Natalia Carolina’s villa was a wonderful addition to our stay in Cancun. The villa was within walking distance of Cancun’s beaches and nightlife and offered access to a great pool to relax at, swim in, and enjoy the view of the city from.
the villa is beautiful, and the host is nice and responsive. but there's no wifi. if you're looking for a spot with the internet, then I'd suggest staying elsewhere, but if you don't care about the internet, then it's a good spot for you. one more thing if you see any window glass broken or cracked in the house, then take the pictures immediately and send it to the host. Otherwise, you will be blamed for it.
It was the perfect accommodation to enjoy some time in Cancun.
I like the location, the tranquility, the pool was the best as it had warm water, very nice views of the lake and spacious rooms. The only downsides was that the wifi does not arrive in the room on the third floor and the pool towels need to be changed as it is something stained and old.
Natalie has a beautiful home. It’s extremely safe and walking distances or a short taxi ride to everything. The pool was a plus and the home was very spacious and comfortable! If you are worrying about being safe trust me you will feel safe there.
Great place to spend good time with bigger family. Within walking distance to main area in Hotel Zone and yet very quite and calm accomodation. Very nice pool with spectacular view over lagoon. Great contact with Natalia & staff on the place. We had really nice holidays :)
Walking distance to a super grocery store and to the hotel zone for big steppers like us. The on site pool is sparkling clean and beds very comfortable with super AC. Great stay!
Stayed here with some friends for 4 nights. The house is beautiful, lots of natural light, and the rooms are spacious. The pool is also really nice! Good location - off the main road and quiet at night, but also walking distance to the convenience store, central hotel zone, and restaurants Convenient and close to the bus station as well. Natalia is super helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time here, would definitely recommend staying here!
Natalia was an amazing host. A group of 8 of us stayed and were very comfortable. Wifi was great throughout entire house and house was not a far walk to restaurants and stores. Great location, would stay again.
Host was very quick to respond to any of our concerns and sought to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Beautiful, well-groomed territory and pool. Of the minuses - a weak Internet about 1-10Mb on the first floor. Wi-Fi is almost non-existent on the second and third floors.
Everything is super close by and easily accessible. The house is beautiful and very clean. There is an AC unit in all the rooms. The hostess is easily reachable and answering all your questions. The room are very roomy and comfortable. There is also a pool right outside and a patio set as well. It also has a beautiful view.
I can only recommend it. It is a really great place and everyone was very nice and helpful when we needed them! The place is big and clean! Everything was nearby.
Nat is a super good host, although she was not directly. She was always available for any questions we had and the staff is always available, the house is in excellent condition and the location is very accessible
This home was great for our group of 7. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms which were all stock with necessary items for a comfortable stay. Each room had a A/C unit to keep things nice and cool. The community pool is steps away from the property. Natalia was an amazing host and super accommodating. I would stay here again when visiting Cancun.
