We’ve stayed in several Rocky Point condos in the past and really loved this one. The ground access and not having to deal with the elevators was our favorite, especially with little kids. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

The place and view were absolutely gorgeous. The home is spacious and there was nothing better than waking up with the beautiful view of the ocean.

The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils.

my family and I come to Puerto Penasco 4 to 5 times a year we have stayed at numerous resorts and condos this one was by far the best one I brought my kids and my 85-year-old grandma and the condo had everything we could think of best location friendly easiest check-in we've ever had our host is by far number one in in the area thank you David for giving my family an amazing experience the condo and host deserve way more than five stars

The scenery was amazing. The place itself was beautiful. our first time visiting and felt very welcomed, felt right at home. David, the host is amazing and very responsive to any concerns. Thank you! The beach is literally 1 min away your patio door, morning views are beautiful.

This is the perfect place for a group looking for moderately upscale accommodations! The best part of this place is the location: bottom floor, on the end, a one minute walk through the pool area down to the beach. The views from inside - from the main bedroom, the living room, and the patio - are stunning. We also like the security at the resort. The parking lot and beach entrance are manned from guard stations 24/7. Inside the condo, it is nicely furnished, nicely decorated, and includes most necessities; the check-in information email listed the items not provided. Check-in was a breeze, both at the guard station and at the door. They also made checkout super simple with no additional demands, like you run into sometimes with Airbnbs. We would 100% stay here again!

We loved staying at this condo. It is the best location in the whole building because it is on ground floor and on the end of the building, which means you have windows to the front and to the side. It is just steps from the beach and the wonderful palapas that are perfect to sit at and enjoy the morning sun and your coffee. It is furnished very nicely and has all the things you need. David was a great host - very communicative and quick to answer all questions. Great directions on how to get there too. Lots of good restaurants close by and a beautiful long, sandy beach.

Great place for staying on the ocean and a quick getaway. It was chilly for us and there were plenty of extra blankets for us to use.

Let’s just say it’s a jaw dropping . It’s beyond beautiful with great views from all angles . It is so clean and organized not just that but really modern with high quality furniture and well put together. We all loved our stay at this beautiful condo .

Amazing location! Views are perfect and this condo is an easy walk to the beach or pool. The amenities were over and above for our family. We have stayed in many rentals in RP over the years and this one was by far one of the nicest. Lots of tools in the kitchen (usually rental kitchens can be sparse on supplies), plenty of linens, and excellent furniture layout to allow for our family to spread out. We had a great time relaxing on the patio throughout the day - nothing better than enjoying my morning cup of coffee outside with this view! Thanks so much.
