We enjoyed a great experience at the Cococut House. The pictures don't do it justice. The location was great and Thomas was an excellent host!

I love this area. The house is comfortable and has everything we needed. It's very close to the dunes. We were able to take our Raizer, and our daughters were able to go for a walk. The house was very close to them. The beach is beautiful in this area. We would love to come back and stay at this house again. Thomas is very kind. We had no problems in the house. Everything worked as it should.

This place felt like home from the moment we walked in. Everything I could possible need if I wanted to cook could be found in the kitchen, but there were too many restaurants we wanted to visit. The bathrooms had all the options, bedrooms were pristine and beds were comfortable. It's so hard finding places with true blackout curtains and this place had the best-felt like I was cave so I could sleep in on vacation! But I never did sleep in because there was just so much to enjoy at the beach. And it was such a short walk to the beach cutting thru the pool area so in about 3 minutes with the cart that was provided and all our sand toys & tent, was super convenient. The beach felt like we had it to ourselves since it's a private community. Outdoor balconies & hammock, just all the amenities at this house were great...we will definitely be back!

Our stay was super pleasant. It had everything described, everything was very clean and comfortable. You really feel at home. The place is quiet and relaxing, and the best part is that it's steps from the pool and the beach. We're super happy to have stayed there in your home. I would come back again 🫶🏻✨

We travel to RP often and I have to say Thomas has been the absolute best host we ever come across over the 20 years we have rented homes in RP. For the first time ever when we return we are checking with Thomas availability first. He was very responsive, understanding with last minute changes, and gave the best recommendations. This place was perfection and had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay overall and truly appreciated everything Thomas provided. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great, and all the amenities made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Thomas was also a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The only issue we ran into was with the security guards regarding the bracelets, which we had already paid for. There seemed to be some confusion there that caused a bit of inconvenience. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you, Thomas, for a great experience!

The Coconut House was the most perfect stay! We did not want to leave. :) 5 of us stayed there, including kid & pup. We enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop, cooking our caught fish in the kitchen with all the supplied seasonings and plenty of pots, pans, etc., going from ocean to pool to hot tub, playing board games after a long day exploring. Everything was so convenient and safe. We loved using the boogie boards in the ocean as some days were a bit windy & wavey during our stay. Thomas was extremely friendly & helpful! Thank you sharing your home, and we hope to be back soon!

What a spectacular place! The view, the amenities, the community and the home were all incredible. The couch is the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever laid on (small but very noteworthy detail). When they say it has everything you need, they mean everything- how many hosts leave you access to a vacuum, stocked junk drawer, AND share all their toys?!?! The beach is gorgeous with calm water for activities being so far up the gulf. Check and and out was a breeze, Thomas was super helpful, and the kids never ran out of things to do with the beach, pool, music and video games at their fingertips. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Definitely will be returning if we're ever headed back to Rocky Point!

When you stay at coconut house you stay in a home. It’s like kicking in a few bucks to stay at your friends house at the beach. The cabinets are full, the garage has a bike tire pump and a washer and dryer. There was a brand new deck of cards ( yes all 52! ) they have one of those super wide broom things that picks up dust and sand so after a few swipes you can walk around barefoot on the stained floors and feel very comfortable . Comfortable. That’s a great word for the coconut house. Relax, comfort.

This was my mom‘s first time in Mexico and the house, made her trip amazing! Tom’s wife Dora, helped us translate when we had to take our dog to the emergency vet. She went above and beyond. On the first night, I had a question about the kitchen lights, and she was very responsive and answered quickly. I would definitely come back and stay at this house with my family. They had all the beach stuff you would need like chairs, surfboards, kayak, beach towel and a wagon to pull it all in. The kitchen was definitely well stocked as well.

We had such a great time at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views, and close to local restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with anything and everything you could think of. Movies, game consoles, streaming services, you name it. Very pleased with the stay.

We had an amazing time at the Coconut house. Location was sweet. It was next to the pool and hot tub, and the beach was just a little further. The house was clean, comfy and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need whether you are preparing a meal or whipping up Margaritas. Bathrooms are beautiful, couch is great for gathering, and Thomas goes above and beyond providing extras such as beach towels, chairs, coffee etc… Book it without hesitation.

Thomas was fantastic! He was responsive from the start, answering all my questions even before I booked. The location felt secure, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Just as Thomas described, the beach was only a quick 3-5 minute walk away, and the pool was right outside. My husband loved the house, and the kids were thrilled with their room, which was thoughtfully equipped with activities to keep them entertained and relaxed. I’ll definitely book with Thomas again and highly recommend this house. If you’re deciding between this and a condo, the privacy and accommodations here are truly unmatched!

This house was totally amazing.

this was our first trip to Rocky Point and we LOVED IT! Thomas was great to work with and because I forgot to print out some papers my daughter was able to get them sent to her. If Thomas let's us this is something we would like to do again in the future. I've also mentioned it to my sisters and friends.

We had an amazing time celebrating my sons 13th birthday. We would return, the house was clean and well stocked. Great location. Minor issues with the water pressure in the bathroom sink, other than that everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Thomas's place! There are plenty of comfortable beds in this home. A/C works perfect. The location is great! We were a few steps from the pool and about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Thomas is a super-responsive host. The home is very well-stocked all around. Thomas provided us with more than enough bath towels as well as pool/beach towels. There was a small issue that was resolved within a day. The home is beautiful and spacious but could be cleaned a little better. Overall, we had a great stay and would totally recommend this home. Thanks for being a good host, Thomas!

If you are reading this review trying to decide if you should rent this place....the answer is yes. The house is BETTER than the pictures, and had more amenities than promised. Here are some of our favorite features: 1. The house comes with a kayak and stand up paddle board, as well as beach chairs and beach wagons. 2. There are 3 deck levels. The top level is accessed by a spiral staircase, and has chairs and a hammock. The main level had 2 bars with stools. The bottom level (pool level) had a build in couch area and chairs. If you want to lay out, there are about 20 comfy lounge chairs and shade umbrellas around the swimming pool. 3. The house has a water filtration tower and the owner left several filtered water jugs in the garage to refill it. 4. The kitchen is super well stocked with every possible dish and appliance, as well as oils and spices. 5. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach on paved paths. The pool is 1 minute away. 6. The bathrooms are gorgeous!

Can't say enough. Thomsa was super helpful and responsive from the get go. The place has everything you could want in a home away from home. The amenities didn't lack. Proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. Could watch my kids swim in the pool as I grilled from the back patio while taking in a beautiful sunset with the ocean in the background. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Thomas was a great host. We experienced hurricane Hillary while on our trip and had no power or electricity, however Thomas took initiative and was in contact with everyone to get the power and water back on. Thomas had great communication and many games to play inside so we still had fun with what we had. Overall a great host and awesome place to stay will definitely be back again!

This is a clean comfortable home in a beautiful gated community right next to the pool and basketball court and a 2 minute walk from the spectacular Sandy Beach. We could not have been happier with the value for the money!

This house has everything you need for the beach. Seriously, you don’t have to pack anything for the beach! The house was very well outfitted for meals at home, game nights, and relaxing on the rooftop. The space was perfect for all 8 of us and it’s close to town. We’ll be back!

I can say that this is one of the best places I have stayed. I have came to Peñasco to visit my family and let me tell you that this house was perfect for this very important occasion. We were all able to stay in the home and cook and enjoy some Lovley moments on the beach and at the pool. Overall I will visit again, and I would love to stay here again ☺️

I have taken this vacation a few times and this was by far the best stay. It was clean, spacious, and Thomas the host was very accommodating. The location of the home included privacy, a close walk to the beach, and is close to restaurants and stores. This home is truly a home away from home and appreciated the stay.

We will reseve this place again for our future trips to Rocky Point. The property is very well maintained and equipped. It is definitely fitted our needs for a family trip with kids, parents and in-laws. Thomas is a great host, and responded to our messages promptly.

Location was great, close to the pool and the beach. The grocery store and other restaurants were a short drive away. The beach almost feels like a private beach. The house was roomy and very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Thomas. We’ll be back for sure!

Thomas's Coconut House is perfect for you and your family. You won't regret staying there. All the beach toys are there, all the towels and kitchen stuff is there. All the bathroom stuff is there down to the lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I did have a problem with the coffee maker but it's pretty high tech and I'm sure it was user error. Even the TV was easy to figure out which sometimes can be an issue in Mexico. Thomas's House is located in a great, safe neighborhood and by the best beaches in Rocky Point. We will be back.

Staying at the coconut house was an overall amazing experience. Location was fantastic, views were incredible and the house was amazing. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, 2 seconds from the pool/hot tub, and just 15 minutes from town. Thomas was a great host, very communicative and friendly. He made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would book this place again!

The Coconut house was located in a safe and beautiful beach community in Costa Diamante. El Centro was a short drive away where you can find shops, restaurants and night life. The beach is a short walk away also. The employees on the property were also very nice. Our family had an awesome stay. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place! Very convenient and close to everything, very secure and private, everything you need is at this house! Lots of space and a full kitchen was a plus!

Wonderful house, great space and cozy. Loved being at the house as much as being at the beach. Turn off the AC and throw open the windows! Tight security and very private neighborhood. Had the whole beach to ourselves. Only complaint I could possibly come up with: the HOA should buy a new basketball for the community bball court :-)

The Coconut House was amazing! The location also is just perfect! The gated community was extremely safe and fit for any age group. Drinks are allowed in the pool for the parents and the max ft in the pool is 5ft. My nephews (2,4,11 age) had and amazing time and enjoyed the pool and the beach both! The house is a 10 min drive to El Centro and 15 min drive to El Malecon. El Centro is where you will find amazing street food and El Malecon is where all the nightlife is happening and souvenirs. Overall i highly recommend Thomas place as he is very quick to reply! Finally the rooftop was amazing, we had s'mores one night with the magnificent moon and stars above. We also woke up early one morning to catch the sunrise! 10 star location!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Thomas’s place. Overlooking the community pool, it was the perfect location for the kids to enjoy, and a very short walk to the beach. The third floor ocean viewing deck with hammock was one of our favorite hang out spots. A great place to relax, with friendly grounds and security staff as well. We’ll be back!

This house was absolutely amazing! My family and I loved it! It is just a 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is only a few steps away. My favorite part had to be the sun deck, so relaxing and beautiful, stunning views. Will definitely love to stay there again.

Thomas' place was amazing. The pictures looked great, but once we arrived the home as even better. The rooms, terrace, and everything is perfect. The view of the beach is great and the house is right on the pool which is incredible. We want to go back really soon. Checking was a breeze, the security staff was very helpful, and everything in the home was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will be renting this place very soon!!

For starters Thomas is an amazing host. He was helpful, informative, and quick to respond from my first inquiry! Our family had been renting at the same house in Cholla Bay for years and we don't regret moving at all. The house/neighborhood is beautiful and has every amenity you could ask for! We loved that there was AC in every room. Check in was smooth and this location is great if you want privacy, security, and a close spot to the beach! We had great interactions with the administrators and security in Costa Diamante. Every question or need was addressed immediately. I would 10/10 recommend Thomas's house for any group looking for an amazing spot to have their vacation. Hope to be back next year for Semana Santa!

Awesome place and a great host!

We spent an entire week at Thomas's house and are so happy we did! We had such a relaxing time. The space was nicely furnished and sparkling clean when we arrived. There was more than enough living space for the 5 of us that came on the trip. The pool was one of our favorite places to hang out besides the hammock area on the roof! We would love to come back in the future!

This house has everything and more that you could possibly need for your stay. There was enough entertainment for the adults and the kids. We enjoyed walking a very short distance to our private beach and then jumping into the clean pool. The house was very clean and each room/bathroom had everything stocked. Loved the home and look forward to coming back. Thomas replied to our questions very quickly and we were even able to check in a little bit earlier. Thank you for the great stay!

Thomas was a great host and called throughout the stay to check on us. My 17 yr old loved the hammock every night while watching the fireworks. Loved the patio which overlooks the pool and you can also see the ocean. This house has everything you will need. Thomas even has a massive selection of movies. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk
