It is a place with a lot of potential, the ocean view is the best, they must take care of some aspects, the jacuzzi was dirty, I suggest a deep fumigation, the owner always solved everything quickly.

Una disculpa por lo sucedido, nunca había pasado. Al día siguiente de su salida hicimos una segunda fumigación, esta vez fue una fumigación total y profunda. Espero hayan disfrutado su estancia. Saludos!!

Great place, excellent service from Daniel. An exceptional place and really well-equipped. The entire team is ready to solve any issues that arise during the stay. The pools are impeccable and the complex is clean. Comfortable beds and fully equipped to spend a great vacation, thank you for everything.

The complex where the apartment is located is super quiet, clean, the only bad thing was that the beach was very choppy and high tide, the apartment needs more internet coverage since it is large and the same with the water pressure. Other than that, everything was great, 👍 the apartment looks like new!!!

Gracias por sus comentarios, en un área del departamento solo contamos con wifi 2.4G. Y la baja presión del agua es por sarro acumulado, pero gracias a su comentario pediré le hagan limpieza a las regaderas y grifos de agua para tener la presión adecuada. Los esperamos de nuevo pronto!!

The apartment is very spacious. All Amenities. Very easy to access. Do you want to rest and enjoy being in front of the sea ? It's the place!

Pros: The apartment is amazing, fully equipped, nice and complete decor. 100% comply with this Airbnb phrase of “having your home in a remote location.” The jacuzzi does not have a boiler but if you have a hot season - or practically always - it is warm enough to be comfortable. All bedrooms have bathrooms, a comfortable bed, hammock, closet, etc. We had an excellent time in the seven days we stayed. Cons: some minor downsides -> the condo is still very new (July 2022) and has no amenities other than the pools. The bar is not working, they do not have a game or living room. It has, yes, toddler toys. The other minor downside is that the area is still very uncrowded and if you want to go for drinks or something to prepare food you have to go by car. Indispensable to bring a car, because there are no taxis (!) or trucks in the area. The village of Telchac is 5 minutes away and there are some restaurants, but nothing compared to those in Progreso. In the Marina Telchac there is a nice but somewhat expensive restaurant. Finally, the beach is not very wide and it is difficult to walk so don't imagine that you will be in your walk watching the waves. Yes, the sea is delicious, nothing deep and without waves. In short, I highly recommend Daniel's apartment, who by the way was always super friendly and communication was immediate and efficient. He has a person who helps him fix any damage, which is also friendly and efficient. And the decor of the apartment is really out of the ordinary.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario Darío, es totalmente cierto lo que dices. El departamento está amueblado a mi gusto como si yo viviera ahí, y con todas las comodidades necesarias. De igual manera como dices el Condo está prácticamente nuevo y no tiene el Bar funcionando, ni el espacio de playa que queremos todos los propietarios en Turena, el plan es que para Diciembre de 2022 ya esté todo en orden y funcionando como debe de ser por un desarrollo de este tipo. El área donde se encuentra el desarrollo es muy privada, por lo mismo el Mar es totalmente nuestro y no hay ruido ni tantas personas, y la playa está totalmente Virgen. Beneficios que requieren totalmente el tener disponible un automóvil para tener movilidad a toda hora. Gracias por sus comentarios, los esperamos con gusto en un futuro!!
