. Great place to visit!

This was not our first choice for the 15th bridge, however upon arriving at the house we went on our backs, the first thing that dazzles you is the stunning garden, the level of care, detail, variety and attention they have put in it, makes it already by itself, the stay is worth it, however, this huge property, has a vast and beautiful adobe mansion (which gives a perfect temperature to the house) with high ceilings, open spaces, views of the gardens and exits to the 2 terraces (one on each side le the house) 3 chimneys and tasteful details on all sides; it has 3 bedrooms, a huge and 2 very good size just as nice and equipped as the rest of the house, the bathrooms are large, perfectly clean, with soap, shampoo, pepel, towels (including for the pool), the kitchen is perfectly equipped (except micoondas), we really like to coin and we had no problem to do and as an extra superb in the top has a BEAUTIFUL roofed terrace for an amazing time with the group of people you go with. In the middle of that spectacular garden and at the foot of the terrace is the pool (it is bigger and better located than it looks in the pictures) perfect for the house and for its capacity and most importantly: the TEMPERATURE IS DELICIOUS! Something VERY IMPORTANT to take into account, almost all the houses in the area and Cuernavaca that we saw, charge ASIDE for the pool heating and cleaning, this house already INCLUDES THEM IN THE PRICE and in the end that is a great value added to the house. The location of the house is very good because you are not in the center which is very noisy but it is 5 min in the car. It is important to clarify that the house does not have television and the internet signal is very weak in the rooms, however, we are notified in time and we prepare, in addition the one that does not find tele allowed a very nice integration dynamic, we were 6 adults, 1 adolescent and 4 minors, all and we all returned marvelados. Finally, the most important thing is the people: Josie, the owner, was understanding and generous with the time to arrive and leave, she answered immediately and with absolute clarity, she was attentive to us and our needs; Georgín is in charge, she welcomes you, she takes care of you, I give you a hand with some shopping, I don't explain everything we asked and collaborated much more than we expected and Gaby who takes care of the cleaning all the time was attentive, and responsible, and has the house incredible, the truth is a little worthwhile to do this review because every time it will be more difficult to find a place in Rincón del Amate, but it was a wonderful experience; we have been lucky to visit many places using this platform and this is one of the best!!!

It is a beautiful house, located on a quiet and peaceful street in Tepoztlan. The green areas are spectacular and the pool is impeccable, with heating and absolutely delicious. The house is spacious, comfortable and with beautiful architecture. Josie kept in touch in a timely and friendly manner. The people who take care of the house were also friendly and very discreet towards us. Great place!
