Stayed for 4 nights for a family vacation with 9 adults and 2 girls 8 and 10 years old - it was perfect space with enough bedding for everyone. Loved how close this place was to everything in the Zona Romántica without being right in the middle of it - this made it a very private, quiet experience which we really liked. Away from all possible street noise from people, cars, busses, etc. The hill up to the villa is steep but it did not deter from anything - good exercise, and definitely part of the experience going up and down the hill. The cook Edela was amazing - we had her to breakfast for us two of the days and she was amazing. Ana was our Airbnb concierge - was responsive and attentive, it was a nice welcome at the villa with margaritas, chips with salsa and guacamole. The housekeeper was also very nice - normally came late mornings once we were leaving or after we'd left for the day. Each day we came back to a very tidy and clean house.

The best communication I’ve ever had with an Airbnb host, if there was an issue, it was handled immediately. The staff were amazing. Adela the cook, super sweet and kind and a great cook. The house was spacious, private, and amazing clean. Could not have been any happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend. Pool was super fun to have and hangout in. Thanks to their entire team!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Chef Adela’s breakfasts were amazing—delicious, flavorful, and a highlight of our stay. The only downside for us was the steep hill leading up to the house, but it definitely made for a great workout after a big meal! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this property to others.

We appreciated staying in a beautiful home with really nice staff. The whole visit was amazing. It is up on a hill but it's a short walk and once down, you're in the heart of it!

We had myself and my husband, four grown kids, a spouse and a toddler. The place worked really well. Lots of space. We had Adela cook breakfasts in the morning and they arranged for Hilda to cook dinners. These worked out really well for us with the big group and the two year old. There are lots of restaurants around and small grocery stores that are open all the time, so that’s an option too. One thing to know is that there is no functioning bathtub. No big deal but little kids or others used to bathing will need to shower. The hill heading up to the place is indeed steep and made of cobblestones. We are used to San Francisco so we walked it multiple times a day. We used Ubers a lot and they all drove up it no problem. All and all this was a perfect place for our vacation during the Christmas week. And FYI PV Vacations purports to offer future discounts for various ratings. I’m writing this honestly, without reference to the discounts.

Our group tried to think about something bad to say, or something that didn’t work out as it should - but truly nothing came up!! It was a perfect stay! The villa is in an amazing location, walkable to every corner and spot you want to be within Romantica Zona. The place is way better than the photos, truly the pictures don’t do justice with it. The staff is amazing, always make sure food is available and snacks are ready to go. The house is clean and towels are fresh. Private villa, quiet area, and really nice! Will definitely book this one again! Totally worth it!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were respectful, discreet, and attentive to our every request. The house offers superb amenities and is beautifully maintained. Adela, the cook, was always attentive and prepared delicious meals for us. We warmly recommend this place!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Villa! The location was perfect, with a stunning 10-minute walk to the beach. The house itself was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, even assisting us in hiring a private chef to cater to our culinary needs. The combination of a great location, wonderful staff, and comfortable accommodations made this house an ideal choice for our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A group of 12 friends stayed at the AirBnB and it was perfect for a large group. We were welcomed by the staff with margaritas and snacks. The chef for an additional cost to cook breakfast every morning was totally worth it. You can walk to the beach and all of the restaurants very easily. The AirBnB looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with during our entire stay. We will definitely return and stay at this AirBnB.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb house in Puerto Vallarta! Our group of 12, including six kids under 18, enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home. The standout feature for me was the linens – they were incredibly soft and luxurious, which is important to me. There were also plenty of towels available for both showers and beach trips, which was a huge plus for our large group. The rental company was very responsive and helpful when we experienced a water outage, which was beyond their control. There were a few minor issues worth mentioning. The infinity pool was fantastic, but the drop-off is a bit intimidating when the kids are playing. The hill leading to the house is manageable but could be challenging for older family members. Parking was another minor inconvenience, as we had to park down the hill on the street. Otherwise, we had a great time and would rent this place again.

Great stay, the hill is definitely a workout but a welcome one when on vacation. The staff was wonderful and super flexible as our plans evolved throughout the trip. The location is walkable to the beach and tourist district but allows you to get a sense of the local area and feel like you are away from all the tourism. The UberXLs typically drove up the hill to pick us up with no problem. There were a few loose tiny lizards but they never bugged us. Definitely take advantage of using the chef, she was wonderful and her food was delicious. The space seemed bigger in person than it did in pictures and that was not a problem at all. The A/C was always refreshing, just had to turn it off as we left the villa, sometimes some of the doors didn't close all the way, but that did not bother our group. Overall would stay again, and recommend to others the pool was delightful anytime of the day and never too warm.

Fantastic villa! The communication was fantastic prior to and during our stay. Adela was a gem and her food was delicious. Everyone was super helpful, and accommodated our needs. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill, but the location is great and is very walkable if you’re okay with the hill. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Villa Tres Vistas was a perfect location for our group of 8. It's just up a short hill from all the great restaurants and bars, and a quick walk down to the beach. The staff at the house was great and the rental company was very responsive. Adela's cooking was amazing! We would definitely love to stay here again next time we come to town.

Villa Tres Vistas was INCREDIBLE for many of our first trip to PV. The staff was so kind, efficient and attentive. We had such a great time in the space and the pictures truly don't do it justice.

Loved staying here with a big group of gals. The host and cook were so nice and accommodating. Very walkable to so many places. Would highly recommend!

Loved how close this place was to everything in the Romantic Zone without being right in the middle of it. The views were great and the place felt private and spacious. The chef that cooks dinners was truly a standout as was the house manager. I would definitely return here.

Villa Tres Vistas provided us a fantastic stay! Adella and Adrian, our cook and housekeepers, were super attentive. Breakfasts were great and the house was kept spotless. The house was extremely spacious with any amenity needed. Being partially up the hillside, the views of PV and surroundings were spectacular day and night. The private pool and hot tub were an added bonus to enjoy while not at the beach. We would not hesitate staying again on future trips to PV! Troy and Casey

The house was great and the location was excellent. There is a steep hill you will have to climb, but as long as it’s not raining most Ubers will drop you off at the door if you can’t walk it. Everything was as described and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend!

This house is in the perfect spot in Zona Romantica. Secluded enough, but easy to get to all the restaurants, bars, shops. Adela made delicious breakfast everyday, and Adrian was amazing to help with my husband's birthday surprise. 100% would recommend.

Our group had an AMAZING stay! The space is even better in person. It's well appointed and furnished throughout. Not a typical airbnb with a few dollar store paintings on the wall. It's fully decorated and furnished and feels like you're staying in a "completed" space. We had 7 people, and it can easily host more without ever feeling cramped. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival and we were met by Chris and his team. Plenty of everything you need, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Chris was quick and on point with communication and easy to get ahold of via text or phone call for any questions or anything we needed. The food prepared for us was great and enjoyed by all. That, along with the daily housekeeping, was a nice extra touch you don't often find. The home is 3 stories with the main living area on the top floor and bedrooms on the middle and bottom floors. The bottom floor also has an additional living/den space. The location is a quick walk (usually under 20 minutes) to pretty much anywhere including the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. We only used a taxi/uber a few times, mostly to/from dinner. Of note, the house is at the top of a *very* steep hill. Most taxi/uber drivers were okay going up it, but the larger vehicles would not/could not, primarily at night. Just save some energy on your walk/ride home for one last burst. It's also pretty quiet and never had any issues with noise from neighbors, traffic, or construction. We were there 5 minutes and our group already agreed we would stay again, and that was only reinforced during our stay.

Perfect place to host our bachelorette party. The accommodations were true to pictures. The layout is very good for a big group as the main/shared area is on the top floor and the rooms are below which makes it very quiet for those who want to go to sleep early. Yes it is up a hill but how else do you get the amazing hill views? Close to downtown and the beach. Also an amazing staff!

Couldn't have picked a better spot for our bachelor party! It's an immaculate seashell castle that is just a stones throw away from the heart of town. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 10 and we all enjoyed our stay at this place. The house sits on a hill, which provides for a beautiful view of the bay and area around Zona Romántica. We were provided with all the amenities you would find in a hotel and our rooms were cleaned daily and were provided with fresh towels. Adela is a great addition to the place as she cooks delicious, especially those chilaquiles and breakfast burritos. The pool area was perfect for those days/nights we wanted to stay in and relax. Zona romántica is only about a 10-minute walk, which we did daily for food and bar hopping. The beach is about a 20-minute walk. As I mentioned above, the house does sit on a steep hill so you will get your daily leg workout in. Special thanks to Chris, Adela, Adrian and Dani for the great communication and the ability to make us feel welcome. We will definitely consider this place for future stays.

First, this is the best place for a group of friends to get to vacation together. Second, Adela is the GOAT. Adela is sweet and can cook, plus she’s just a delight to be with daily! If you’re looking to stay here, DO IT. Buy ice, extra snacks and come ready to just have a blast. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing house/great location. Short walk to the heart of old town. Very secure and spacious. It is located at the top of a very steep hill(great way to get your steps in lol)

Location is great. The house is beautiful and has all you need for a great stay. The chef, Adela, was super nice with us and her food was delicious. We did have some issues with the electricity on our arrival, but they fixed them.
