Eddy's place was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool, the adults loved the available amenities and the margarita deck! We will be back in the future; it was perfect!

Casa Tortuga was a great house. Super easy access to the beach down the path and can bring all of your beach gear without too much hassle. House had kayaks, paddle boards and chairs which was an added bonus. TVs in the bedrooms don’t have Rokus so kids can’t watch tv. Bring your own if you want that. Main room tv had everything. There is clean water with plenty of backup which was very nice.

Fantastic stay… when I say everything you need I mean it. Great location, very nice security guards. Local Staff that lives a few houses down. Really helpful. Kayaking and paddles boards free in the garage. Literally 2 minutes to beach down a well lit low traffic simi-private walk way. 100% will be staying here again!!!!

Casa Tortuga was a great place for my kids and I to stay. A quick and easy walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. Extremely comfortable with everything that you need for a stay at the beach. The back patio was a great place to relax with a drink in the evenings and listen to waves crashing.

The home is beautiful with plenty of room, not to mention that it was equipped with all our needs and more. From kitchen utensils, towels in every bathroom and cabinets, to outdoor equipment such as brach toys, umbrellas, grill and outdoor chairs. Had access to the beach in just a few steps and also a family friendly pool a block away. And Eddie was always on top of everything, he even arranged a neighbor to welcome us and give us further guidance and recommendations. The are felt super safe. Had security walking the area constantly and also at the entrance gate. They were also very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend

Casa Tortuga is everything and more! Beautiful home steps away from the beach. Everything you could possibly need for the kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and beach toys to use. Nice, clean bathrooms with plenty of bath towels. Easy beach access to a beautiful part of Sandy beach without a lot of rocks. Safe gated community with on site security and nice pool area with hot tub. Short 10 minute drive to city center. Host is quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely book again.

This place was clean and very nice. It’s a short walk to the beach. They even provide beach supplies like: life vests, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. These items were very useful during our stay. Eddy was super responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Tortuga.

Awesome place to stay! Very clean and had plenty of supplies! Also have access to washer and dryer. The garage has beach chairs, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards. And everything is in good shape. The backyard had nice furniture for lounging and was very clean. Eddy is very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

The house and outdoor space are better than pictured. The community felt very safe, guards and staff were all very friendly and Bibi was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and a nice alternative to the ocean one day when it was too windy for the beach. Eddy was helpful before arrival, able to answer all questions. We would absolutely go again!

This was the third house we have rented in Costa Diamonte and it was our favorite. It was the first house that provided all the basics, including drinking water. They provided kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. This made for a great vacation.

This is a perfect beach house for Rocky Point Sandy beach area. The house is comfortable, the beds are amazing and it’s great to be so close to the beach with everything needed for a fun time on the beach, including chairs, kayaks and canoes. We will definitely come again!

Casa tortuga was everything we expected and then some. Perfectly accommodated our party of 10. Only 3 houses from the beach with a walkway access right from the backyard.the community pool is only one block away. If you are hesitant about staying here look no more pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful beach house

The house is beautiful and well maintained. It had everything you need to have a fabulous time with family in Mexico. A heads up, read EVERYTHING on the listing. The association is VERY strict and only allow the exact amount of ppl you added to your reservation. No guests are allowed at any time unless they were on the list. They literally cannot even pass the guard gate to get into the neighborhood. They also are strict with trailers but the owner recommended a guy who was awesome and the place is safe & secure. Other than that, it was a great time and the owner is extremely responsive and willing to help. The lady who greets you in MX (Bibi) is also fabulous and so sweet. She will help you with whatever you need whether it be recommendations on bars, or where to buy the best tacos. She was wonderful. 5 stars for the house & it’s hosts.

Very nice community. Extremely secure. Security walks around frequently. Close walking distance to the water, but the beach cannot be seen from the house, just fyi. Very comfortable home and accommodations. No where to put your food in cabinets, only on countertops. Great upper deck. Provided toys were fantastic. Host is amazing, there for us all the time! Housekeeping was fantastic. Thank you very much for the use of this great home.

The place was great. Great location. Great house. We loved it.

Casa Tortuga was the perfect place! It was fully equipped with absolutely everything a family of 6 could need. Beach towels, chairs, sand pails/ shovels, volleyballs, grill, Netflix, even a crockpot and more. Anything they didn't have, they were so accomidating to supply if they could. I literally only had to bring our personal items and clothes, since we did our grocery shopping there. It is conviently located just 3 houses up from the beachfront, you can run back and forth to grab something or go to the bathroom without skipping a beat. The beach was not crowded at all, even though it was spring break. There were definately gobs of people at all of the resorts to each side, but the constant patrolling of security staff kept the whole community and beach peaceful and quiet. I felt completely safe to take an evening walk on the beach or around the neighborhood and even leave the windows open to enjoy the breeze at night. I cant wait for an opportunity to come back!

Solid stay.

Wow, what an amazing trip we’ve just had at Eddy’s place! We travelled with our 2 small kids (5 & 18mths) and this place was perfect! The house is so comfortable and very well set up - we like to cook and the kitchen is so well stocked and the outdoor backyard area was great for the kids. The sunsets & sunrises were so beautiful - amazing view. The short stroll down the path to the beach was magic - water is so clear and it’s a perfect beach for little kids. All the extra kayaks, beach gear and SUP’s in the garage were so much fun too. Eddy was so easy to deal with, very good communication and quick responses. We will definitely be back!

WOW!! Where do I begin?!! Our stay as Casa Tortuga was the best experiences we have had renting a vacation home! The home is absolutely beautiful! It is equipped with everything you could ever need and then some! The kayak, beach chairs, paddle-boards, and umbrellas are such amazing extra touches! Everything is in great condition! You can tell that Eddy loves making people feel at home! We never got to meet him, but his hospitality did shine through all of the wonderful touches that makes this house a home. We cannot wait to return to Casa Tortuga!! Eddie always communicated in a timely manner! He has an amazing cleaning crew who ensures that house is in pristine condition!!! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this home exceeded my expectations!! I also loved that he encourages guests to leave their leftover food for the cleaning crew! In closing I will say this is not your typical cash cow rental. They truly love giving families wonderful experiences!

Eddy's house is beautiful, spacious, clean and located so close to the beach! Wifi was decent, house stocked with towels, and beds comfy. Kitchen has plenty of dishware but limited in condiments. Rooms are generously sized and everyone had a great time! Thanks Eddy!

I Absolutely loved staying at Casa Tortuga. I felt like I was home. The house comes with everything you need to feel like you never left home. It is great for big families to enjoy a good stay by the beach. The beach was only step away so we didn’t have to drive whenever we wanted to go to the beach. This home is just as beautiful is the pictures and the description describes it perfectly. We had a great trip at this amazing home and for my family that came down from Wisconsin for the first time to Rocky Point, the home could not have been any more perfect. Excellent location on the beach right between the two main resort areas so you did not feel crowded in any way. The guard gate was professional and I did not worry about anything during our stay. The stand up paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, and outdoor games made it convenient and fun for everyone! Eddie was great at answering any questions we had prior to our arrival and I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone that is considering it. Thank you Eddie - We will be back!

Wow! This home is truly amazing...location, the house itself and the owner. It fit our two families of nine very well. It did not feel cramped in the least. The outdoor living area of the house is a huge bonus as there was always someplace to go or something to do to grab some personal time. Eddy was quick to respond to any questions. I can't see how a family could go wrong with this home as your vacation spot.

Beautiful home!

We had the best time at Eddy's place. Everything was as described and the communication was great. We hadn't been to Rocky Point in almost 15 years, and after this trip, we will definitely be coming back frequently! The location is perfect! It was so convenient to be able to go to the beach for a few hours and then walk back to the house for lunch. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and buckets and shovels for the kids. We also had fun trying out the paddleboard. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Eddy’s place is amazing! It’s perfect for multiple families or one large family. House amenities are perfect and the beach supplies are great - beach chairs, toys, kayaks and stand up paddle boards are in the garage and available for use. The location is great - the beach front is right between two large resorts and the beach is virtually empty and quiet right in front of the housing community. The house is a very short walk to the beach, down a sidewalk. There are ocean views from the living room, the two largest bedrooms, and the rooftop terrace. To get into the community, there are two guard stations, making it very safe feeling. Wonderful rental overall!

Casa Tortuga is beautiful! Sparkling clean, modern finishes and so close to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the paddleboards, kayaks, and other beach equipment. The house was well equipped with everything we needed! The pool and jacuzzi are right around the corner... we will definitely return to Eddys place! Highly recommended.

Amazing home! Eddy was at the home when we arrived to greet us! He made us all feel comfortable and welcomed to stay at his home. Quick to reply to messages. Home was perfect, everything we needed to make the family breakfast and just a few houses down from the beach! We will definitely be renting Eddys home again.

Prime location and beautiful community the house is roomy and overall great.

There was a lot to like about this place... we have been going to Rocky Point for years with friends and family, so we have stayed at quite a few places. The one con - and this is a drawback to pay attention to - is that you don't have a real view of the water, and right now there is construction going on in the Palomas phase 3 building going up right in front of you. But there were plenty of pros to offset that drawback: The home itself is well decorated and spacious and well equipped. The living room is large and comfortable, though the dining table is a bit of a squeeze. We loved that the beach in front was nice and sandy (not rocky) and not crowded - as it is in front of the resorts (though you are right next to many of the resorts). We loved the pool and hot tub area for the housing development - large pool, places to sit and relax, not crowded as it generally is at resorts. This was a major plus and super close to the house. The other thing - which is not at all common - is that the owners have very nice kayaks and stand up paddle boards which they let you use. We've been at places that charge daily rates to "rent" them. And we've never gotten to do stand up in Rocky Point! It was weather and wind dependent, but lots of fun and really generous of the owners to share their personal equipment (and even life jackets!) with guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Eddy's home is absolutely gorgeous the pictures do it no justice. My family and I felt extremely comfortable and safe in the community, The security staff was nice and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you might need to make breakfast. It was also nicely equipped with beach chairs. We were surprised on how close the beach was to the house, Just a few steps and your on the sand. We cant wait to come back one day if he will have us.
