We really enjoyed Isma’s home. The house was spotless and accurately portrayed in the photos. The location and amenities were great. We will be back!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Villa 34. The setting is so beautiful and we loved the close proximity to the pool and the incredible beach - just a short golf cart ride! The house and kitchen are so clean and well-appointed and have everything needed for the stay. Howler monkeys were in the trees nearby and we got to see them throughout the stay. Isma helped us with a resource for excursions, too. What a wonderful vacation in an unforgettable setting. We loved it all!

I am so glad we decided to book this home. The resort was beautiful and the home was stunning. The layout was very unique in that there were three separate and private bedrooms/bathrooms, which is perfect for 2-3 couples or a family with teenagers. We all enjoyed the private pool after a day in the sun. Thank you, Isma for a stress-free stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful 3 private bedrooms, 2 with their own connected bath and shower. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has access to an outside restroom. Backs up to the driving range, was lovely to sit out there in the morning and catch the sunrise. The beach club and Ocean are 2 minute golf cart drive away, super easy to get to. The beach club also has great food and drinks. This is a note to future guests- Wednesday and Thursday night (we left Friday morning, so could not see if this is the case on the weekends) one of the beach clubs at the Westin has music going until about 11 PM. Whether you were staying here or at the Westin, the sound is unavoidable anywhere nearby. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying. Last thing, airport, excursion, uber, pick up is difficult to navigate. security gate will not let them in without their full information, driver name etc, to them ahead of time. And only Isma can do this, so that made things difficult. Overall, highly recommend

Beautiful villa with unique design. Well equiped with everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen has every possible tool for cooking. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Golf cart makes it easy to get to the Beach Club. Fantastic host very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend his house for your next vocation.

Isma was a great host. He was there at arrival to meet us and show us how to work everything. The house was VERY clean with everything you would need. We brought a lot of things (detergent, coffee creamer, coffee, bug spray) but Isma had the house stocked with evening we needed. The house had 2 washer and dryers with detergent. This house was perfect location and had great. The beach club was great and easily accessible. The golf Cart was great but I would recommend renting ATVs side by sides from sixt car rental at the Westin. This will allow you to explore other areas. We explored many areas and the beach club had the best beach. great trip for Family. We had 3 couples and kids.

This house is in Reserva Conchal. It's a unique home and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The golf cart makes the beach club very accessible and has a huge pool, restaurant and great workout facility. Isma was very responsive and provided us contacts for tennis and local activities. We were picked up right at the beach for horseback riding and fishing. Overall a wonderful experience.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience. The design was modern and the two larger bedrooms were both very private and quiet from the rest of the house. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend - we are already looking to book for next year.

We have stayed in a lot of incredible hotels, condos, villas, etc. in the Caribbean and Costa Rica with our family (mom, Dad and two kids) and this unit tops them all. It is an incredibly well-designed luxury villa with all of the comforts and amenities of home. And located in the best gated community in Costa Rica. There is too much to write to properly described how amazing this unit is. You truly have to see it to believe it. Best vacation of our lives, we will be back!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas stay at Neil’s place! The home was spotless and gorgeous and kitchen very well stocked. The golf cart included with the rental was a necessity to get around to the beach club. Isma the house manager helped us a great deal with local contacts for transfers and excursions such as ATVs and a boat ride.

Location was closer to the beach than I envisioned via the free golf cart. Beach was also more beautiful than expected as the stock photo didn’t do it justice. Restaurant at beach club had very good food too. Highly recommend this location.

Our stay at was nothing short of wonderful. We had a splendid time using the clean and lovely kitchen and homey rooms. There was nothing better than coming back to take a refreshing dip in the pool after a nice and sunny day at the gorgeous beach. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home. Have stayed in airbnbs all over the world and this is right up there. You get the benefits of a gorgeous house (with everything you could need included) and 3 minute golf cart drive to one if not the best beach in Costa Rica. This place is worth the price. And if you want spa treatments/restaurants/excursions it’s almost as if you’re in a hotel. Highly recommend.

Great location. Modern kitchen and amenities. Owner was responsive and demonstrated great empathy for short term tenants.
