I am 76 and my wife is 72 and full of arthitis so we ask for a ground fl condo. what we got is one with a steep ramp plus 8 steps going down to the basement condo. When we arrived there was a water leak from the kitchen with water on the floor. Got fixed quite qickly.Also the the AC unit in the Master bedroom did not work. We arrived on March 4th and got fixed only on March 20. The owner sent 3 different contractors to try to get a better price. There is no water pressure at all at the Seran suites. The condo itself was clean but don't expect luxury because there isn't. Very cheaply furnished and supplied .The Condo F-1 at Serena Suite is not a place for long stay and neither for seniors. It is very dark all the time because i's kind of under ground and needs the lights on at all time. What was to most aggravating thing for us was the spying camera which watch us at all time. This camera is illegal since it's not a monitered camera system installed by the condo association.

The host was very attentive. This place is very close to everything you need. A+ to the host.
