Enjoyed our stay at Melinda’s property. We were a group of 14, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The place itself was very nice and clean. Had a great view from the balcony and was within walking distance from the beach. Only 10 minutes from El Malecón, but still felt private. Would recommend staying here if you have a large group traveling.

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing. Looked just like the photos. Such a homey place and love that the beach is not even a 2 minute walk from the house. Melinda was very responsive. We did have a little trouble with the code getting in the house at first but Melinda was extremely quick to help and figured it out right away for us. I would 100% recommend this place. So much space and has everything you need. I will definitely book again in the future if the opportunity comes !

Pros: spacious place. near to beach. private property. cons: inadequate bathroom supplies. kitchen supplies was not arranges. should have marked where bowls and pans are. kitchen does not have basic stuff like coffee powder. water supply suddenly stopped during morning. it should have been adequate arrangement for 12 people. patio furniture on terrace was not clean and broken.

I am sorry you felt the bathroom supplies were not adequate. We provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap in all 3 bathrooms. Also, this is not strictly a rental property, we use our home on a regular basis. I prefer to not have labels on the exterior of my cabinets throughout the kitchen. I’m sorry if this was an inconvenience. As far as the water, this is Mexico. Utilities are not as reliable as we are use to in the United States. That being said, we do have a 25,000 liter cistern for water storage that is back up when needed. Appreciate the feedback. :)

We were an 11-year-old girl and 14 people aged 15 and over We were all able to settle in very well and have a very comfortable time in this beautiful, large house It has a beautiful view and super easy beach access I recommend it for spending pleasant and quiet moments with family

The house overall was very comfortable and felt right at home. The outside balcony was a great hangout spot for my friends and I to sit out and just enjoy the view. The upstairs room above the master room was a great spot to hide away from everyone as well

We spent Thanksgiving here with another family and had a great time. It’s not too far from town and only about a couple hundred yards to the beach. The home also has most of the amenities you’d need. Would definitely stay again.
