The room is comfortable, has air conditioning and, although it's a bit small, it's fine. However, there were TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS. The first is that the apartment is on the THIRD FLOOR and this is not clearly indicated in the description. This is important information for any guest, especially if they are carrying luggage or have any mobility difficulties. The second was the ELECTRONIC LOCK. It runs on batteries and they ran out, so we were completely locked out without an alternative way to get in. The security guard also had no key or other way to get in. The owner tried to get a locksmith, but after almost TWO HOURS there was still no solution. In the meantime, we had to look for an extra battery, research how the lock worked, and even rely on AI to find a way in. Finally, WE WERE THE ONES WHO MANAGED TO SOLVE IT. The room is fine, but these two issues should be corrected.
