The unit we checked into was great, however, it was not the unit we booked. We were given a completely different unit than what Patty had listed. While we loved the unit we stayed in, we were unsure if it was a mistake or upgrade, and were worried that other guests would be checking in to that unit since we did not book it. We messaged Patty about the issue and her response lacked any concern or clarification…the issue remained unresolved the entire stay. Checking in was a hassle due to front desk staff not having correct guest information - spent 45 min trying to locate our room. Despite not getting the room we anticipated, our stay at the hotel was great. Staff was friendly, unit and premise was clean.
