Excellent personal attention by Lourdes and Abraham, the place is very quiet to not go out for anything and relax with yourself!! The best is the volybol network... we spend it playing games with the family, a little flies I think normal since it is open field.

An excellent place to spend a good time with the family, away from the hustle and bustle, a warm place with a very nice view, the pool is excellent! The nighttime silence was fantastic, it really allows you to feel disconnected!

Gorgeous place and totally worth the money for the heated pool (no chemicals, btw!). The hosts were very responsive and Lourdes was super helpful with local recommendations. Everything was clean and very beautiful and rustic looking. It accommodated everyone in our party easily. I highly, highly recommend this property. Like other people mentioned, there are a lot of flies, but I found that to be true no matter where I went in Querétaro, so it’s just a fact of life and nothing really to do with the place itself. One warning, those steps to the top bedroom are perilous if you’re still even a little bit wet from the pool. Make sure you dry off a lot before using them (my husband and I both fell down them, and I was being super careful because he had already fallen: and of course mine was worse lol). This is in no way the fault of the house - it’s just an FYI to future guests!

The place is amazing! I want to come back many times! I didn't have enough time to enjoy it! The pool was the best!Abraham is a great guy! He was always very attentive and we really enjoyed the weekend. I recommend bringing mountain bikes! There are very nice walks and routes

Great place for family gatherings, the pool water is at an excellent temperature.

The house is very nice and exactly as in the photos. The hot pool was very nice, and the hosts were always on the lookout and very friendly. The only problem is the number of flies, which did not let us eat or enjoy the terrace, I imagine it's because there are many stables in the area and it had rained the days before.

They are excellent hosts, Abraham who is the person who was on the lookout for very friendly and with a great spirit of service. Owners despite not being able to be there for personal matters were always on the lookout via messaging. It is worth taking a vacation in this house, I use it for having to do some procedures close to there but I recommend it for vacation and the house is just as shown in the photos, they keep it in good condition and everything works perfectly. To congratulate them on their hospitality and have a very nice house, I appreciate them very much.

Beautiful property on the outskirts of Ezequiel Montes, perfect for spending a few quiet days as a group (there were 10 of us, but it can comfortably accommodate 15) in a spacious setting, with a large garden and a pool filled daily with 77°F (25°C) thermal water. I highly recommend it because Ernesto and his team do their best to provide guests with the best possible stay.

The accommodation surprised me a lot. It far exceeded my expectations. The place is amazing. The pool has well water that comes out hot. They don't put chlorine or any chemicals in it. It's clean water, and the best thing is that you can enjoy the pool at any time, from early in the morning until late at night. The house is surrounded by nature, and the view of the lake is wonderful. The sunsets on the lake are incredible for taking pictures. Even going into the lake to swim is great, but it's a little difficult to get in. They have a very nice fire pit, where you can spend a very special night with a campfire, chocolates and family and/or friends. The house has everything you need to spend a spectacular weekend. Also, going for a walk around the lake and along its vineyards is something unique. Lourdes and Ernesto provide first-class service, as does Abraham, who is always there to assist you. Really, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this place. It's spectacular.

We were delighted during our stay at Casa Tikal, all the staff were very attentive, warm and helpful. Ernesto responds super fast, always attentive and with the attitude to resolve any detail. Lulu gave us the instructions to get there, very clear and precise, she was also always attentive because we arrived after the agreed time, she showed us all the facilities of the house. Abraham was always attentive to what we might need and very helpful. Luz makes delicious food and is very friendly. We had an amazing, super relaxed and comfortable few days, which was just what we expected. We will return to Casa Tikal without hesitation!

Customer service is excellent, even before arriving at the accommodation, they were always attentive. The super warm reception makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive at the accommodation. Cleaning of the spotless place. The pool water was warm, the only detail is that on the second day it took time to fill but it was due to plumbing problems, in view of this a quick solution was given to the issue, which again speaks very well of the quality service that is given to the guest. The area and beauty of the place is unparalleled because it has total privacy. If you have pets, the place is perfect for them. On the customer service side, it is necessary to make an honorable mention to Abraham who was always kind and helpful for what was needed. We plan to return and make recommendations for your stay. Ufff there are no words to describe how wonderful this property is, not only the style of the house that is very cozy and clear the pool so unique with thermal water that is extremely delicious at any time, but also the views that are dreamy, whether it is a walk through the garden between palm lavas and the vineyard or turn around the lake so divine, where you find many corners for amazing photos and even swimming in the lake was magical. A magical, wonderful place with an amazing view. The pool's well water is delicious, the garden and the small lake are spectacular. The view reaches as far as Peña de Bernal from the lake. Lovely house in the perfect location to explore Queretero's wine tasting region. The house is is perfect for three families, with plenty of outdoor and indoor space for kids and adults to relax. The highlight of the trip was definitely the pool, which is filled from a local thermal hot spring. Finally, Lourdes and Abraham were super attentive to all of our needs, and made the stay even more memorable. I do recommend going in the warmer months as the house can be chilly given the lack of insulation (common in Mexico), though the working fire place was a nice touch as was the hot pool and indoor tub. We will definitely be back!
