Very good location

The house just as described. Nice, comfortable, very clean. Large and well-kept garden. The very good location. You can walk to restaurants, shops and other points of interest in Avándaro. Of course, with this proximity to the village you can hear the outside noise. Erika is an excellent host, always attentive and answering questions from the time of booking to the last day. The Airbnb and Lis tax rate seemed high to me.

It is a nice house with an excellent location, my family and I had a wonderful time at Christmas, everything was clean and tidy, we had a great evening with the fireplace and billiards in "el cortijo" and the communication with Erika was the best, I would definitely stay again

Everything was beautiful. Everything you want to do in Valle de Bravo plus the tranquility of a private and safe place to stay. All very close to the place. My family and I had some nice, although short😅, holidays.

Very good location, large garden where the little ones can enjoy the house, very good size pool for children. Another important point is the separation between the environments that allows you to enjoy between friends without disturbing the rest of the family...

The house is beautiful, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. Good internet for working from home, comfortable pillows and beds. Everything is super clean. A very well thought out place to have fun, both for young and old. The pool and farmhouse are a super plus! Erika's service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much Erika and Hector for your attention and effective and fast communication. I highly recommend this property, there are no complaints, all the services are perfect, super clean. We hired the cooking service and Mrs. Estela cooks delicious food. Bernarda and little Ivan were a great help. Well located, the shed and the garden was where we spent the most time. The pool water is at a very good temperature. My family and pets really enjoyed it. Thanks again

Erika's house is just spectacular. The super well-kept garden, a large green area, we enjoyed the pool very much and the terrace with the barbecue make you spend unforgettable afternoons. The interior of the house, the bungalows and its rustic touch hug and the kitchen equipment and in general throughout the house allows you to prepare your food and drinks without missing anything. El Cortijo is definitely the place to spend the evenings. Family living together is unbeatable. Turn on the fireplace and it will give you a super cozy touch. I strongly suggest that you request the cleaning and cooking service. Estelita and Bernardina's service make you feel at home. All this under the supervision and closeness of Erika, who was always attentive to anything we needed and to whom we thank for such a nice and cozy house. We'll definitely be back very soon.

The house has all the necessary amenities, but the garden and playground are THE place to be. Amazing accommodation and excellent service from Hector and Erika.

Ideal house to go with family or friends. Entertainment for all ages, with the playground, garden, pool and Cortijo (as we enjoy it) Comfortable and very well located, a short distance from the main street, restaurants and market. I am grateful to Erika for her quick responses and especially for the attention of Mrs. Bernardita and the food and kindness of Estela. Definitely a house that we plan to repeat on a future visit to Avandaro
