Everything is very good. The house is excellent for a family vacation. The pool area is very nice for the kids, and the kitchen and living room spaces are very good. It is recommended to take an Uber or have a car to get to the location, since there is nothing nearby. Everything is 10 and 8 minutes away. And a disadvantage is that it only has 2 full bathrooms and they were inside 2 bedrooms. There was at least one full bathroom missing outside the bedrooms. Everything else was excellent. The spaces are highly recommended 👍🙏🏻🙏🏻

The hosts are always very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly at all times. The house matches the photos in every way, but above all, they were very flexible. Highly recommended!

I want to be honest and the truth is that Ivan was an excellent host, he responded attentively and very kindly, which I think is very important when it comes to being in a place like this. The price was very good, I think if you travel with people who know each other well, you won't have any issues. In addition, the pool is very quiet and beautiful to enjoy with the family

Amazing place. very comfortable. love that it has 4 bathrooms. so we don't depend on people showering. The host gave a us present which we loved. very accessible, clear instructions. left us prepared for a beautiful beach vacation. only con is that the water in the hot tub is not heated but it would be perfect for the summer.

Ivan was very nice and responsive. The house was clean. We thought the place was closer to La Zona romántica the drive was like 8 minute drive not bad at all. When we first arrived we got the impression that It wasn’t a safe neighborhood but we didn’t experience anything out the ordinary but friendly neighbors. I would definitely book again at this place if I needed to. Thanks Ivan for the attention. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Ivan was very quick at responding and very helpful! Access to get in the home was quick and easy along with friendly neighbors! The pool was just right to beat the heat! Comfy beds and spacious for our stay of 14 people everyone had their privacy

The house is quite spacious and very well distributed. We enjoyed the pool a lot despite not being very big. It is not suitable for people with little mobility due to the fact that to enter it is a narrow corridor and stairs , but when climbing the space is already open. Ivan is an excellent companion because from the beginning he is attentive to your arrival and also to answer any questions in a very short time.

The house was Incredible and everything was in order, the small pool is great for living with the Family, the area where the house is located was a little neglected but the house is very good and everything is central

The apartment was great for a group of friends! It was a bit far for going to the main part of Zona Romantica but only a 25 minute walk.

Excellent service from the host! Always very friendly and approachable with schedules and requests. From the outside, the room doesn't look as beautiful as it is inside, but it seems that's because the room is above another house. Even so, we never had problems with the neighbors. They were always very friendly and even gave us local recommendations.✨ It has all the amenities described and they are well maintained. The mini bar, the pool with a waterfall, the jacuzzi and the marble details definitely give the place a bonus.🙌🏼 I would have loved for the water in the hot tub to be heated and for me to be able to turn it on myself so I wouldn't have to bother Iván. However, it was enough to send him a message and he would turn them on right away.😊 The only drawback we found is that it only has one private bathtub inside a room and another shower near the pool, so we had to take turns bathing because there were 13 of us and we were embarrassed to do it outside. 😅
