Marcela was very friendly and was always available. The house is in good condition and access to the beach is super easy. It is definitely comfortable for large groups. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, but it does not have condiments or groceries, so you have to consider bringing them. The area is very quiet and safe and has all the amenities and restaurants nearby, ideal for resting and getting around by car.

Marcela’s home was exactly as shown. Great location to the beach and excellent restaurants nearby. She’s was very attentive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend her home and will be sure to come again and stay there.

Let me start by saying the most friendliest safest securest beautifulest home ever!!! Marcela was so amazing responsive I mean super responsive!!! Super clean clean home the security was the best as well!! cleaning lady I hired seperate for only $15 more a day and she left the house sparkling clean and safe for my 1 year old not to put anything in mouth the taxi we used his name was Ramon the security guard recommended him to us and let me tell you he was the best as well just letting y’all know for when y’all stay at this place y’all won’t struggle looking for anyone trustworthy!!! Anyways back to Marcela she’s just the BEST BEST BEST!!! The view is beyond amazing it feels like heaven!!!! Very friendly trustworthy people!!!! SAFE SAFE SAFE!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ceritoes a great area of mazatlan…. Wonderful beaches and surfing…. Transportation is immediate and available along with restaraunts small local shops. Close small grocery with various alcohol availability! Bring your own bags as plastic is not available a good nod to the resources. A fine time

The location of the house is excellent in the fracionamento, well in front of the common area with 2 pools. Access to the beach is also very easy. Check-in and check-out were super fast. The house itself is well equipped, with a good area on the third floor. Marcela is super friendly, and communication is extremely fast.

Totally what I expected, the house is super nice and spacious, it also has a super large and comfortable terrace overlooking the ocean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there, we will definitely be back

At the beginning I doubt that they did not have current reviews but it was an excellent surprise, everything was better than the pictures. The house has a privileged view and total security. The bathrooms, beds, spaces, armchairs, the dishes, everything was super clean. What makes you feel at home, hot water, air conditioners work great, Netflix, Sky TV services, everything for a pleasant stay. The terrace on the 3rd floor is a plus, it has a barbecue that is available , the place is very nice. The guards were always kind as well as the person who welcomed us, everything was wonderful. Marcela is an excellent host, always attentive on WhatsApp, a very nice person. It will definitely be my best option to go with my family to Mazatlan.

Great location!!! Definitely would come back. The house was very spacious and super clean. Luis and Marcela are quick to respond and gave us great dining recommendations. Went for the Mazatlán Carnaval and it was only 20 minutes away from the Malecón.

Excellent stay, the house is very comfortable and the palapa with incredible ocean view, the beach is very nice without stones or wells, very even and fun with the waves, the pools are very parents, we had a great time, we will definitely be back!!

An incredible family experience, from the time of the reservation the host was on the lookout and in communication, upon arrival we were assisted with instructions, the house was given impeccable with disinfection protocol. We had an excellent stay enjoying all the amenities of the complex, a new, modern, elegant, private and quiet subdivision, an excellent 3-story house, with several direct ocean views from the rooms, a terrace-mirador on the third floor with a barbecue, a dining room, a wine room and a wine cellar (ideal for properly storing and enjoying your wines during the stay). Direct front access to the beach, several pools with ocean view, beachfront palapas for meals, professional tennis court. We were provided with personalized and immediate follow-up throughout our stay; assisting us with cleaning, recommendations and extra services such as filling the gas tank to use the barbecue. A highly recommended experience that we will definitely repeat.

Excellent stay, Marcela is a super host who at all times was attentive to us and with excellent communication, the house has an unbeatable location due to its proximity to the beach, it has everything you need to have a great time with family or friends, everything excellent in terms of equipment of the house, air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen , the terrace is wonderful to have a good time overlooking the sea, it has a Weber gas grill to have a good barbecue. Walking you have an OXXO and several very good seafood restaurants, so we don't need to leave the property at all, we will definitely return!!

Everything is very good!

Everything was excellent! The location of the house is perfect, it has a door in the courtyard that takes you straight to the pools and beach! The view from the terrace is great! The area is super safe and everyone's service is excellent. I don't doubt that in high season and without a pandemic the beach and pools will be full, but in general it's worth it! We hope to be back soon!

This is an amazing place. The view from the top deck is spectacular and one of the best places to watch the sunset, while BBQing some fresh fish from the market just down the street. The beach is out your doorstep and is one of the best for surfing, swimming and body surfing. The restaurant right next door will bring drinks and food to the pool deck (which we often had exclusively to ourselves during our stay) Marcela is a fabulous and responsive host who was always helping us navigate Mazatlan (via email) . The maintenance guys on sight are super helpful as well and were always available to help or answer questions. It was a very clean, new place and grounds. Location is outside of the main area but there are a few great restaurants and a great coffee shop right near the house. As well, the transportation into the main areas of Mazatlan are cheap and accessible at all times. We loved our stay!

Marcela's home is spacious, and the location is great. You can walk up to the rooftop and watch the surfers, step out the back door to the pools, and walk a little ways to a few restaurants, coffee shop, and massage. Fabulous!

Marcela's place is just as advertised. Beautiful, clean and spacious home located on the last row of houses before the beach. This house is closer to the pools and beach than any other house in the community with a beautiful rooftop patio to enjoy the view from. The place is spotless, WiFi is fast, AC in every room and it even has cable. I was able to watch some football on Sunday morning while enjoying my coffee! The few times I had to reach Marcela, she responded in less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops and an Oxxo. We will definitely be back! Gracias Marcela!!

Marcela's house is a great find, the house is incredible, with many beds for a large group of people. Being on the seashore is super convenient. The cleanliness is impeccable and it has many very nice details. We were very happy staying there.
