So stunning! We were steps from the beach. The location is walkable to downtown Playa but far enough away to be quite and private. The property owners have an office within the housing community that's open during normal business hours to help with any questions about the house itself or getting around town. So friendly, attentive and helpful! Would 100% stay here again.

Nice accomodation near a nice beach

Location is fabulous! Right across from the beach and short, easy walk to town, restaurants, etc. House accommodated our two families of 4 each perfectly, Was spacious ensuite bathrooms are great. Service from Playacar during our stay was great, very accommodating and helpful.

We loved our stay at this location! I traveled with four 20 year old girls to celebrate a birthday and the location was extremely safe. no need for a vehicle. We walked to dinner every night and when we booked anything outside the are then the concierge would book our ride to our location and back. I also requested some groceries to be at the house upon arrival and they had everything I requested, all quality items too! We will definitely be booking again.

This was our second time in the same year staying here with a group of 7. Again, it was an absolute gem in Playacar! Cozy, well decorated and spacious for our group size with plenty of bathrooms, a large living room space and lots of seating areas. The house also has lots of little charming design details that make it feel unique and homey. We loved the pool and patio area that looks right onto the gorgeous beach across the street. It feels like a private oasis. We'll definitely be back again!

The house was spectacular, not so modern but chic and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and we also requested a late check out which was smooth as well. Thank you for hosting us. Highly recommended

Wonderful home. We really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful but you can also walk to 5th street in about 15 mins. I would definitely there there again when I come back to playa!

This home is beautiful and spacious and clean. Comfortable beds for sure. The area is very safe and right off the beach. Perfect for a family of 9. We love Casa Mar y Sol. Thank you Jorge for a pleasant stay.

Casa Mar y Sol is wonderful. The beach access is right across the street, providing a view of the ocean from the house and pool. The house is beautiful and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. Walmart is a short drive away and worth a stop to stock up for meals at home. The start of the 5th Avenue shopping is a 0.5 mile / 800m walk with lots of restaurants. Café Antoinette is a nice place to get a morning coffee and pastry nearby. The pool was warm and clean and a huge hit with our kids. Jorge was super helpful and responsive with management and repairs. We highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! No words can describe this gorgeous property. The house was just as pictured, the second master takes up the entire 3rd floor with two private outdoor seating areas there! The entire home and pool were so beautiful and pristine. The beach is a few steps away and security keeps the area extremely safe! You’ll love staying here. Our host Jorge was great! Location is top notch!

We were hesitant to book this place because even though the pictures looked great, they didn’t have any airbnb reviews. We are so happy we took a chance. The location is amazing! The house has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of room for 8 to stay and enjoy comfortably. We cant wait to go back!

The place is fantastic and really convenient. Steps to the beach, in a lovely green gated community, a short walk from shopping and restaurants on 5th Av. Cleaning every other day was included. Clean water bottles were brought for the water fountain. We loved our stay. Jorge is very responsive and his company offers a ton of services, including private chef services, coordination for travel and activities, etc. He is actually on site in the office every day and happy to help. Five stars!
