10/10!!! This place has it all and it is close to everything! 2 min. walk to the beach, 2 min. walk to breakfast restaurant and 5 min. walk to diner / lounge on the top floor of the Casa Blanca! The house was nice and cool and very comfortable. The only thing I could find that could use some attention is small pool out back had some tiles that had fallen off. Scratches your feet but nothing crazy! The host was great, very responsive. The app lets you know long it takes for Jay to respond but he will. I would definitely recommend to anybody! This place was great!

Jays house was a great fit for our family. The views are amazing! Pool is Nice not too big but it worked for us. Walkable distance to the beach. I would take some extra towels and blankets, if you are planning on doing laundry take your own detergent. Overall we really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property would recommend 100% can’t wait to come back.

Great place for a private getaway, easy to access beach, great music system. Only down side is that you can’t enjoy the pool after 10pm because of security, they will threaten to call the cops on you and evict you. Other than that the stay was amazing.

5 stars all around, definitely will book again. It was my kids first time and they loved it. Great location, close to attractions and quick walk to the beach.

The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival! It was easy to get to and the code to enter was provided to us before arrival. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach which we really appreciated. The private pool was heated and very enjoyable! We spent time in the pool after the beach each day. The rooftop patio is amazing! Lots of space and seating areas. We grilled out and spent a lot of time out there. Jay was quick to respond to questions that I had. We would love to book this house again for our next trip. Thanks Jay for the beautiful accommodations!

This was a prefect stay! The house was just as pictured and even better! My favorite part was the 2 minute walk to the beach from the house. Another plus is that the beach was very calm and peaceful compared to other nearby beaches. A feature we enjoyed was the surround sound system inside the house & even in the bathrooms! We would love to stay at Jays place again:)

Jay's place is truly remarkable; the stunning beauty of the property cannot be captured fully in pictures. Out of all the accommodations I have experienced, this one stands out as the best. Located within an upscale private community managed by a professional homeowners' association, it feels like a serene escape without ever leaving the U.S. The air conditioning system is exceptionally efficient. Jay and his team are incredibly responsive to guests’ needs; whenever I requested assistance or had questions, they addressed them promptly and with great attention to detail. One of my favorite features was the impressive sound system throughout the house, which delivered high-quality audio for music and entertainment. Additionally, the property is conveniently located just a short 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy sun-kissed days by the water. The rooftop area is perfect for socializing with guests. I am already looking forward to booking again. Thanks Jay!!

My friends and I had a great Stay and Jay's place and hope to return here the next time we visit Rocky Point. In addition to how awesome the property was, the beach was very close by with many water activities. And Jay was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to checkout late which we very much appreciated.

The house was exactly as expected, just like the photos posted. It was beautiful and serene with a lovely view of the ocean. Plenty of room for our family of 9 plus dog. We were all very comfortable and took the path to the beach for daily walks. The location is close driving distance to all of the activities in Rocky Point but set in the resort area. The neighborhood is upscale and PEACEFUL! We had an absolutely amazing vacation.

This property was beautiful, the location is great, central to everything in Rocky Point. The entire home was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the upstairs patio. The only issues we had were the water pressure in the showers was very low but it seams a little descaling may help. Other than that our stay was fantastic! Thank you Jay.

The house is modern, spacious, very safe, and close to the beach with a very nice community pool as well as it's own private pool.

Beautiful home, great location. Not too far from shops/grocers/restaurants and the Malecón - about 10minutes. Clean, private community. The security guards were very attentive, felt secure. Short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Host was responsive. Directions getting here were a bit tricky, I recommend using the satellite coordinates for a more accurate map route. Overall, great experience.

Great stay at this house! The house is beautiful and bathrooms very clean!!! Everything was great except the showers need a little more water pressure. The floor needed a little bit more cleaning but everything else was spotless. I loved the terrace but would recommend adding a pool table to make it more fun. Thank you!!! 😊

We had a party of 12 staying here - the space was perfectly accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space, and the bathrooms were great. The AC in each bedroom was a great break during the peak heat of the day. The walk to the beach is quick, and a pleasant walk. We took a wagon with our chairs and canopy. We utilized the kitchen to cook breakfast and the upper balcony to grill dinner. The space is very clean, and has some cleaning supplies for when you get the floor sandy! We would definitely stay here again, or recommend this stay to bigger parties of friends or families staying together. Thanks for the beautiful stay!

3 minute walk to the beach was great. Everyone loved having their own AC in each bedroom.

The house is incredible. Spacious and comfortable. Had many rooms and places to relax in. The pool was amazing with a waterfall and the lights. We cooked a lot in the kitchen because it was inviting. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The patio on the rooftop was nice and clean. We played games and spend two of the nights just relaxing watching the stars and feeling the ocean breeze. Jay was very quick to reply to our questions. Made us feel very comfortable. Definitely coming back with the whole family again.

Such a beautiful place had an amazing time

Jay's house was just as advertised, very roomy...I would say 4 couples could comfortably stay here. The roof top was a huge bonus for reading in the morning or playing cards at sunset. The development is well kept and beautifully done with the landscaping and paths in-between homes and we thought the beach was closer than the pics showed. Right next door was La Joya Bistro & Bar, we ate there 3 times b/c the food was incredible with large portions. Also, great views & food at the Casa Blanca rooftop restaurant nextdoor. The only negative comment and it is only a preference from our group...none of us are fans of the rainfall shower head, it was probably 15 ft above us so the pressure was very low by the time it hit our bodies...so we opted to all take turns with the outside shower which was a good idea anyway coming from the beach. We will definitely be back, thanks Jay!

Jay’s place is as described, beautiful, clean and easy access to the beach. Stayed here for my bachelor golf trip. More than enough space to lounge around and truly enjoy our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful home, great location. We enjoy Costa Diamante community every time we visit. Me and my family had an amazing time. Great beach access with a pathway steps away from the back yard. There is lots to do on the beach like massages, jet ski rentals, banana boat or just lounge on the beach to get your tan on or go for a quick dip. Great host, Mr. Facio was very kind and always there to answer any questions we had. He also helped get some propane that ran out for us. Home was spacious enough for us of 10. Place had a beautiful pool and some lounge chairs, downstairs and also on upstairs patios. Over all Amazing!! Home is beautiful and a must see for yourself. We felt very safe with the gated neighborhood with security staff on site 24/7. We will definitely come back.

My family and I fell in love with this home. Kids had an amazing time in the pool & wifi was working perfectly lol! Entire home is beautiful and clean! The walk to the beach is short and so the pathway makes it easy to carry your things down. Everything we needed was available including a wagon chairs & canopy. Security was friendly & constantly doing their rounds around the property. Planning our next trip back to J Facio’s soon.

May 10 the weather in rocky point was very good,the house was comfortable for our family, I liked that I had a pool the children enjoyed it a lot , it has a lot of garage , the bedrooms were very well conditioned also the bathrooms , I think everything was good ., thank you

The home was beautiful as it was a couple minutes walk to the beach. The home offered both tranquility and convenience. We enjoyed family time with privacy by the sea and easy access to town. We'll certainly consider booking it again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—it was just a couple steps away from the beach, and there were plenty of nearby activities to enjoy. Whether it was lounging by the shore or exploring the area everything was conveniently close by. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway. This was such a memorable experience and I can’t wait to book in the summer time.

We stayed with our 2 dogs and 2 families. It was the perfect house. Large patio on top to play bags(provided) and watch the sunset. The back gate leads to a path that takes you straight to the beach. The garage is large and a great place to store bags and beach stuff. The only draw back was the floors and showers were a little dirty and they didn’t have enough towels for the guests we included in the reservations. Just plan to bring extra towels, garbage bags and paper towels and you will absolutely love this place.

We spent Christmas here and can’t believe how amazing of a time we had. The house matched the description, beds were super comfortable, walking distance to the beach and there is a community hot tub/pool that we were able to use. Would definitely recommend!

The house was as described and was perfect for our two families that shared it. The house was beautiful and functional, only 167 steps from the beach (yes, we counted), and the rooftop was next level with an outdoor kitchen (grill, island), cornhole, chairs, etc.! Kitchen was well accommodated and worked out great. Only thing that was a bummer was the canopy was broken, but the owner said he’d bring a new one down for the next renter. We were able to MacGyver it enough so it worked for us but it was not easy. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We were overall very happy with the house and would definitely rent it again in the future.

The house was beautiful. My family had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool and upper level patio. The gas grills need to be checked frequently. I understand that being near the ocean, the salty air can cause corrosion, but a check on them to see if they work properly would be good. Also, maybe have a charcoal grill handy when gasoline don't work. You can't go wrong with charcoal!! But it is a great house!!!!

The home is magnificent. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Communication from the host was excellent. Access to the beach and pool area were very close. The beach is literally across the street. We brought a cart however the house also provided one. The pool at the home is a real treat. No afternoon sun on the rear patio which is nice to take a break and have an afternoon snack on the patio. Plenty of AC, water. Decor is very nice and comfortable. Lots of walking paths. We have neen to Costa Diamante for approx 8 years and it's awesome.

We just stayed here for my son's graduation along with their friends and the house was amazing. Modern with all the upgrades it was perfect for teenagers to get all of their pictures inside and out. Having a private pool was also nice to have after a long day at the beach, the best part is the upstairs patio we grilled out there several nights while enjoying the views and cornhole that they provided. Definitely worth it!

This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed in Rocky Point. The home is located right between two hotels. You can walk to the beach. The home is modern and has an AMAZING rooftop patio. We truly enjoyed everything about the home.

The house is amazing! Me and my family loved it. Very modern house with everything you need to have a good time. We loved having the beach a 5 min walk away as well as the pool right in the backyard. The view from the upstairs patio was beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is very nice, spacious, quiet, and clean. It's perfect for large families, and it's exactly as shown in the photos. The only thing is that the pool is a bit small; it's more suitable for young children, but that's not a problem, as there's a large, deep pool with a Jacuzzi in the residential area about a 3-minute walk away. The area is quiet and has 24-hour security. The house is located in an excellent tourist area; you can get to the beach without leaving the residential area in about a 3-minute walk, and on the beach, you'll find the main promenades in the area. I would definitely stay at this beautiful house again. Mr. Facio was always responsive to my messages and calls to answer my questions; he was friendly and helpful.

The home was well-equipped for large families. There was plenty of space to move around the house. It had a beautiful rooftop that was very spacious accompanied by a fantastic view of the beach. The beach is just a two-minute walk away as well as some restaurants in walking distance if you want to dine out. Loved the home and will like to stay again.

Great house for a group of people to enjoy the sandy beach area of Rocky Point. It is located in a private community with guard gates and you need wrist bands to access the neighborhood providing an extra layer of security. There is a convenient walking path to the beach off of the back patio and you are only a couple hundred yards away from the water. The address doesn't really pull up on a map but the house was easy enough to find once in the neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was an amazing stay and the pictures don’t give the house and area justice if how nice it actually is. Great experience overall and I can’t wait to stay there again.
