Right on the beach with lots of room. 3 br and 3 bath up and 3br 4 bath down. Will was super to work with and Norman the concierge was very helpful booking surf lessons and a cook that was very accommodating and good food! Great 1st trip to NC and will be coming back!

Our recent stay at an incredible house in Nicaragua was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning architecture and impeccable design of the property. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that made us feel right at home. The house itself was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare delicious meals, and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Nicaraguan sunshine. One small suggestion for future stays would be to provide some sand toys and boogie boards, having these items on hand would have added even more fun to our beach outings. Despite this minor wish, our stay at this house was so wonderful! Can’t wait to go back for longer! Thx!

This place was amazing! The location can not be beaten... steps away from the beach and a 5 min walk on the beach to the beach club. The shade of the tree in the front is so charming! There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and we only used 3 bedrooms out of all, however, the place is large and spacious to accommodate several families. The house is pristine clean and all the amenities are new. The main common area didn't seem to have an AC, however, it took very quick to get used to. It's not hot inside at all, since the open air design provides enough air. Plus, there area fans everywhere. The beach is spectacular. There are 2 villas on each side of the house. Only one of them was occupied while we visited, but it didn't bother us at all. It could only be an issue if one wants to walk naked the entire time. Otherwise, the presense of neighbours felt natural. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with friends/family...this is it.
