Flor was very friendly, we had an accident and she responded quickly. He was always available.

Very acceptable place, what we liked the most was the privacy, the whole accommodation, we really enjoyed the pool area, everything matched the description, we would definitely stay again.

It’s a great house with a pool and beachfront. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom, and there is a half bathroom downstairs. Very recommended for families or friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flor's beachfront house, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-kept the house was. It truly felt like a home away from home. There were plenty of towels available, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the standout features was the garage. This was amazing, especially since many houses in the area require manual opening, which can be inconvenient, particularly during busy traffic times. Having the convenience of a garage door made our experience so much smoother! Flor was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and can't wait to return in the future. If you're looking for a fantastic beachfront getaway, this is the place to be!

A very cozy house and very well distributed, each room has its own bathroom which makes it very comfortable for all guests. It has all the necessary accessories and I didn't have any issues with respect to what was discussed in other reviews. The only thing that doesn't look like the pictures is the play area, I imagine those photos must have been back, from that outside it was just like the images. Very clean the whole house, I definitely recommend it.

My family and I were very comfortable in the house. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with amenities. The kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The Internet failed a bit, but those are issues that are beyond the host's control. Flor and Mr. Salazar were attentive and helpful. For the place to exceed expectations, shade could be added to the pool and a half bathroom for that area. Summer house highly recommended to spend a few relaxing days.

We stayed at the Summer House for a month and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect holiday. The house was spacious, well organized, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and felt like home. Flor was an exceptional host! Thoughtful, quick to respond with any inquiries, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had never been to Kino before and can say for certain that we will be back. The beaches were beautiful, the town has so much to offer, and there were so many delicious restaurants nearby. If you are thinking about booking here, do it. You will not regret it!

The whole booking process and communication with Flor y Jesús was simple, clear and fluid. They are both friendly and helpful. The arrival at the house was also easy and the accommodation, thanks to Jesus' instructions, very simple. As if that were not enough, previous deposit, Jesus did us the huge favor of buying some basic things for breakfast and dinner (in addition to beer, water, etc.) so we didn't even have to go out to buy food. The house is in excellent condition and very clean, especially kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms (you can see that they had just fumigated, as we did not see any hostile insects). The sheets, towels, pillows, and bedspreads, very well and the electric curtains allow you to sleep late, without the light coming in (a suggestion for the following rooms: ask to be covered by a skylight from the downtown bedroom, otherwise the sun comes in very early). The cooking utensils are more than enough (as well as plates and glasses) and are also in good order. The fixtures (air conditioning, fans, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.) work quite well and do their job. In the spirit that for our next visit everything is perfect, we would recommend having a couple of extra beach chairs (we only found two) and an umbrella. But in general, it is a great house, in a privileged place facing the sea and away from the busiest accesses, with a great view and attended by friendly people, always attentive and attentive to all the needs of the tenants. I'm sure we'll be back!

This home was everything the posting said it would be! We had a great time and Flor and her assistants were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Now I do have to mention this is Mexico and you are on the beach so things are not 100% resort accommodations there is rust and the tile can be a little slick when wet but the home had plenty of room to spread out and the Grandkids enjoyed having the pool and beach steps away. We will definitely be returning to this home if it is available!

Everything is perfect, it's a house with all the amenities, you don't need to bring anything to have a great time! Excellent view and luxury beach! What they can improve on is removing the camera they have in the dining room, it makes you feel watched all the time...

It was an unforgettable experience, Flor is a very attentive host, the house has a perfect location in the Sea of Cortez. Overall, the rooms are very clean and very well equipped! The pool is super clean and has a great view! The signal is not very good and the local network is a bit slow. But it's a good reason to disconnect for a while and get some rest.
