The place is very comfortable and very nice. The service is super friendly. I'm very happy to be leaving.

Large and beautiful house. There were 13 of us, and we were all very comfortable. The photos don't show how big the property is. Safe for children, even if they come with a pet. I would definitely go back.
Everything is exactly as described. Excellent service from the staff. And great attention from the host. The only thing my family would improve is keeping the 2 cats inside the house, as they get on the table and into the kitchen and eat things. Otherwise, a great place
The house is extremely spacious, with everything you need. Essential for a large family! And a superbly equipped kitchen! I'm already looking for a date to return The green area is beautiful!

The property is really beautiful, well maintained and perfect for sharing with the family. Pablo, the manager, was very attentive and understanding, especially when reaching an agreement for having more than one pet. However, the stay was affected by the lack of privacy. A couple lives on the property who are in charge of the care and who constantly walk around the house, which was uncomfortable. One day, when they were not there, another person came and watched my sister-in-law while she slept in the courtyard, which made us very uncomfortable. On the day of departure, my sister was resting in the living room and we saw the man who lives on the property looking inside, right where she was, which again made us feel a lack of privacy. Although Mrs. Yorleny is very kind, during the two nights we were there, there were several entrances and movements of people outside our family, personal visits from them, which made us feel insecure.

Crazy huge property, the pictures didn't do it justice. The amount of space that was available to us has to be our family record!! Huge amount of space and super awesome pool area. The pool was definitely the highlight. House itself was super peaceful and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Probably had room for 14+ easily. Finding English speaking people was our hardest thing. The property Manager spoke very little and it was hard to find people that did! Pablo speaks english just fine though and was very accessible. Felt super safe and had an absolute blast at this home!! Definitely worth it!!
Excellent stay at Pablo's place. The green area is super nice and the pool is clean and well maintained. Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, and it was a strategic point to meet people from GAM and Guanacaste. The common areas are also very well furnished, which is essential for a good time as a large group. Highly recommended, and our friends and family were super happy.
excellent facilities, very green which gives it a lot of freshness due to the area where it is located, the facilities and rooms are very comfortable, there are many supermarkets and restaurants in the area, which is a good plus.
