Everything was excellent in the house. It's in a very safe, private area. Honestly, everything was very comfortable. The service and response were immediate. I had a problem with the refrigerator, but in a matter of hours, they brought me a new one. Honestly, everything was very good! Highly recommended

The house is well equipped. You can spend a quiet family weekend there.

Cris was very friendly, was flexible with the schedule, and answered my questions at all times. Pepé was also attentive and willing to provide us with some cleaning supplies that were needed. Both Cris and Pepé provide quick solutions I would definitely come back

Excellent service at all times

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is in a quiet area in a residential development under construction, but it has all the amenities: internet, hot water, a nice garden and pool, and comfortable beds. If you have a car, it's easier to get around. The hosts were attentive and helpful; they got us some things we asked for, and everything was great.

This house was fantastic; it is very comfortable, with a very practical living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend purchasing the boiler service; the pool becomes a real delight. There is an Oxxo very close by, and the young man who helped us was very kind and attentive to our needs, as was Cris, who had a very nice gesture.

I loved the house, super comfortable, very nice to go with friends or family, very quiet, the host was always attentive and recommended places to eat, 10/10

We were very pleased with the house, we liked it very much, they received us in a very friendly way, the subdivision is very well located, literally it is 10 minutes from the lake, we requested the boiler and the man who turns it on arrived very quickly, we had a very pleasant and safe time and we will return.

I would definitely request to stay in this house again, an excellent place, the subdivision is very quiet and the house is incredible, people should be aware that there are bugs and that it is something that is not in Gustavo's control, however, it is something that does not prevent you from having a good time. Gustavo and Cris are super attentive and the communication is clear and timely.

The house is identical to the photos, equipped with everything you need to cook, very nice and clean. Just be careful that just like you see in the photos, there are only 3 bedrooms. It appeared to me in the description 4 bedrooms, but the 4th is just a bed in a space in the hallway. As for everything else, an excellent option.

Everything was great in general, and whenever we asked for their support, someone from their team was there.
