Excellent service and an incredible location

The house is very pleasant, comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay; everything was great, and the place is perfect for spending a few quiet days. We would definitely recommend it!

Great place. Feels like your own private resort. All the rooms have a bathroom and feels like every guest has their own little hotel room. Great for large parties.

We were there with the whole family: adults, seniors and toddlers. The place was suitable for everyone. For the older ones and the very young, we used the two downstairs bedrooms. Despite the main road on one side of the property, it was quiet in the evening and at night, and we were able to sleep well. The beach was around the corner, and the pool was something very special, especially for the little ones. We will always be happy to come back here!

What a perfect home for a family vacation. Having stayed in 5D over 9 times I don't think this location could have been any more perfect. If you want to walk to the beach for sunset its only a few steps away. Or you can just sit rooftop and watch it from there. The HOT HOT HOT PV days were perfectly spent lounging around the pool while the cool breezy nights were spent rooftop or just walking around the city which is so easily accessed by this location. We hit our favorite local breakfast and dinner spots and added a few new ones as well. The choices are endless. Having all the bedrooms with their own baths was perfect. We were greeted promptly at our exact arrival time, no waiting to get into the home and given the tour and instructions. Now my daughter is trying to arrange another trip so that she can come back to the same place with her friends. I wish I could keep this place a secret, but its just too good to keep hidden.

This place was fantastic!! An incredible location just seconds from the beach. The pool was a family favourite, along with sunsets on the terrace. It’s really secure, with lots of space to relax. The air conditioning was also so appreciated.

The house was better than expected! We each had our own room to get away, attached with bathroom. Pool was spacious and relaxing! We loved the view being able to see the sunset perfectly from the top floor. Very close to local shops and restaurants. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. If we ever needed anything she was available to help within minutes! Will definitely recommend to friends 😊

Great location! So close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping. Amazing to lounge by the pool. Rosie was very responsive to our questions and was accommodating to us checking in early.

I am extremely happy with the Airbnb. The location was fantastic. And the host gave us a number of places they recommend, and they were all great to visit. They were very responsible and always willing to help. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a central location

Our family had an amazing stay at Casa Arlian. The location is truly perfect- the house is within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants and close enough to walk to the Malecón and Zona Romántica, yet far enough away to be quiet at night. Having the public beach right at the end of the street was incredibly convenient. The pool was beautiful, and the second-level terrace quickly became a favorite gathering spot for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and with the local market just up the street, we enjoyed making several meals at home. The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom provided wonderful privacy, while the shared living spaces made it easy for our family to spend time together comfortably. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly, a perfect place for a family stay. We would absolutely return

we navigated to hotel la mission - the home is at that corner. gardeners and pool cleaners came during the monday morning of our stay. rosy, j. hector’s wife, greeted us and was super kind! this home was super quaint, spacious, and a nice, private place for my group - walking distance to many restaurants and basically on the beach. thank you, j. hector, for accommodating us!

This place was located just on the edge of the downtown area. Very close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the malecon. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas including the pool and the rooftop patio! Would stay here again!

Amazing Airbnb, great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay. J. Hector’s house was in a safe, walkable location—just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and a bit farther to the Malecón and shopping areas. However, with so much to see along the way, the walk felt easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the alfresco and living room areas, which gave us a perfect space to gather and relax together. The air conditioning and pool were great additions, especially during the hot July weather. We would stay here again.

My friends and I had an amazing time, we enjoyed the pool, everything was very clean and the hosts were super friendly. The beach is a few meters away, in front there is a taxi stand that made our trips much easier, there are also several places to eat and it is a very quiet and safe area.

We had a great stay. The location was unbeatable. The beach is a block away, and there is a taxi stand and bus stop right outside the door. The Malecon and Zona Romantica are walking distance or a short bus ride away. It is close to the edge of the main tourist chaos, so there is a good combination of tourist amenities and local shops and eateries. The house itself was great as well, with plenty of personality. We loved having a private yard and pool to amuse the kids. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. Contrary to another review, it was quite easy to find.

Great nice private place, hard to find. The roads are bad but once you arrive it’s very nice & good for a big group. Nice swimming pool & nice rooms / bathrooms. Will definitely recommend & also the horses were nice
