Excellent Airbnb for the 12-person bachelorette we were hosting. The apartment is much larger than expected, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. We loved having dinner on the patio, and swims in the private plunge pool. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and Marisol even was able to accommodate an early check-in. Would recommend for a group trip!

Marisol’s property was absolutely phenomenal. The views from the kitchen and living room felt like something out of a dream. We especially loved the private deck with the small sitting pool. It was the perfect spot to soak and watch the sunset. The house comfortably accommodated my entire group, with plenty of room to spare. Marisol was an amazing host. She was very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay.

If this place is available, book it, you won’t regret it. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are absolutely stunning, and the space is even better than the photos. We traveled with our extended family, and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, plus individual temperature controls, which made a huge difference. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we never felt crowded. The place had every amenity we needed, and the game room was a big hit with the younger members of our group. Marisol was an exceptional host, proactive, incredibly helpful, and very responsive. The lobby and support staff were equally impressive, consistently checking in to see if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

The condo was clean & nicely updated. Marisol was responsive, helpful, & easy to work with, which we greatly appreciated. For future guests it's helpful to understand how the space functions when fully occupied. We filled it with 14 ppl in a combo of 5 families. 2 of the 5 bedrooms are notably smaller & offer no unpacking space, which becomes especially noticeable when the condo is at full capacity. Both of these rooms are compact with just enough space for beds. Leaving minimal to no room for luggage or personal items. One room sleeps 2 people & the other sleeps 6, they do not comfortably accommodate that along with their belongings. These rooms should be noted in the listing as best suited for children. A standout aspect of our stay was the chef Marisol recommended. Fabricio & Jorge were great & truly elevated our experience. From preparing breakfasts each morning to cooking dinners in the evenings, they went above & beyond. Their service made our vacation memorable & special.

Gorgeous place for a weekend girls trip! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone, and the outdoor view was stunning. The check-in at the lobby was easy and their staff gave us a tour of the house to make sure we knew how to control the AC, blinds, and connect to wifi. We also opted to work with their recommended private chef and he also went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was a pleasant one.

Marisol's place was wonderful. Incredible views, plenty of space, modern and really everything we could need. ACs worked wonderfully, and were powerful, plenty of common space, the pool was fantastic. She was also very communicative and responsive which I very much appreciate. The ONLY thing I will say is that due to the location and plumbing, nothing (outside of biowaste) is allowed to be flushed down the toilets, including toilet paper. Even not doing so, we had a couple issues with the toilets, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. Overall was an awesome stay, just thought it would be good to call that out :)

The place was gorgeous, even better than described. The hill and walk into town is quite steep, but we opted to uber with was only about $2-3 USD per trip. The villa was even better than in photos and Marisol was super responsive!

Fabulous place to stay! The view from the deck and from the master suite was incredible. Easy to get to via Uber/taxi. Situated at top of steep hill that many in our party enjoyed climbing. Pools were great. Highly recommend!

By far one of the best airbnb experiences, me and m friends have ever had on our yearly friendcation. From check in to check out the stay was perfect. She permitted an early and late check in. Provide an intermittent cleaning and provide local recommendations. Provide immediate responds to any needs. Last but not least; the view was breathtaking. Perfect positioned balcony to capture a great view of the city and mountainside. Only two issue for me during my stay. One in my option, was the gym equipment minimal to limited functionality for a gym bunny such as myself 😂. And the poolside grill was nonfunctional. Overall, grade A for the stay! ☺️. SN: I left early and wish I could have left a tip for the cleaning crew.

Had a fantastic stay here with my friends! Place is luxurious with giant TV, surround sound and game room with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend, especially for big groups!

Beautiful condo with remarkable views and amenities.

A beautiful hilltop oasis. Spacious for a large group and you just can’t beat the views. The main bedroom and shower are amazing. A huge plus that there are so many bathrooms and they all have showers. We had issues with the locks around the place, and Marisol responded to help, but it was an odd quirk. Marisol was generous with early check in and Elvira & the man that helped check us in were super kind (sorry I forgot his name!) The patio was big enough for a group of eight to enjoy dinner and yoga. The plunge pool was lovely for quick dips and the large pool was a great temperature during the day (early Feb). The smallest, interior bedroom didn’t have accessible outlets or hooks in the bathroom which gave it a kids-room vibe, so heads up on that if you’re a group of adults planning sleeping arrangements.

A really beautiful apartment, as described. Everything is in great condition and spotless. We did have some trouble with the hot water on several days, but Marisol promptly responded and had staff look into it, and then provided a credit. We hired Fabricio, the recommended chef, and he was great. Having a meal on the beautiful outdoor patio with a view of the water at sunset is highly recommended.

My recent stay at this stunning Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Zona Romantica, the apartment offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. From providing me with helpful recommendations to checking in on me regularly, they made me feel right at home. Communication was prompt and efficient, and they were always available to address any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. It offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience, making my stay in Puerto Vallarta truly unforgettable.

Anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful oasis adjacent to the Zona Romantica would find this place really special. It's one thing to have the expansive views of the ocean and city down below, the pool, gorgeous sunsets and large outdoor terrace -- but the fact that it's quiet and ideally situated is a tough combination to find. This is such a place. We had eight people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and its adjacent room with four beds. The adults loved the outdoor terrace, the open kitchen and overall cleanliness. One helpful hint: we would not recommend renting a car when staying here. The hill is very steep and it's just not necessary to burden yourself with driving around these streets. Ubers are readily available and inexpensive.

This place was really awesome. We brought a group of 10 friends for my birthday and had an absolute blast. Plenty of space for everyone for both personal (bedroom/bathrooms) as well as the communal spaces. I think we used everything the house had to offer and really couldn't have asked for a better place. We stayed in the master bedroom, and that view never gets old, I assure you. Marisol was very responsive during our stay and even helped us locate some pickleball courts as a last minute request. She has a ton of helpful tips and is willing to help whenever needed, so definitely 10/10 host experience. I think my only minor complaint was uber-ing. Using the address listed does not drop you off in the right area, and even led to us having to walk up the steep cobblestone hill with luggage haha. Just a tip - if you are using uber we used "Amapas I" for the address to get pick up and drop off correct. TL;DR - Awesome place to stay.

The place was wonderful!! I particularly appreciated how communicative Marisol was ahead of the trip and during. We were able to very comfortably sleep twelve people and everything we needed was in the apartment. The place itself was superbly clean and the view from the balcony is just incredible. Everything was so smooth and accurate to description. Marisol even helped connecting us to a chef who came in and prepared us a wonderful breakfast. I highly highly recommend the chef Fabricio. Everyone in my group said it was the best food they had on the entire trip. super appreciate and highly encourage you all to stay here!

I can’t say enough about the home. Every single one of my guests complimented how beautiful and perfectly allocated the home was. It fit everyone comfortably. We loved the balcony with the views, living room and the game room that had the pool table and arcade system. Calling an Uber was very easy, they found the home with no problems and it was a quick ride everywhere. There were times we even walked back to the home. Certain parts was an uphill walk but we thought we needed it after the food we ate. Marisol was very quick with responses and answered any questions I had. She even recommended a lot of different places and activities to do. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is considering. Well worth it.

The place has unmatched views and we loved the outdoor dining table and the plunge pool. Place was super clean and nice. The location is a bit far and high up from the town so you have to Uber. The host also responded to a power outage very quickly and fixed everything.

This Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect location for me to bring in my 30th birthday. The pool access was absolutely wonderful and we all enjoyed just the beauty of the air bnb to have meals in and relax. Location is in a perfect spot to the beach and restaurants. While everything is technically walkable the hill up to the air bnb is no joke haha we would walk down and just Uber back up so it was great for us. Marisol was responsive and answered all my questions quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay! Tons of space, great views

First and foremost - the pictures do not do the views justice. Jaw dropping at all times of the day and night! Watching the sun set from the warm plunge pool was incredible. This condo worked perfectly for our group of 10 (two families with kids aged 12-17)! Everyone had plenty of space - the dining table on the patio was big enough for all of us for the many meals we enjoyed there. Every bedroom having an en-suite bath was much appreciated, too. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but bring/buy any spices you need. One thing we would have appreciated is a garrofon (5 gallon jug) of water with dispenser - we were able to get some (we used a total of 15 gal during our 6 night stay) from the front desk but they are heavy and awkward to fill water bottles etc without a dispenser. Marisol and the staff were extremely responsive to our needs during our stay. Absolutely top notch. We loved PV and the condo was a big part of that!! Book it!

Marisol's place was amazing. We had a group of 11 for a bachelor party and it definitely fit the bill. The views were amazing, and the condo was spacious enough to accommodate for all of us. It is quite a trek up the hill to the condo itself, but Ubers were cheap and short to get to and from anywhere in town. The trek up the hill was well worth it for the beautiful views. Marisol was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any of my questions. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit PV.

We were a group of 15 (10 adults, 4 kids, one infant) and had a wonderful 9 day familiy vacation staying at Marisol's place. We felt very confortable in this modern, spacious, well appointed condo; each family having their own ensuite bath was very convenient. Marisol provided housekeeping, new towels and linens every 3 days. Kids and adults alike loved the swimming pool, expansive ocean view, and beautiful sunsets. Located in a secure, quiet and private setting, yet walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and the busy Malecon.

This has to be one of the best homes in all of PV. I had a group of 12 and we had plenty of space for us to rest, relax, and enjoy our time. The view from the living room and balcony was absolutely spectacular! And even though this was up the hill, it was always super easy to find transportation or walk down to the city center. The host was super responsive and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place.

Marisol’s place was absolutely stunning! The views from the balcony area were amazing. We were able to see the sunrises, sunsets, and had a beautiful view of the beach. There is a private pool that fits anywhere from about 4-8 people. If you have a bigger party, there is a huge pool downstairs that you can hang out at. There is also a jacuzzi. The game room has a set of stairs that leads straight down to the pool which is super convenient. The place itself was perfect. The amount of space is more than enough for 14 guests. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower and there was an additional bathroom with a shower. Everyone in my group felt that they had their own personal space. My group felt so safe staying here! The gentlemen in the lobby were really helpful. We were able to walk down the hill to the restaurants/town with no problem. An Uber to/from town is about $4 and 5 mins. Marisol was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Favorite host and Airbnb to date!

We had an awesome time at this condo! The views were next level and it was great having a private plunge pool. We were in walking distance to most things but had to go up/down a sizable hill. That’s PV though!

Amazing view! Very comfortable space for my family of 9 adults and 1 toddler. En suite bathrooms in each bedroom made it incredibly convenient. We enjoyed the location up the hill from Zona Romantica —close to lots of good food and attractions, but far enough removed from the late night noise (for the aforementioned toddler). We had a wonderful time!

Lovely accommodations! We were a group of 7 on a family trip and there was ample space for everyone. Everything is as described and the views are wonderful. It’s located up a steep hill so be prepared for that but otherwise super easy to get everywhere. We did lose power and water one day due to a neighboring building having a transformer explosion; definitely a bit of headache but Marisol was as helpful as she could be during this issue. The outdoor space was great to relax at the end of the day.

Everything exceeded expectations - there was a group of 8 there for thanksgiving and the place was perfect for us. The views are breathtaking, it's in a great location that's both nearby zona romantica but also away enough if you just want to chill out. Ubers and taxi's plentiful. Marisol was lovely as were the whole staff at the complex - nice balance of leaving us in peace to connect, whilst knowing we could ask of anything. Fun having a game room and the large pool for the complex is directly accessible from the apartment. Thank you for your hospitality Marisol, Tony and all - we hope to be back again sometime!

Great place! It's up on the hill. Getting Ubers weren't a big issue and finding Ubers/taxis getting back weren't either. Marisol was a great host, I spent a lot of time communicating with her when we hired house chef to cook meals for us and she was very patient. The private pool was a bit cold since it was mostly shaded throughout the day. We didn't use it as much as we thought it would but the big pool was a few steps away from the Airbnb which we gladly used a lot. Great place again!!!

I had 9 friends at this home for my 30th birthday and it was a blast. The property itself is gorgeous (honestly, even nicer in person than the photos). The view of the water, the private pool, and access to the main one are all great. The interior spaces are very comfortable, spacious, and (critically) air conditioned! Everyone had a great time and we loved having a great home base during our long weekend in PVR. The building staff were great during check-in and check-out, as well as making sure we were safe and secure (esp. given the hurricane watch during our stay). They were friendly and helped to make sure our grocery deliveries made it up easily. Marisol as a host is incredibly accommodating. He was responsive to all questions and helped us arrange for a chef for several meals. They were professional and did a great job. Thanks for the great weekend!

Stayed here for 3 nights with 10 friends and it was a great place to stay with incredible views! Marisol was very quick to respond during the check in process and throughout the stay and was very accommodating. A 10/15 minute downhill walk to the bars, restaurants, and beach and we usually got a cheap uber or taxi back up the hill

This place was awesome! Marisol was amazing with communication and providing guidance to us. The amenities were great, and the space was amazing! Tons of beds and restrooms for everyone! She even helped pre-picking up a big grocery list for us and had everything ready at the Airbnb when we arrived (small fee for the grocery pick up but very worth it!). Location was within 15 mins to everything. Getting a taxi or Uber was very easy. Marisol was a great host, very accommodating and was responsive. Marisol was quite honestly the best host I’ve experienced on Airbnb. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process before and after we checked in. The Airbnb was accurately described and in clean condition. The larger shared pool was awesome for the group and the views were stunning during sunset. The Airbnb comfortably slept 14 and most had their own bed. Marisol arranged for a private chef that was very talented and customized the menu to our needs. She also helped arrange a nurse to do COVID testing to enable international travel the day of checkout. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Place is great for big groups and everything was amazing

I traveled with the groups of 12. And the condo fit us all comfortably. The condo and the view it self was un real. The condo was well maintained and clean. Thank you to Marisol who was very kind and responsive to all my questions and need. Marisol help me arranging our massages and chief for the day. Book this condo and you won't regret it!

Had the pleasure to stay at this magnificent 5 bedroom condo ! Hosted 12 of my friends and was the perfect size for us all to have each our own space. From day 0 to the end of my trip Marisol was there and was ready to answer any of our needs. Giving us options from private chefs , restaurants, tours etc. Place was super clean and had all the essentials would definitely stay here again !

I cannot say enough amazing things about this home and host! The photos do not do this place justice. The views were amazing! The apartment was modern and clean. The beds and showers were all wonderful. The AC in every room was also super nice to have after walking around in the warm weather. The host, Marisol, was extremely communicative and helped us with every inquiry we had. She helped to arrange a private chef for us, Elena. I highly recommend this and Elena. It was so nice to have a breakfast prepared and made for you when you woke up. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. We loved her so much that we asked her to come back the next morning! Last minute, we asked Marisol to arrange a nurse for us to do COVID tests for our flight home and a nurse was in our home in an hour. It was so convenient! Our flight times got in before check in time and way after the check out time, so Marisol connected with us to Gabby, the housekeeper, and she helped store our bags which was super helpful to not carry around. The house is up a very steep hill. We walked into town for the most part (about 10-15 minutes) and then usually took an Uber up which was super easy to do. We did walk up a couple times and it is doable but it is definitely a work out! I definitely recommend this spot for large groups of people! We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for my best friends bachelorette with 10 girls and it was perfect! There was more than enough space for everyone, and we felt more than comfortable. The location is great as it’s only a short taxi away to many of fun things around. Marisol always responded in a timely manner and the trip went smoothly

Fantastic spot for a large group! Lots of mostly comfortable beds, big patio, unbelievable views! Other reviews say a 10 minute walk to town we would have to disagree, it was a bit of a treacherous walk down, but cabs were cheap and relatively easy to get, Quick ride in. Just not a super walkable spot. Excellent responsiveness from the host when we had issues. Kitchen is not equipped for extensive cooking but it had nice basic facilities Would recommend if you need a big space for a big group

What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay! The pictures ok this listing do not do the apartment, or the views, justice. It’s very high end, and our group of 8 was very comfortable and very at home here. The hosts, Hector and Marisol, were very communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond to help us coordinate a chef for the house at the very last minute. Highly recommend doing this for at least part of your stay - it’s incredibly affordable, and it’s a wonderful feeling to wake up to a three course breakfast being prepared for you! Just don’t do what we did and wait until we were already in PV to ask the hosts to help setting the chef up - entirely our fault, even though it all worked out great in the end. Bathrooms were really great, excellent water pressure and plentiful hot water, and every bedroom had a full en suite bathroom. Towels were good quality, and our hosts brought by new towels mid way through our 6-night stay, which we weren’t expecting but we greatly appreciated. There are also plentiful pool/beach towels in the apartment. Having the private pool on the balcony was great, and the large community pool is easily accessible down the side stairs off the game room in the apartment. Just double check at the start of your stay to make sure the heat in the pool is working. We did not know it was supposed to be heated until the end of our stay. We still got to enjoy it in the daytime, but would definitely enjoy it at night if it was heated. The location up the hill is definitely not for everybody, but considering the views and the peace atop the hill, we loved it. We were able to walk down into the Zona Romantica within 12-15 minutes, and ubers and taxis are plentiful and cheap by American standards. We always taxied or ubered back up the hill, but it was never a challenge finding one. Don’t know what other reviewers were talking about re: strict checkout and counting of silverware. That was not our experience. If anything, it would have been helpful to have a little bit more of a formal check in experience, or to have a more detailed written guide to the apartment than the one-page with the Wi-Fi and other info, but we figured it out eventually and our hosts were always reachable and responsive. Very highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

This place is incredible. We came with a group of 12 friends and enjoyed the place. Hector was incredibly responsive and got back to us right away any time we had questions. I also wound up getting engaged on the trip and Hector went out of his way to make the week special. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

You won't find a more beautiful place to stay than Hector's airbnb! The furnishings are all beautiful and comfortable, the beds and couches are great, all the showers are wonderful. The views are stunning and can't be beat!! The staff at the building are super helpful and friendly, calling taxis and answering questions as needed. The main drawback was just the walking distant to the beach and restaurants, but that said, it's a very doable 15 minute walk or the taxi ride is usually around 100 pesos.

The place was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The smallest bedroom is a little smaller than it looks in the pics. Every room had its own en suite bathroom. A/C worked great. Hector was very helpful and responsive. Only downside was that the private pool, building pool, and building jacuzzi were all too cold to use and enjoy.

Just went to Puerto Vallarta for my bachelor party, along with 7 of my friends and family - we all had a blast. Hector was a gracious host, and the unit was exactly as described. I've been to quite a few airbnbs, and you get used to the pictures being a slight exaggeration over what the unit actually is, but in this case, it looks exactly like you see it! It's a really fantastic unit in a great location. It's modern, with high end appliances. The living room has a fantastic 85" tv and a great sound system, which we used extensively. The game room is great too, we had as much fun in the unit as we did in the city. It's about a fifteen minute walk (downhill) to the downtown beach area - lots of great restaurants and bars. We never walked back as it would be quite an uphill trek, but it was always an easy quick cab ride away. The deck has fantastic views, especially of the sunset. Since it's up on a hill, you have a great view of the entire bay. We had an amazing trip, and we'll be back! Thanks Hector!

Hectors place is LEGIT! The view was amazing. Not only the water but of the town as well. I wanted somewhere with a view and did not disappoint! Me and my friends had a blast and would definitely stay at this condo again. Felt very safe as well! What a wonderful place to stay! We went down with a group of 11 adults and all stay comfortably and have our own spaces. The home looked just like the pictures and the community pool was perfect for a hangout spot. You are a short walk from the Romantic district but please know that it is quite the hike back so make sure you wear good walking shoes or taxis were never hard to find even a night leaving restaurants/bars. We all truly enjoyed Hectors home and would love to come back when we are in town again.

Hector! What an amazing host! I can’t thank him enough for taking care of us during this trip. The building is very strict, but I always felt like Hector handled whatever came up. I really appreciate his communication and making us feel safe while we are out of the country! I would definitely stay again.

Place was beautiful and very nice view. Hector was a great host! It’s 20-30 mins from clubs and popular places but we had no issues getting taxis/shuttles

The place is amazing. Very good and practical for large groups because there are many beds. The view is phenomenal and it's very convenient to have a private pool. The common areas are also very comfortable. To get to the apartment you use an elevator but then a couple of stairs, which is not the most comfortable, so keep that in mind. The manager responds quickly and communication is good. The only thing I didn't like was that at check-out they made us go through the inventory, when at check-in we didn't do that, so it could lead to misunderstandings. Other than that, it is an amazing apartment for a good vacation. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay! I travel to PVR often and I will stay again. The place is clean and more than comfortable. WiFi was fast, water was always hot. There is a doorman at the front door 24hrs.who can get a taxi. The property is up a steep hill but it’s not a challenge for taxis and it’s walkable! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay, in addition to Hector's attention, who was always on the lookout and supported me in everything I asked for. Gerardo and Saul who were the ones who were with us always available to make sure everything was on time. I would certainly certainly stay at the apartment again

Beautiful place. Enjoyed our time there. Location is perfect. The whole place smelled like softener (suavitel)!!! Staff was very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hector’s place was great! Our group was 7 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms vary in size but we all felt at home. The living space is also spacious and the deck and private pool were amazing. The private pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. The community pool was under renovation during our stay which was a bummer, but not the hosts fault. Gerardo, who is part of the staff, was so friendly and professional and Hector is very quick to respond. Easy to get down to the beach and the bars via the stairs through the hill or a 10 min taxi ride which the front desk can order.
