Excellent stay. The place is very nice, comfortable, clean and as shown in the photos. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The attention was also excellent. We definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The whole family enjoyed every space in the house. The kids were happy with the pool, the board games, the arcade games, and the garden to play in. We really appreciate the host's quick response to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mer. It is a beautiful, spacious property located in a quiet and safe area in Tequisquiapan. In addition, the house is decorated with unique details and beautiful art pieces that make the stay even more special. The pool and the large garden were definitely the best part of our stay. The water is kept at a very pleasant temperature; it is only important to cover the pool when it is not in use. The outdoor barbecue/dining area is ideal to enjoy as a family. The bedrooms are impeccable and have very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean; the one in the master bedroom stands out for its beautiful decoration with artistic glass. We were grateful for the welcome touches, such as the face masks and handmade sweets. Felipe was an extraordinary host: always friendly, attentive, with excellent communication and quick to help. We definitely highly recommend Casa Mer and would gladly return.

Very nice house

Amazing place in a serene area in Tequisquiapan!!! It felt right at home since the moment I step in. Beautiful gardens and entrance, swimming pool was stunning, lovely decorated looked like seychelles, with even a waterfall between the rocks. You can tell Felipe is so much into the small details. Facial mask and small local home made snack was provided! Bed was super comfortable and lining was amazingly soft. Main room bathroom was a dream, made of colourful glass, felt magical and bathroom lamps was made also out of the same style glass with the style of jellyfish. Sound system on the terrace was super great! And the garden and surroundings are so alive with dragonflies, butterflies and desert lizards. Near to the city center and to some balnearios with thermal natural water!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience

We spent a few incredible days at Felipe's little oasis. The rooms are very comfortable, the pool is wonderful, and the spaces have everything you need to relax and have fun. Access is very easy with the smart lock, and the little touches in the rooms make a difference. We will definitely be back for a future celebration.

Excellent stay, Felipe. Thank you very much. Luxury facilities and amenities. We had a magical weekend. We all enjoyed it. We had good weather for the pool, for our stay, and in the gardens. I appreciate the quality of the pillows and the extra blankets for watching a movie projected in the garden at night. We will definitely be back.

The house is quite comfortable, it has everything you need to have an excellent family and private time. The rooms are super comfortable, the bathrooms are very comfortable. The backyard is great for socializing and the pool is an excellent size to enjoy. We really liked the stay. We would definitely come back. The house is beautiful and quite spacious. The pool temperature was perfect all the time. We also really liked the gifts that the host left for us (masks and sweets), another thing to note is that he left us raid for mosquitoes, it was very helpful. We will definitely be back someday, it's perfect for a weekend with friends

Such a beautiful place! The house has everything you need for a phenomenal vacation! The house is very close to downtown, it is very large and has everything you need to be relaxed and enjoy its nice and warm pool! The vineyards we visited were 16 minutes away. Very comfortable bedrooms and ample parking! Felipe was a great host since he allowed us to arrive early and went through the checkout, which allowed us to enjoy everything for much longer! I will definitely be back soon 👏🏻🫶🏻

This is the second time we've stayed at Mer's house and it never ceases to amaze us. We found two new areas to spend time in the garden (where the grandparents were very comfortable). The happiest children in the pool that they love. The karaoke in the living room won the first night and the night movie the second. It's so comfortable that we can spend the whole day without leaving home and everyone is enjoying it. We really felt right at home. We are very grateful to Felipe and the team who supported us when we forgot how to get back in 🫡🫶

A truly beautiful place with lots of amenities to keep you entertained. everything is as described, and it is just a very lovely place to escape the city noise. the heated pool is fantastic, and there are ready to use devices too play music or movies or just create a really nice ambiance. Be mindful that as this is in the countryside, there are mosquitoes at night (but even at that, our host was very mindful leaving repellent for us to use). all in all, I'd definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Wonderful! The place is super comfortable, it has many amenities to do as a family, the beds are delicious! Very, very comfortable! The pool, wow!!! The water is warm and very clean, it has karaoke 🎤 and it was wonderful! It has a video game machine and it was super fun! It has everything you need in the kitchen, Felipe was an excellent host! He was always attentive and solving all needs! The projector and pool setting is also great! The internet connection failed a little 🛜 and Alexa sometimes did not respond, in the rooms Felipe "equipped" us to fight the mosquitoes! And it was a success! We had an amazing time! I highly recommend it! You won't regret it 😍

Excellent house in a good location, 5-10 minutes from downtown by car. The house is very nice, rustic style with many amenities. Good size pool with boiler (from warm to hot, ready to use at all times). Large backyard with good space and games for children. Inside the house, 4 spacious rooms with 4 bathrooms (3 full), very good hygiene everywhere. Equipped kitchen (clean), dining room, WiFi and even a retro machine with several video games. The host's service was very good, with a lot of communication, and was constant. Excellent alternative, we'll definitely rent it again.

As always, Felipe's properties are wonderful for a quiet family vacation. We always love coming back.

Ideal for family reunion, we escaped before going back to school and the children did not leave the pool, they were like a second vacation in January. The house is very spacious, we were two families with grandparents, all very comfortable and fun, at night we took the disc and even sang in karaoke. Felipe was clear and friendly, access is smart you can open with your cell phone and the street quite quiet.

Excellent accommodation, despite the cold season the pool was nice in the evenings even for the children. Wide areas to rest and play, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The host was very nice and on top of our arrival.

Magnificent stay! The house is just as in the photos it is very comfortable, it is like being at home, the pool, garden and incredible terrace area to spend the day. Amazing if you are going with children and if you go with your dogs they will love it also…do not forget your repellent vs mosquitoes… in general everything very good I recommend it you will not regret it. Wonderful house to spend incredible moments and relax. Everything matches the photos and the description. The pool is perfect and with an ideal temperature. The projector is a great additional attraction. Directions to get there and use the amenities were accurate. Felipe was very friendly and always willing to answer questions. All the rooms were spotless and we loved the details with which we were greeted, especially the sweets. In addition to the pool and projector there are other options for fun such as the brincolín, the video game machine, the speakers to listen to music and the large garden. All in all excellent home.
