Great place, pictures don't do it justice. Villa is amazing and large, location is great as well. would highly recommend.
Andrea was a very good hostess, she explained everything well and we were able to check in without any problems. The house is superbly located about a 15-minute walk to the main road where all restaurants and clubs are. 1 minute from the house there is also a small restaurant where we got good breakfast at normal good prices! The house itself is really great. You have a huge pool that we had to ourselves as no other guests are there. The furniture is a bit outdated, but for the price, that's no problem. We had 2 cars and were able to park the perfect in front of the house in the garage. I can definitely recommend the house for small groups who would like to spend a few days in Cancun and relax but also want to be busy!
The place was in an amazing location - within walking distance from the hotel zone where all the action is. It's perfect for chilling at the pool and it is bigger in person than it seemed in the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are many communal areas.
We had an amazing stay at her place the pictures don’t actually do it justice and the view in the backyard is amazing. It was a very convenient location to restaurants and shops around the corner. Wouldn’t mind staying here again!
Andrea, Nina, José and everyone else have really gone out of their way to make our stay amazing! The place is amazing! Big, open and clean and tidy, with a fantastic outdoor area. It's like staying in a hotel with the service you get! We were so unfortunate to break some of the glass on the front door and the caretaker was quickly in place to repair the damage! We were a group of boys of 6, and maybe a bit difficult guests, but absolutely fantastic good people who are around all the time and arrange everything to make the stay perfect. A very safe area! I would highly recommend this place! We would love to come again if we are welcome!
everything as in the photos, a lot of space and the washing machine served us a lot!!! The grill area is super comfortable and the house is very cool
Andrea was extremely responsive and so helpful as a host. I had a large group and she was able to accommodate for all of us. When issues came up, Andrea would contact people to come help us out and we really enjoyed our stay in her place!
Loved our stay at this villa! Exactly as described and exactly like the photos. Great space and very clean. The amenities were also great and the pool was very nice! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space near the Cancun hotel zone
This apartment was bigger than on the photos. Located well in relation to the city center. We enjoyed it!
The air conditioning situation is challenging. they replaced one ac while we were there. No AC in the kitchen dining room -- only in the bedrooms and living room. The house was very spacious but very worn (especially the sofas and beds)- reminds me of vacation rentals before Airbnb when they were truly someone just renting out a space they primarily used for family. No dishwasher so dishes were not cleaned to my standard. The internet worked on the first floor and part of the second but not the back of the house or the third floor. The pool needs to be resurfaced. But it was great view. the music from across the lagoon was too loud. The on site staff where amazing and resposive
Andrea’s place is even better in person, the photos don’t do it justice. It was a really large space that felt welcoming, was clean and had many bathrooms. Each room had AC, which was so amazing after long days of tours. My friends and I can to Cancun to celebrate two brides bachelorette and this was the perfect spot for our chill and adventure-filled getaway. All amenities mentioned when booking were available and Andrea was communicative, providing instructions for the villa, recommendations listed in a binder and also recommended a driver that help transport us to and from the airport. The lagoon view was spectacular and we had access to the pool. Andrea also checked in with me to make sure everything was going well with our stay. We were extremely happy with our stay and recommend her place, you won’t regret it!

My friends and I had the most amazing week at this airbnb! Andrea is a perfect host. So happy we chose this airbnb over staying in a hotel. It was right next to the hotel zone so we were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The house is beautiful and made our vacation better than we could’ve imagined!

We had a wonderful time! Amazing location, walkable to the main area. The house is also very clean and spacious, and Andrea was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating.
Location is great - about 10/15 minute walk to get to the beach, and felt very safe walking around the area. The house is very big and had each bedroom had air conditioning, which was very useful since it's pretty hot in the rest of the house. The view from the backyard pool is beautiful as well.
Photographs don't do justice to how beautiful the villa is, everything is super clean and you feel at home. The view of the lake towards the hotel zone is beautiful and more at night with all the lights giving an excellent show, I would definitely stay here again since the area of clubs is super close as well as convenience stores. The attention of 10 :)
it is a super nice place overlooking the lagoon... it's very few minutes to the center of the hotel zone... clean... Internet... no problems... very good people

Fantastic home, location and host! The property is a lot bigger than it looked from the photos. Plenty of communal space and very comfortable. Andrea was an excellent host and the location is perfect.
Our stay at the villa was amazing! The villa was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you would need. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal on the patio. Andrea and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the location; it was close to some beaches and all the places in the Hotel zone. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway.
There was also a pool, and the facilities were clean and we had a very good time. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity
Great place to stay. The villa was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, and the patio area is amazing…pool and deck right in front. Andrea is a lovely host too, responds quick.
Pictures did not do this place justice. 10/10 would stay again. Andrea communicated very well and so did the property manager Nina. The property was beautiful and in a great location close enough to all of the action
I rented out 2 houses in this complex and it was the best setup for 14 people I could have asked for. Beautiful views, good location, nice pool, good TVs, and good internet. There’s street food and a bus stop right around the corner.
Nothing to complain about, Andrea is always at the top and provided all the information necessary for a good stay , villa larger than she looks like the value for money, I would definitely recommend and stay again.
I highly recommend this place. its actually alot bigger then the images made it out to be. the space easily accommodated our group of 7. the location was perfect, very quite location but a very short drive to the hotel zone. would definitely stay here again.
The place was really great, with great location, service and Communication. The on-site staff gave us some great recommendations and was there to help us when we asked.
The house looks really aesthetically pleasing and the location is ideal; 10-15 minutes walking distance from the clubs. The house is also close to a convenient store, gas station, money exchange corner and a strip of food restaurants. The best thing about the place was the AC. My complaint is the last room was so small and in the laundry room nobody used it. Also, we had lost power in the first floor for a day and a half and couldn’t get in touch with the owners because both of them were out of town, but didn’t tell us before they left. Our food in the refrigerator went bad… but luckily this occurred towards the end of our trip. It was nice to have a pool (shared) in our back area, but it was very dirty when we got there, so we asked to get it cleaned. The owner was very kind enough to accommodate to our check in and check out times.
Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious and accommodated our party of 14 perfectly! A few restaurants and a pharmacy and Pemex gas station within walking distance. Approx. one mile from the Chedraui and clubs/bars in the hotel zone. We were provided a bunch of extra towels which was much appreciated. Also a grill in the back yard :) only negative was the power went for 3-4 hours twice during our week long stay. Which was out of the hosts control. Also, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each restroom (we were there for a week, with 14 people) was not enough. We were told we had to buy our own after that. And lastly the AC in the living room was blowing out warm air instead of cold. It was after hours and the host stated we would have to pay to get it fixed. We waited 2 days (until Monday) to get it fixed.
This house was gorgeous and somehow looks even better than it does in the photos. Hosts were very hospitable and gave really good recommendations. The views were rather breathtaking, will be staying here again anytime traveling to Cancun. Within walking distance of Hotel Zone/Club areas.
